Young lady there that helped us was super. Very knowledgeable. Also such a sweet person. A very pleasant visit.

I love this place but for it to be a warehouse for used or resale, its awfully more expensive when I compared prices of high end items to the same items at places like lumber liquidators. And the staff doesnt really interact with you unless you interact with them first. A lot of customers like to be greeted at least. Not really a gripe of mine just more if a suggestion I guess.

My visit today was mixed. I found exactly what I was looking for, great prices, and a great business model for buying today but picking up when I have the right vehicle. I was encouraged that all the customers were masked and practiced safe distancing. I was appreciative of the friendly, helpful customer service rep who answered my questions. All that was great! But not a single employee was wearing a mask and there were no visual cues (like spacing guides for those standing in line to check out) in place. Lets be clear. I like this store, and love their prices! But this discouraged me, so Im sharing my review in hopes that management considers insisting that employees mask up just like all the customers. For their own safety and ours.

My husband and I went there today to get some flooring for our home. The ladies there were very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. We got a great price on everything so were totally happy & satisfied with our visit.

Always great deals but lately they arent getting many trucks in so some inventory is low. All the years Ive been going there this is the first time I had to leave empty handed. Normally great selection and great prices.

I purchased 2500 square feet of Shaw laminate flooring and it blistered and bubbled in random locations, but not everywhere, an expert SHAW PROVIDED said it was surface water damage, very sensitive to water, cant mop or spill anything on it, but in my sons room he eats and drinks at his computer with no damage and the expert also said you must transition all openings 6 feet or less . that would look good right. I had an installer recommended by Carpet Warehouse tell me he had never seen damage like this and transitioning all openings would be unacceptable to his clients.BASICALLY CARPET WAREHOUSE AND SHAW DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, BUYER BEWARE OF ANY SHAW PRODUCTS. SHOULD HAVE SPENT MORE THAN THE THOUSANDS I DID TO GET GOOD PRODUCT THE FIRST TIME

Its at the corner of MLK and Patterson ave in Winston Salem NC. This building holds a lot of discounted titles, carpet, rope, various products. If you are a diy person then this place is for you. Across the road they have another building that holds sinks, doors, cabinets, etc Ll at lower prices than the big stores. Keep in mind, these are discount stores and not brand new without defects.There is no way to tell whats coming in or if they will have what you need but stop by when you can and check out whatever but if you need it then, you better buy it before it gets sold. Tile is much cheaper here than at Lowes or home Depot by far and the two that work there from what times Ive been there are friendly.

Great place to find products for do-it-yourself projects for your home or for professional contractors as well, such as tile for the bathroom or kitchen.

Love this place have all the material needed at very economical prices.

We went here to get 12 x 12 tiles for our patio table so we can switch them out. They have so many tiles it is hard to choose just one pattern. Plenty of floor coverings and tiles here at really good prices.

Great selection of flooring to include rugs

The selection here isnt very good if you have more than one room to carpet. The store hours on Google are incorrect. It states on Google they close at 5:30 but when we arrive at 4:15 the employees were not very friendly because they had to stay until 5:15 after we just spent nearly a thousand dollars on carpet.

Good selection of vinyl plank, decent prices, only problem is that we had a large flooring project and they didn’t have enough of the color we would have went for (2500 sq ft).We will come back for future projects though.

I spent almost $500 on linoleum flooring and it was cut wrong. They said there was nothing they could do about it. I have referred alot of people to this place in the past but will not be doing so again!!!

We look here often for hard to find tile

Lots of bits and pieces of carpet. I didnt find them much if any cheaper than any other carpet store.
