This is the only business I allow to give my car service.The prices are so reasonable. On one particular visit,there was a mishap during the oil change process that eventually started a fire. That visit was free of charge of course and due to that event,my air stopped blowing air. So I did contact them about that,they told me to bring my car in. Overall they fixed tht issue also with free of charge. I cant thank them enough for helping me out being that Im an out of towner and have yet to find a mechanic that I trust to do simple work on my car. Keep up the great way.

Really nice customer service. The wait time was minimal and my service was completed in a timely fashion. The tech guy was really nice and respectable..and I appreciate the that you can sit in your car while getting your oil changed.

Went in for an inspection on a busy Saturday morning. The staff was quick, friendly, clean, and professional. All the other places I called were booked and I was able to get in and out. This was perfect. Id highly recommend.

Horrible place !! I got my car towed to them hoping they can fix it ! Then 2 days go by they telling me “ we aren’t gonna work on your car “ that was by Travis !! Horrible place !! I waisted $100 dollars getting my car towed to a place that doesn’t want to do service for my car!! I’ve been calling them over and over again so they can tell me what’s wrong with my car keep getting hung up on !! Awful place don’t recommend!! They refuse to pay for anything!!! Don’t go to them at all !!! TRAVIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL!! Now I gotta find a way to get my car !!! This is awful!!!! I never been treated so awful before in my entire life !!!!!!

First time there, but I go by all the time. Had the oil changed in my Ram 2500. Synthetic oil. They were polite, the place was clean, they were very organized and ran well as a team. They did a safety check on my truck before I left and the manager welcomed me to their store personally. Also gave me some coupons and told me about their other location. Best yet, I didnt have to get out of my truck! Im kinda a stickler about people driving my truck. I will be back.

Bad service they need to have new employees

Charged me $93 for oil change because i didnt ask for the price. The last time same place charged me $70 for same company oil change. Please careful and must ask the price before you get your oil change. Will not recommend this place to anyone !!!!

My daughter has been bringing her vehicle there for over a year to have the oil change is done and come to find out today that they haven’t even been changing the oil filter. So who knows if they’ve been even changing the oil. I had the vehicle at another mechanic today and he thought the oil hadn’t been changed in a couple years because of the filter. I will never use this place again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else either.Not professional at all and they give the good mechanics a bad name because now it’s hard for people to trust mechanics

I went in for a simple oil change. 2 days later I noticed my car had left a large oil spot on my driveway. I took it in to my mechanic thinking I had an oil leak only to find out that the oil pin had not been put back on properly and was hanging on by a thread. This had the potential to cause major damage. Maybe they outta have a check system in place so this doesn’t happen. Not happy about spending a day at the mechanic and money to have the problem checked out. Wanted to save time but I’ll never cheat on my mechanic again. These places are fast for a reason I guess

This place needs to be closed rip9off old ladies. Told me my new car needed wipers and tag light and gas cap. Before it would pass inspection tag light burning in front of my eyes lying bunch.

I am a little disappointed with this businesses professionalism. I went 2 weeks ago to get air in my tires. I couldnt ask for better service. They were quick, very polite and got the job done.Fast forward to today I went back to get air in my tire and get the cap on the stem since they forgot it weeks ago. I told them the air was slowly coming out and I thought this was why. They said that wouldnt do that.20 minutes later I was told to pull in the bay. They topped me off and then checked for nails. Informed me there was a nail in my right rear on the wall. I asked if it could be patched. He said he wasnt sure and went to get someone else. 2 people looked at the tire and informed me the whole tire needing replacing. Something just didnt sit well with me so I told them no thank you and left. I went to another local shop I deal with frequent for these very reasons. They were able to patch my tire and send me on my way.This shop didnt even attempt to patch it and just wrote it off as done for. If I wouldnt have went with my gut this shop could have cost me well more money than I could afford for something that didnt even need replacing. This isnt good business and I will not be returning for any future business.

