Ive been to Batteries Plus multiple times and have always had a positive experience. You can set an appointment to save time. The staff is knowledgeable and Ive always gotten my device back in good condition after having the battery replaced.

I had a bad battery. I took them back and asked them to be tested. He said they were bad. I took it back and at first the man said I didnt charge them enough and had voided the warranty. I then told him I charged them overnight. he then said I charged them too much and voided the warranty. He was rude to the point that he would not even look at my receipt. Had a phone screen replaced here and it was never right even after a second try. Patrick who knew it was never right offered $10 off full price for a 3rd screen. I went to a competitor and had it replaced for the same price and the phone works fine. These folks would not stand behind their work and did not appreciate me as a customer. Look at their reviews. Bought 2 bulbs at 8 dollars apiece, 1 lasted 6 weeks took back for replacement and was told they would not replace. When I ordered online web site says 100% satisfaction guaranty. Even call 800 number and asked for replacement and told they would notify store and take care it. Still no replacement after 2 weeks. Also the 5 star rating by Nellie Brady, she is the store manager.

Looking for a power charger for my cell in Greensboro, NC. They didnt have it there but without asking that checked stores around and they call the store in Winston Salem to make sure they had it in stock and reserved it for me. When I got to Winston the clerk was busy but acknowledge me and said he would be asap. Very good service.

Online ordering was very easy and user friendly. Pick up was easy. Only complaint I have is the bad attitude of the employee. It appeared he was the only one working and several people came in within a few minutes and it frustrated him, he let it show also.

Purchased batteries for wheel chair. 3 months latter the batteries charge and test okay but the abilities to keep the charge has deteriated so that they die within 6 hours of full charge. They are rated for 10 hours. Tried to get replacements and manager will not replace. When they we new, they lasted. Now the do not. Had them tested at local battery store, they found they were defective. I will never buy a battery from batteries plus in Winston-Salem again. This was a 200 dollar purchase and it is wrong to not listen and work with customer. New batteries were purchased and they last all day. Duracell is the maker of the original batteries. Do not buy expensive batteries from Batteries Plus. They do not stand by their products or assist their customers.

I had a very small 12 volt battery that I could not find a replacement for. I was referred to batteries plus. Within 5 minutes, I was on my way with the new battery in hand.

I chose the wrong daytime running lights for my Honda. They fit, however it was not the correct illumination they said it would be.They do not give a return on opened items (fair enough) But they are perfectly fine lights and the store manager would not even offer a store credit! I will not be back. Poor customer service!

There arent many stores that I truly despise - but this is one of them. The insolent manner of the young kid behind the counter is infuriating. He DESPERATELY needs some advanced customer service training. I gave them one last chance today - but Im done. Never again.

I purchased batteries from this location in December. Two batteries were over $20. The batteries didnt last for three weeks. I went to return them or exchange and was told nothing we can do, they worked when you put them in the device. These batteries are generally 3-5 years of battery life. I had intended to purchase a power sport battery and landscape bulbs today as well but due to their lack of concern that they sold me inadequate inventory I left and went elsewhere. I actually paid more for the power sport battery elsewhere but at least I spent my hard earned money where they showed appreciation for my business and good customer service. I will not be shopping at Batteriea Plus in Winston Salem again.

This store is complete trash!! Do not buy here. Patrick the store manager has no clue what customer service is. Very unhelpful staff. Terrible customer service and very rude. Staff seemed to not care and they are unable to do anything without their manager. I was in 3 times and was told my problem would be fixed. Staff is very rude and make you feel like you have no idea what youre talking about.. I will never step foot in the place again. BBB will be contacted as well as corporate office. Never treated like this anywhere. Nationwide warranties are no good at this store. I work in retail and this is not the way to gain customers. I feel like if the other good reviews are fake. They obviously werent in the same store I was in. Rude Rude Rude!!

Went in to buy a replacement battery for my phone that had been tested and found defective. What I got was a lecture about over-charging my phone and an argument that there was nothing wrong with the battery. When I finally got the guy to check if he had the replacement in stock, he complained that it was an older battery and would have to be ordered. I was quoted a price of $39.99. I demanded my battery back, then ordered one online for $9.79. Not impressed.

Do not shop here. Prices on larger automotive/mower batteries are 20 to 35% over competitors. Went in to purchase with a 10% discount code to buy 12 volt lawnmower battery and was told they charged $6 extra for an old battery core, info not passed along when I spoke with in-store salesperson on phone. Since I was putting this in anther persons mower across town, it would be inconvenient to go get that old one, making 2 trips. Worse part of experience was attitude of the counter person and even worse by the store mgr. Cavalier,So what, their only concern was tone of my voice not my problem. As a professional salesperson for over 40 years, it is frustrating to deal with a newer generation of workers whose main concern is when 5 oclock rolls around. Another chain operation with high prices and low service. I dont need it nor should you.
