As someone who is young, coming to this place made me feel good that my car is going to be taken very good care of and was. Also they treated me very kind. Im unsure how to spell his name but Sean or Shawn was the person that helped me through this process. He made it very easy and let me know the status every bit of the way. A huge thank you to the people that worked on my car as well! Yall made the RO very easy to read. It described everything.

Replace rear hatch button. In order to manually unlock and open hatch’s door without interfering with the backup camera, electrically rerouted system to use fob only. I appreciate that the mechanics kept me informed throughout the process. The repair was done in a timely manner for a reasonable price.

Was referred to Everything Euro by a friend. It is a bit of a drive for me but worth it. They are nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Will definitely be taking my Audi there for service and upgrades from here on out.

Everything Euro got the job done, didn’t up charge after we agreed upon a price, and returned the car to me better than new. My only concern with them was the need to contact them myself to receive updates about my car, and then consistently pushing my completion date by one day and promising it would be done but not delivering.

This review is based on a few repairs from Nov. 2020 to May 2021. The work performed was done well. Ed (the rabbit guru) did a great job on my 83 Rabbit. He did a phenomenal job repairing my shifter linkage. Once, I received my car back all washed and cleaned up. That was a nice surprise. For now anyway, my Rabbit is running the best it has ever been. This place overall did quality work on my Rabbit. I took one star away because the customer service reps do not call back when they say they will.

I can’t decide which was better, the quality of service on my Passat TDI or the exceptional customer service I experienced. The entire team at Everything Euro is top notch and trustworthy. I was told by the VW dealership that an expensive headlight assembly replacement was needed — light was flashing in my dash. Once Tom’s tech investigated, he found the issue was only a loose plug, saving me a lot of money. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism. He suggested additional repairs needed so I left the car a few more days for the additional items. Very confident in their service work and integrity. Highly recommend.

First shop Ive been to in years where I felt they were honest, upfront, and didnt try to talk you into unnecessary services. I just purchased my first VW and they even gave me a breakdown of what to expect for future maintenance and costs. They were professional and got my car in and out quickly. Will definitely be back!

I took the car in for a turbo overboost condition and some injection timing adjustments. There were some other things found along the way. I was upset with the way it was handled at first. But when I pick up the car after all was done, I was very impressed. The engine was cleaned and dressed up like a new one. It runs better than it ever has. The quality of parts and work done are top notch. I usually do my own maintenance and repairs but the things needed were above my skill set. These guys do great work.

Ian with Reflect tuning is the man.Good people, good business. Dont mess around and take your European car to just any mechanic. I do my own work, and had to relearn everything I thought I knew when I got my first Audi. Euro cars are not the same as other car brands. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, they did a oil change for me but looked at some issues I was having and over all I had an amazing experience with them. I’ve brought other cars here for major repairs and couldn’t be happier!

Great place. I had Halo lights installed in my BMW. The ones that came with the car was a dull yellow. Everything Euro changed them to the bright white and it looks great. The service here was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Everything euro helped my oil change and transmission problem. They did a really great job and helped me with a little bit student discount. I will come back if my car have further problems.

Showed up twice and the shop was busy and couldnt work with my schedual so they loaned me a car to drive while they worked on my vehicle. My car runs better than before had a cts diverter valve installed to replace the stock revision c diverter valve which had gone bad. No more boost leaks!

Had fuel line replaced, brakes reworked and master cylinder for clutch replaced. Tom and his mechanics did a great job of making my 1985 VW Vanagon safe and roadworthy again, mechanic even fixed a few nuisances like loose mirrors and a faulty seat belt alarm. Failed Cayenne starter left my wife stranded and EE got it repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. My Cayenne Turbo started throwing multiple error codes for Start/Stop mode disabled, PSM failure, Check Engine, ACC (active cruise control) and PAS unavailable, fuel gauge failure - all at the same time - and they correctly diagnosed it as plugs/coils in about 3 minutes. Seriously? Oh, and they said it’s almost time for rear brakes and quoted about 1/2 what the dealer would charge… So far only great things to say about them.

Hello,Tom and his service team were very fast and efficient with fixing my 2015 Volkswagen Golf. I had a water pump/thermostat housing leak, they were able to get the job within the first few days of dropping it off. I would totally recommend to a fellow German/Foreign car owner. =)

Just had my 2012 VW tiguan car repair from Everything Euro. They give a very good, professional advice on my car condition. And the price is fair. Wish my college town could have such professional shop.

Took my car there yesterday for my 9am appointment, when I got there I told them what was wrong with my car and mentioned that my oil has been burning pretty badly lately so I let them know that I completely changed it less then a month ago and it is now empty again, I left it like that because I wanted to show them that issue. It took them 7 hours!! And 3 phone calls from me to get an answer about my car, for them to tell me “oh you just need oil in your car” but I told them that can not be the case because this issue has been happening regularly even with a brand new oil change. I take my car home and bring it into my driveway to change my oil because they did not do that, just told me it needed to be done. After I change my oil I turn my car on and immediately my oil pan busted and all my oil comes falling out of my car. I ran to turn my car off and look underneath my car and my oil pan had fallen through because none of the screws were in. I know for a fact that they were in there before because since my car has been giving me the issues it has, I’ve been checking my car very often, underneath and in the engine just to be safe. So long story short I will NEVER bring my car to everything euro ever again. A waste of my time and now a waste of money since I had to tow my car to another shop and pay them to fix something that everything euro did.