They were a lifesaver! My front engine cover hadn’t been properly secured after an oil change, so it had come loose and was scrapping the pavement. They fixed the problem and got me back on the road in no time at all. Special shout out to the manager, Joseph, who was helpful and friendly!

I own 3 vehicles and have been to several oil change places. I recently moved to Winston and and didnt like the places here so kept going an hour for an oil change. So I was lazy today and didnt feel like driving an hour. So I stopped here and I believe her name was Keara(I hope I spelled it correct).. very professional. And I have not seen service like this in Winston yet so I dont know if it was her or the way the business operates but Ill be back. Thanks

Theyre knowledgeable, and will get you in and out quickly

These folks are great. The services are priced reasonably and getting in and out is great. You stay in the car, so your watching a great majority of your service. You actually feel like theyre doing the things that they say they are doing in their list. Everyone has always been very nice to me and my wife are we go in. They make suggestions, but dont push. They do other services beyond just oil changes and can give you an estimate quickly. They are honest and quick to address any concerns. A good business to frequent.

Clearly theres a different crew here now.used to be a great spot.now the workers ignore me and act wierd. I have a corolla and they quoted me $70.99 before taxes and fees .thats an absurd price and I wasnt feeling too comfortable with the workers apparent skill level.it took 5 minutes for him to give me the price .

My review was brought down bringing it back up had my front right brake locking .... Long story short I had to come back to this place four times with my car’s front right brake locking and turning bright red as how hot it got every time I try to pull out to go home spent nearly 1500.00 dollars for brake work never went back

Today, I worked with Alex, who is kind, patient and has the heart of a teacher. I could instantly tell that he and the other employees take great pride in the work they do! My wife and I were in town when her oil light came on. We knew we would never be seen at the dealership so we went to the Hanes Mill Express Oil location. Of course they got us right in, added oil and did not charge us a penny although I was fully prepared to pay. Service at this location is excellent. I highly recommend.

This is that shady kind of auto shop you should avoid, I will make sure everyone hears about my experience here. They misdiagnosed a sound coming from my tire tricking me into paying $400 for a rotor replacement I did not need and one I definitely can’t afford in such financially uncertain times. I tried to get a refund and the “manager” brought me an old rotor that was not the one I had previously had on, and he has been highly deceitful this entire week long process of me having to keep coming back. They actually had to call other mechanics to figure out the sound coming from my car, how embarrassing. I also noticed various leaks after letting them touch my car, my brother(whom is also a mechanic) said that a lot of times shady businesses will create problems they can fix later down the road like an oil leak. He suggested I contact the state secretary’s office about petitioning to have their business license revoked as this kind of business gives mechanics everywhere a bad name. After the “manager” outright refused a fair refund(I didn’t want a refund for the oil change I bought with the rotors) I am now going to have to dispute this charge with my bank and have them run an investigation into why this happened, if you’ve had a similar experience I suggest anyone reading contact their bank as it’s much easier to deal with a bank that wants your business than a manager that thinks he’s smart enough to run a business with such a nefarious attitude, I will not be returning here or any other place affiliated. Heaven only knows what damage they’ve done to all the other vehicles I’ve brought in there over the past two years I’ve been using their services.

I want to give a shout out to Express Oil and Service Center on Hanes Mill across from Mickey Ds. You know I love my Jeep, Wanda. They ran a diagnostic for a fraction of what the dealership would have charged, fixed a transmission leak, an oil leak with new gaskets, and replaced her spark plugs. She runs like a top!! They drove me to OCharleys to have lunch, and picked me up again. Sweetest people!! Made it a point to walk me through everything and save me money. Josh, my mechanic is excellent!! I tipped, and was happy to!!

