We have been waiting, and waiting, and waiting for our hard drive to be returned, assuming it is the correct hard drive, which we were told by Ben that he would check. We have spoken with both Ben, as well as William the owner, and are still waiting for something, for anything. Not sure what’s up as we have had fine service in the past. Ben has repeatedly said he would call, so we will continue to wait by the phone I guess.

Ok I was a IT Tech for over 35+ years and if you arent taking you PC, Laptop, Printer or what ever to these guys then you have some serious issues and want to waste youre hard earned $$$ on sub-level service. These guys are great and offer the same high quality service that I demanded from myself and those that worked for me, and for a really affordable cost and a fast turn-around. Dont waste your time calling other high cost, low knowledgeable idiots go to these guys first!

My gaming laptops hinge started coming apart causing wires to be exposed and the screen at risk of becoming damaged. Affordable PC Services was able to replace the laptops backplate for a very reasonable price. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I find that Affordable PC Services is a very appropriate name for this business! Ben was very knowledgeable and takes a real interest in solving your problem. He was very expedient for a single repairman and kept in contact well, making sure we were updated on the state of our computer. Not only did Bens repairs save us from needing to buy an entirely new computer, but made sure not to overcharge us for the repairs he was able to do. I would (and have) wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of PC repairs!

Their motto is FIx it right, fix it fast. That says it all. The technician, Ben, is a very congenial guy who fixed my wifes laptop in two hours. The power switch was defective and even though that particular Dell laptop had its own specific switch Affordable PC Services had it in stock. The cost was reasonable and the quick turn around was amazing. Made me look like a hero at home!

Let me just say that Ben was a life-saver today. He displayed impeccable customer service skills and went above and beyond to help me. My laptop screen busted at a very inopportune time and I needed it to be repaired asap. I chose Affordable PC Services because of the reviews on here and I am really glad that I did. Ben, the very knowledgeable technician there, was incredibly helpful as soon I walked through the door. He repaired my screen within a day and was nice enough to give me updates on pricing and time. The repair costs were very minimal and they definitely met my needs. Dont go to the big guys like Best Buy to get your work done, go here instead. I highly recommend it.

Brought my zillion year old Dell desktop to Ben. My first time using this establishment. I had numerous issues with the software that Ben resolved quickly then we did a simple hard drive upgrade to solid state and man what a difference. Ben has consistently been able to solve my computer problems. He is pleasant and easy to work with. He is also extremely knowledgeable of computers; Ive come to him with multiple problems and he has always been able to find the answer.

These are computer people so sometimes off in the way they communicate. I have taken many types of computers here with many problems. They have always tried to SAVE me money instead of just repair or sell me something! I have never had an issue with a repair. Communication lacks sometimes so be sure you call and check on your items or get a clear idea of when it will be done. Also, they can take a while when they are busy so not always able to incorporate emergency situations into their schedule. All good. I still recommend.

Short Version: These guys are dedicated to getting your computer fixed as efficiently and thoroughly as possible, for as low a cost model as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their service alone.Long Version: My computer had been blue screening non-stop and I could not discern a cause. I took it in here and found the problem was very, VERY bad. However, Ben stuck with me for over a month of troubleshooting (Yes, the problem was THAT bad) and he came through for me like no other repair company would. He was honest, thorough, and very patient as he diagnosed virtually every part of my computer to find the problem with it. And for over a months work he made sure it was as affordable as possible, living up to their name. I cannot thank Ben enough for his hard work.

I initially went to apple 2 apple to seek services for my macbook for a liquid spill. Without looking at my macbook I was quoted $625 off of simple assumptions of the repairs possibly needed. After feeling discouraged I continued to search and I found Affordable PC Sercvices and without hesitation my macbook was opened up and the problem was immediately found. My trackpad was damaged due to the minor liquid spill therefore, instead of paying $625 for something I did not need my bill was less than $200 and my computer was rescued. I recommend Affordable PC Services over any other company.

After spilling water on my laptop, I needed an external keyboard. Intrex was reluctant to tell me they sold external keyboards and were going to charge me to replace my laptops keyboard.