The guys are great to deal with! They are fair on their prices and do a great job! If you have an import that needs repair, this is the place to take it! They give you a written report with the receipt with a step by step explanation as the technician worked on the car! Great job!

Driving from Cincinnati to Southport NC we had the oil pressure light come on our 2002 VW Vanagon weekender. Lucky for us Everything Euro was only 7 miles away from where I pulled over. After a short tow, we spent a short time at Everything Euro who quickly took the van in and diagnosed it as a bad sensor control unit. They were amazingly informed about the Eurovan as one of the service managers owned one. Nice guys, professional and friendly. Nice to know we have a knowledgeable place to service the VW when passing through. I highly recommend for any European vehicle.

I have used them since I bought my VW Touareg. They are very knowledgeable about European made cars. I drive over an hour to get to them(they are the best), hang out and wait for my car to get done. This past Friday I was there to have tires put on, it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs) they kept me updated throughout the day and offered to go get me lunch. Highly recommend these people!

The guys at everything euro were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and they even provided snacks and drinks while you wait! They helped me out with a simple electrical issue caused by my battery draining and didn’t even charge me for their time (which is pretty unheard of for a mechanic) and this is after the dealership wanted me to pay $75 for a simple computer reset!! They did, however, upsell me on a tune for my Jetta but didn’t make me feel pressured at all and explained the process and benefits of going with a stage 1 tune. I am really enjoying the extra power and responsiveness from my car and I’ve already scheduled some other routine maintenance with them at a future date as they have certainly earned my business.

The service was very personable and memorable. I felt that communication was great and transparent. You can tell there is knowledge and passion behind working on your vehicle for you. It’s great for someone to not look at your car and say “well, we don’t work on European cars very much, but I’ll give it a shot.” Coming from someone who is also passionate about the euro scene and getting my own hands dirty, there is a wealth of knowledge and expertise that is hard to find anywhere else I have been. It is greatly appreciated.

I was in a rear end collision this week in my Jetta. On my way home the next day (I drive 35 minutes), my trunk popped open and wouldnt close. On a whim I stopped by and asked for help. I brought my 2016 VW in to diagnose an electrical issue with my headlight and also diagnostic on check engine light. They were thorough and made me feel very comfortable with their knowledge of what they were doing. I am a repeated customer to this location. I came across this place after I was deny service at several other places, because of my little beetle. In my experience The team was awesome, fast, super friendly. the waiting room is so clean, vibrant, Don’t get me started on the yummy snacks and drinks they offer. 😂 I made an appointment they fitted me in really quick first thing in the morning. He get to the point doesn’t give me the roundabout gives it to me straight on my payment and what needs to be done. the only bad side is they moved to the other side town it’s lil farther for me but I don’t mind the drive. Great atmosphere inside the shop, easy to make appointments online, techs did a great job with my car. Only complaint is that almost nobody was wearing a mask. Not the guys at the front, no one enforcing any mask policy so no masks on other customers, I saw maybe ONE tech wearing a mask. Will be bring my car back... after the pandemic is over.

I explained what that my Audi had a service 🔧 and we discussed what maintenance needed to be done. I had the brake and radiator systems flushed and a performance package installed to update the engine performance. The service was done same day since I live out of town. Great group of guys!I took my car in for modifications and I couldnt be happier with the results. Tom and his crew are regular everyday dudes that are as personable as they are knowledgeable.I drove 6 1/2 hours from Kentucky to have these folks work on my car for the first time. There were some issues with the work that was performed, which was of absolutely no fault of the shop. However, Tom stayed until everything was resolved well past closing time to make sure my car was right the first time.They have a customer for life. Looks like I will be becoming intimately familiar with Winston-Salem, NC since I plan to be bringing both of my TDIs to Everything Euro and will be turning the 6 1/2 hour trip one way into 2-3 day getaways in the area whenever I need maintenance performed by the shop.

Dont really know about service. I wish I could rate them higher. Sent two quote request via website no response. Stopped by in person to obtain a quote owner was supposed to contact me the next day, no follow up. They missed out on several thousand in maintenance and service work.

I brought my Daughters volkswagen in for a oil leak prior to her leaving for a cross country trip, I had a recommendation from a friend who has used their services before, IM SHOCKED at the unprofessionalism and have passed the info on to my friend. Long time VW owner. Everything Euro is by far the best in the servicing of VW vehicles (Jetta in my case). All members from Tom to Shawn are true professionals. I am extremely satisfied with their work and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them should your vehicle need any and all maintenance!! They even have a shuttle service that saved me some money on Uber rides. Extremely friendly and professional. We were in Winston visiting family and we stopped by to get coolant. They topped it off for free. Everyone was genuinely nice and we ended up talking for half an hour. They also have a lot of nice cars sitting around to look at while you wait.

First time Ive been to Everything Euro, and I was impressed with how polite and responsive the staff were. The work, they did on my truck was 1st rate in every respect. If I had any criticism, it would be, not taking my vehicle in on earlier occasions. I give them a solid 5 stars.

After a recent purchase of a heavily modified car it started having issues with drive-ability. They were willing to take on a car they had no history of and exactly what modifications they would be dealing with. They were able to troubleshoot the car and fix everything in a timely and cost effective manner. While in their care they were able to catch issues the previous shop who had built the car had overlooked. They have now become the go to shop for maintenance and repair on my R. It will be in great hands and so will your car if you should chose to use Everything Euro!