I define loyalty as an earned privilege worthy of me sharing my time and some cases, money on. This is how I feel about my local Express center. The atmosphere is such a welcomed sight, considering the state this society has become. Whether you wait for the service or have to return, you are treated as though you were the primary reason they came to work that day. Your issue is address in a professional manner and with a smile. In some cases, you may get to joke around as though you are with family. What I am trying to say with all this babbling is, anyone can fix a vehicle but not everyone can earn the respect, loyalty, and trust like this center.

I came in for an oil change on April 29,2020. I heard the mechanic comment that my oil filter was tight when trying to take it off. Two weeks later, oil came pouring out of my car. I had it taken to the car dealership and they discovered that the bracket that holds the oil filter was broken. Now I am $971 dollars out of my pocket to fix this. The dealership showed me and the crack was obvious. Very disappointing that Express Oil did not just own up to this error.

I got there 30 minutes before closing and needed new brakes and rotors..they stayed past closing to help me. Thank you Chris and the rest of the crew. They were wonderful!

I recommend avoiding this place... the 10 minute oil change is bogus, I was waiting behind a car already being serviced and assumed 10 mins for him, 10 for me, Im gone in 20. I was there over an hour... they told me a list of things I should get replaced, took that list to another shop and they told me all of that stuff looks perfectly fine. Cant trust these guys.

They were under staffed when I called them about replacing my alternator and asked to bring it back the following Monday. Its Friday. I cant drive around with a bad alternator until Monday.

Under new management! Beware of inexperienced staff. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. They had one female tech today. Initially she attempted to convince me that KIA required I use synthetic oil in my car...WRONG, I phoned dealer spoke with service department and they said she was just trying to sell me something more expensive.Then oil change was allegedly complete and there was a wait for tire rotation. At $20 and waiting, I passed. I left their location and stopped, could smell oil and sure enough oil was puddling. Drove right back to location.Was tld they overfilled oil, she drained and never cleaned up the mess off pan. So there I was having to wait again while another tech cleaned up after her and tightened pan, which by the sound of the pneumatics was very loose.I spoke to the alternate tech and owner/manager about the attempt to sell me something I didnt need. Had them pull my car up in computer and it clearly stated 5/20 preferred. The nonsense about synthetics was a Valvoline directive.Between the lack of customer service, mistakes made, and the dishonesty I am done. I took my old Ford there when it was run by original owners, as did my sister in law.If I cant trust them with my car and advice--I cant trust them. One tech offered me coupons,I told him forget it. I wont be back. Worst experience in over 30 years of driving. Im disgusted! Especially by management!

These guys are ripoff artists. They tried to say my girlfriends oil pan was messed up and that it would cost 1300 to replace. Oil pan was fine. They also said she needed a new air filter. When she refused that they then proceeded to charge 65 for a simple oil change. Go to mock tire on Peters creek, go to the other mock tire, but do not get scammed by these people. Youre paying for expidiancy at places like this, but with all the b.s. theyre throwing at you youll be stuck here for an hour arguing and pay double what It would cost somewhere else.Honestly these people should get sued for fraudulance. They ought to know theyre bringing down the reputation of everyone when they pull stunts like this.

My boyfriend went to express oil change on Hanes Mill Rd. Earlier this week.. our car wasnt working; the air, interior lights & door chime. Rob the mechanic took a look and quoted him $819 dollars !!!!! Told him he needed a part that is not even USED in the car that we own ... the only reason we knew this is because we took the information to my father whos worked on cars for awhile (to obviously see if he could figure it out without us paying almost a grand) and my uncle who owned his own electrical company. THE ONLY THING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE WAS TO PUSH A FUSE ALL THE WAY IN AND CONNECT SOME DAMN WIRES !!! & he was honestly going to try to con us out of almost $1000 dollars. What a horrible place. Id never recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service, I go in and ask for just an oil change. Well after being told several other thing need to be done I tell them I want just an oil change. They change it and Im on my way. Well my truck starts to shake and stutter so I check the oil my self. They only put about 3 quarts of oil in an engine that needs 7 quarts. Now my truck has a shake and terrible rattle.
