Went in and had the nice and clean store to ourselves! Didnt have either of the 2 pairs of shoes my son wanted in shock. But the guy helped us and ordered them online and we just got them today!!! He was so helpful, thank you!!!

I placed an order on line for a pair of shoes. They suppose to be delivered in 5-6 days. I called to check the tracking for the package, I was on hold for 12 minutes when I did get the chance to speak with someone I was put on hold for an additional 5 minutes then they hung up on me. I call back and the next person I had talked to said that my shoes are being shipped out. Which was a lie. That’s when I received the email after the phone call, which was the same day the package was suppose to be delivered (a week later),stating that they don’t have the shoes in stock. I still can’t figure out what was they going to benefit for lying to me about my order! Never again
Im not sure why all these bad reviews but this is really the only shoe store that really knows how to engage their customers. They always go out the way to get you what u want even if its has to be order . . I never had a issue there all. The staff is amazing from the manager on down ! .
Purchased a pair of shoes, and they were too small so I tried to return them and I only worn them once to see it I could fit them and I couldn’t and they weren’t even dirty. The staff was nice besides the manager, she was very rude to me and sassy, but she did allow me to exchange the shoes for another pair which cost extra... long story short buy shoes that fit... and do not buy then from here...
Decent selection of shoes and apparel and they participate in most of the online raffles .

Was gonna get a pair of shoes, and Priscilla was being rude and refused to help me. She also resorted to using profanaty. So you wont be seeing me there. Jimmy Jazz is the new place to go.

Just brought some clothes to return and they didnt have enough money to refund me. I was told to come back later after they make some more sales...
Priscilla cursed at my 15 year old brother! He asked for her help in looking for a pair of shoes. She cursed at him and told him he could find someone else to help him. Absolutely horrible service! The other workers in the store laughed. Completely unacceptable we will not be back. Dont bring your kids there for shoes folks!
