I have a 2011 BMW M3 Convertible which is a E93 with S65 engine. This engine has low clearance with the Rod Bearings upper and lower. I had Motorsport Connections replace my Rod Bearings with the updated BE Rod Bearings and there team did an outstanding job!! And they have really competitive prices compared to other import shops in the area. They are honest and very professional. I would highly recommend this great team to anyone who has a BMW or any import vehicle. I plan to use them to install a ESS VT2 650 Supercharger to my vehicle in Feb/Mar time frame. I was ready to sell my Mercedes E320 cdi.Diesel engine was smelling and I thought it was an exhaust leak, it stunk all the time.They repaired a leaking injector and seals on all the injectors. 2 other issues and it doesnt smell or sound like diesel. My daughters X3 had the drivetrain malfunction light come on.. After talking with them on the phone realized I needed to take it to them.. After test driving they realized that the vacuum line came off the turbo.. very cheap fix..

I am so appreciative of the work, services, and customer service expressed by the staff at Motorsport Connections. This is my first BMW and I did not understand why I was losing oil. Staff at Motorsport Connections fit me in to look over the car before the shop even opened. The explained what was going on and scheduled an appointment for me to complete the repairs. They were upfront with explaining what was going on and how they could repair it. They offered to provide transportation after I dropped the car off and they kept me updated on the status of the repairs. Then last week, Katie sent me a text to check and see how my car was doing. Following up with me really was the icing on the cake. I felt very comfortable that the repairs they explained to me were honest assessment of what I needed to have done. My 1987 BMW 325is is a very difficult car to work on. It has a 1995 M3 Engine with lots of track oriented upgrades. It is used as a daily driver as well as a track car. The poor car is run extremely hard at the track. There are very few places that have the expertise to keep a car like mine running right. When I purchased the car, it had all kinds of problems that no one was quite able to fix. I was very fortunate that a friend recommended Motorsport Connections. Billy quickly diagnosed the problems has the car performing better than I ever thought possible. It can now handle the abuse of the track without issues (and that is saying something!). Ill never let any other shop work on this car. The depth of their knowledge is only matched by their dedication to excellence. Their prices are very fair and their customer service is excellent. I cant possibly give them a higher recommendation.

Its hard to find a great service place for a mini. ive been a few times and they always do a great job and finish before the end of the day. very convenient and much more affordable than the dealer. highly recommend.

I found my shop. Took my BMW convertible in cause the plastic top latches of course broke which will happen. After they looked at the car they decided to call me and tell me my money would be better served in replacing the cooling system which is another thing that simply needs to be done about now on these these cars. The convertible is closed and can wait but the cooling system is much more dire. Also its a cheaper repair. Which shows ethics that sadly is rare in auto shops these days. Yeah these repairs all cost, its a BMW. What did you expect? Still, I love my car and I think this shop does too. See you guys soon to get all the maintenance up to date on the car. This is my shop now.

These folks are the best! The estimate from the BMW dealer nearly sent me into shock! These folk looked the car over, fixed me up and sent me off for a fraction of the cost and, came in below their estimate (they had told me in advance that they hoped to come in below estimate and had padded their numbers, just in case they found the unexpected). They will see me again....and again. It is truly a blessing to find someone you can trust. I mean that literally. Thank you Motorsport Connection team.

I drive a 2004 BMW Z4. I find this shop to be a customer centric shop. I have always been treated like a customer, never a number since moving my service needs there two years ago. They recently (March 2016) worked on my car, and when repairs exceeded stated time provided me transportation and accommodation to my bill on the repair. It is a friendly and very knowledgeable group of people. Kudos to Motorsport Connections.

Not a good shop if you want honest quotes from dishonest people who will charge you for parts that you do not need! I know Ive been a victim and not only me but my cousin was a victim also. Straight up youre better off going to your car dealer.

Had my water pump go out in my 335 and they had it fixed the same day! I always take my E46 to them and that was my first time taking my 335. I cant say enough good things about Motorsport Connections. Its one of those places you can trust and dont have to worry about things after you drop your car off, you always know its in good hands.

