Employees were nice and professional to me. I was able to use my 20% coupon and got some nice shoes at a good price. I’ll definitely come back again for more shoes in the future.

I have had the worst experience at this store. This place has the worst customer service. I don’t even know how they get any business. The manager has no sense of good customer service. Told me to my face that he will argue with me all day if he needs to. I’ve had to go twice to try to return shoes that haven’t been worn and that are still in the return policy. Advice from me don’t purchase from hibbets in general and just go to a footlocker or somewhere that has excellent service.

This place is horrible, never ever go here. Terrible customer service, return policy basically doesn’t exist apparently, worst customer service in the area. I recommend to go someplace better.

Horrible customer service. will not take back shoes that obviously haven’t been worn. archaic return policy that is way too much of a hassle. do not choose this store, there are many other suitable options.
