Just had new carpet and vinal planking done in most of my house. Mark and Ken, the installers, were GREAT. They worked so hard and with such good humor that it was a good experience to have them in our home. It was a big job. Jeff and Bill at the store were also very kind and helpful. We would HIGHLY recommend.

(As always my reviews are unbiased, and my honest opinion, and observation.)To start theyre wasnt a person, or sole insight.They had a sign on the door saying be back in two hours.They may be that busy, not sure.However quite unprofessional!*Someone should always be manning the phones, along with a sales agent on Property during Store hours.Is it poor business practices?Will the carpet be of quality?Will they get it in stock on time? Will they be unprofessional in any other ways?Its makes one certainly wonder.We drove a distance based on the online Color Carpets Company Information, regarding store hours, Location, carpeting,/flooring inventory, etc, only to have not a sole insight to ask questions, look, or pricing.Its a shame for Color Carpets because were changing flooring and carpet in our entire home.When youre on a schedule and budget, theres no time for Unprofessionalism*Update: We decided on another company.I will leave a review on the company, after the work is completed, but so far so good!

Called to ask about their current specials/advertisements and they hung up on me!

Great selection and great prices. The installers are experts and make sure you are satisfied with the work before they leave.

Told me I was getting a deal. SEEMED nice and trustworthy. I overpaid by at least $200. Of course.....all sales final. HMMMMBUYER BEWARE......MORE HONEST BUSINESSES NEARBY

Jeff is extremely rude

My husband and I remodeled our basement recently and we used Color Carpets. Jeff the owner met with us in person at the store and went over all the details. We where highly pleased with all the work his company did for us that we decided to purchase flooring for our rent house a few months afterwards! Without a doubt I would recommend anyone to check out his store for all your flooring needs.

Both gentleman Ive dealt with have been fantastic. Their prices are reasonable & we had the best installer. Ive used them a couple times now and look forward to using them when we add outdoor carpet to our deck.

I have used Color Carpets to replace all carpeting in a condo I owned years ago. I had them replace carpet in the master bedroom of my current house. I am writing this now because today I am going to get them to replace all the 2nd floor caret my my house. I have nothing but good things to say about this business from the products offered, the owner, installers and fair pricing.