There is no other place I will take my car...I know a business is usually nice because they want you to come back. HOWEVER MSC make me feel like I am there only customer and there customer srv and professionalism never changes. I went to the xyz dealership for airbag recall . ...made an appointment ....stood in front of the svc desk for 20 mins....1 rep was on the phone talking to his wife about dinner.....the other 2 rep tslk to each other about a previous customer who was rude. Others just walked back and fourth pass me....not a word of assisting me....I occur and overall great experience at MSC....Im winning!

We have a 2002 Mini Cooper that Motorsport Connections has been servicing for the last several years. The most significant service event to date was the replacement of the transmission. They were able to utilize OEM parts with a full warranty and were very accommodating with working out a schedule so we were not without the car for an extended period of time. The whole experience was seamless and was executed as planned without any issues. The level of communication and customer service we experienced through the whole process was far superior to that of most service sector businesses today.

Clean comfortable waiting room. I brought my 1998 323ic in knowing I needed an alignment so took advantage of their online special which included alignment, rotation and balance! Additionally I was wondering about suspension condition since it has 108,000 miles and I had just bought it recently. The mechanic told me the suspension was good, all I needed other than the aforementioned service was an air filter. No upsellingi

I called this place asking them about installing a water pump and thermostat on my BMW 535i and because I already had the parts they refused to install them due to warranty purposes which I guess I would understand if they were aftermarket parts but these were factory parts from BMW there really isnt a excuse in my opinion other than them trying leak every dollar out of me. This isnt how youre suppose to treat people.

I had a bit of an issue with Motorsport Connections. I wont get into the details but I will tell you that they worked hard to make it right by me and that counts for a lot now days!! Mistakes happen, no matter where you are. Most businesses will try to pass it off or deny accountability. Its refreshing to know there are still businesses willing to step up to the plate and do the right thing! HUGE props to Motorsport Connections for doing just that. Id use them again for services without hesitation.

Ive known Billy Revis for years. Ive owned BMWs for even longer. I live 45 miles east of Raleigh & have often wished Billy had a shop much closer. He & his work have a great reputation among the BMW community. I finally had a chance for Motorsport Connections to work on my car. My 39 year old 2002 broke on the way to The Vintage a few weeks ago. There was no doubt in my mind who to call. I saw Billy & met Katy at The Vintage, gave him the keys & asked him to have at it. Of course he repaired it properly & in a timely fashion & at a reasonable price.I still wish Motorsport Connections was a lot closer. Ive discussed this with my bride & she aint moving, but if Im ever back in the Triad & need anything done to my car, Motorsport Connections is the place Ill go.

Motorsports Connections is the ONLY place I will take my 2 BMWs to get repairs, service, and etc. I have also taken my Honda there also. I used to work in the business park close by; thats how I first came to know about Motorsports Connections. Since Katie and Patrick have taken great care of me and my cars. They are honest, reasonable priced, and do outstanding work. My experience at other places that work on high end cars like BMWs is NOT like that. In fact I no longer work in Winston but still continue to drive from Statesville for all my work. I dont write things like this very often but Motorsports Connections deserves the praise because they did the work, so to speak. Use them; you wont be sorry.

Went in for a second opinion on a repair that was quoted from a different shop and they found the problem to be a cheaper fix and saved me a lot of money. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

DONE AND DONE RIGHT HERE! I have a 2008 528i. Have took this car to a few shops around Winston. Even started at the dealership thinking they would be the best. Biggest waste of money! Was ready to get rid of this car. This car was a money pit! Could not drive the car more than a few months before it broke down again. All was a waste of time and money until i took my car to Motorsports Connections. Listen when i tell you, these guy are the best. When i thought there was nowhere else to turn, i gave it one more shot before i dumped this car. Very happy with the service. Didnt think this car could be fixed. Motorsports Connections are the best foreign car machanics around. I told Katie my problems and she asurred me all my run around was over. And she was right! I have enjoyed my car ever since and drive it everyday. Which i couldnt do before. You can keep PAYING with the other guys or you can start PLAYING with Motorsports Connections. They are straight with no chaser.
