Flowers Flooring was an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire staff was very professional, accommodating, and timely. Additionally, the work they provided installing our backsplash was amazing! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We recently used Flowers Flooring to replace all the flooring on the ground floor of our townhome. Our experience with them was excellent, from the initial meeting in their showroom in Winston-Salem to the installation of our new flooring this past week. We were treated with respect and professionalism from every member of their team. They originally budgeted 3.5 days for the removal of our existing wood and tile flooring and installation of our new LVP flooring. Their 2-man installation crew completed the entire install in 2 days and did an amazing job. During the installation process we received daily calls from their installation manager to make sure there were no issues and that we were happy with the work being performed. We also received calls from their front office to make sure we were satisfied with their work.I highly recommend Flowers Flooring and we will definitely use then again when the need arises.

The people at Flowers Flooring were amazing from start to finish. Traci was quite patient with me showing me several samples and even letting me take some home so I can see how they would look against my other floor. They were friendly, reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. They did an excellent job and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

I absolutely love the job that Flowers Flooring did for me! Jon and Will are great and helped me pick out just the right flooring. I was pleased with the estimate and financing options. But I never could have imagined how happy I would be with the job. I was extremely nervous to have people in my home with the pandemic but the installers were super respectful and wore their masks the entire time. They worked really hard - they had to pull up tile, laminate, and carpet. They cleaned behind themselves each step of the way and the flooring looks phenomenal. They will certainly get my business when its time for new carpet and bathroom floors!

This is the second Condo I’ve had Flowers Flooring install LVP Cortec for me. They have been very accommodating and have quality flooring. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with. This second condo was a little tough. From the building settling, the floors were far from being level. The first installing crew wouldn’t attempt it. William brought in another crew that had been installing floors for forty years. I certainly didn’t want to spend the extra money but they worked hard for five days leveling and installing my floor. It looks awesome. I recommend giving Marlen a shot for a quote. Cheap ain’t always good. Joel in Cornelius.

The floor crew were excellent. Helped us find a stain color that best matched our existing wood. They were quick and professional and cleaned up completely when they left. I would recommend and use them again.

The materials came in quickly and one we signed off on the contract, our floors were installed 1.5 weeks afterwards. The installers did a great job, and explained every step of the process. We had old hardwood floors throughout our whole house and Flowers Flooring sanded and stained them back to looking almost new! The transformation was incredible. They moved all the furniture out of the house and returned it all back within a couple of days. I did find a few scratches on the wall and alerted them and within a week they were back to fix those areas. These two guys that did our floors were fast, professional and very good workers.Our house was built in 1966, so yes the floors were bad!

Hi my name is Gary. About a year ago we visited Flowers Flooring to carpet our upstairs and stairway. The people we talked with were extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to deal with. We selected a carpet with the help of Theresa and within a few days we had the carpet installed and ready to go. By the way, the installers were very experienced and professional. They finished the job in about six hours.After a month or so, we decided that the carpet was too loose knit. We returned to Flowers Flooring to discuss our concerns with two or three of the Flowers Flooring representatives. They were very understanding and helpful. In fact, they did what I never expected. They allowed me to select a better quality carpet with a tighter knit and said they would install free of charge. The new carpet was installed in a few days with the same professional installers. They did an excellent job. And I am so happy with the new carpet. I am completely satisfied.

I replaced carpet with Engineered Hardwoods in Living Room And 3 bedrooms and closets . The showroom had many samples to choose from and staff very helpful . The man who came to measure was pleasant and thorough. The 3 men who came to lay wood were very pleasant and very careful moving furniture . They worked very hard and cleaned up inside and outside when finished . They did a great job . I like the floors very much .

Flowers Flooring completed both a tile shower and carpet installation in our master bedroom. Both projects were completed on time and within budget. Catie Mullins was terrific to work with. We searched around with many flooring contractors in the Winston-Salem area, including some of the big box stores. Flowers Flooring impressed us the most. Their employees are very friendly and passionate about what they do. Their professionalism and quality of service were excellent. We had new carpeting installed in a bedroom and a carpet stair runner going up the steps, and they were able to guide us and help us make the best decision for our home. They had a quick turn around time. Best of all, our new carpeting looks great. We couldnt be happier. When we decide to have new tile installed in our bathroom, without hesitation we will call Flowers Flooring.

I’m one of the operating facility managers with PTI airport. Flowers has good customer service with Will and Jon but unfortunately are not well trained. Will came out and measured but if you knew with what he saw at the airport why not just tell us then you were unable to do the work instead of implying this is what you would need to do. Jon has seemed somewhat clueless in explaining to us about why the job will not be accepted because of warranty. Nothing makes since I don’t understand why a recommended company is unable to repair an airport floor. Never once saw a quote for pricing, asked for a quote saying that you can’t accept the job and just got a random email. Asked for a company that may recommend and not much help there either. All we need is floor repaired by baggage area didn’t think it would be such a difficult task or difficult in explaining why the job can’t be accepted, what can be done besides replacing the entire rubberized floor. Great customer service people, but not really knowledgeable.

My experience with Flowers Flooring was very good! They were on time and always called prior to arriving. The work was very good and they always tried to please. There was on small change and they willingly made it without the least hesitation. Their work was complete and of good quality.

We needed our flooring installed quickly and they were able to move their schedule around to work with us.On the day of the install, we had a family emergency and were unable to be here for the install. It was no problem at all for Flowers - they worked with us and did a great job on the install. We would certainly work with them again!

These guys were AMAZING! In love with my new floors. So kind and courteous and kept everything clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

If you dont mind paying full price in advance--and I dont know any service where that is required; and you dont mind waiting two weeks for the scheduler to call you (if you miss their call, you can call back, but they are so busy, the phone will disconnect after about 10 rings, and youre back to playing phone tag--in my case, two weeks. There has to be a better way to get an appointment scheduled?). Now, if you can get by that, the workman ship, moving furniture, install and cleanup was excellent. I have not seen a better rug installation or stretching. Id give them 5 stars, except the ineptness in having to pay in advance and wait weeks before I could get a fixed install date.

Experience was extremely positive from visiting the showroom, to the in house estimate and then the installation.The job was for 4 bedrooms with closets. The removal of old carpet, leveling any floor irregularities and installing LVP was completed in a day and a half and was 10% cheaper than another flooring place even though we selected a higher price product.

Flowers flooring replaced our floors throughout the downstairs of our home. They have a large selection to choose from, with many different pricing points. We ended up going with vinyl plank flooring and absolutely love it! The installers were able to answer questions we had and even cleaned up there mess! We also had two large rugs made and they turned out perfect! Excellent customer service! Definitely will use them again when we begin to replace the upstairs flooring.

I had several estimates when I was looking to have my carpet replaced. No one could beat their price. And no skimping on quality of the carpet and labor. First of all I feel reviews are helpful for improvement in a business. I personally didnt have a good experience. This place was all over the place with pricing and availability. Flowers didnt live up to my expectations. I contacted them for carpet and vinyl planks. I asked them if they can have it installed in the next week because time was of the essence. They said yes. I proceeded with the payment and then the next day was told vinyl can be done the next week however vinyl plank 2nd week of June. They offered an extra 30 percent off for inconvenience, WRONG... because they already had a 25% for Mothers Day special and they said well we added 5% to make it 30% how is an extra 30% equate to 30% when you already had 25% for special for May. They are verrrryyyy misleading and not a company of their word. Be careful....
