Purchase 2 vehicles from Dreamers Auto-Sales, one was 20012 Ford Edge and this car is excellent condition, runs great and haven’t had any issues with it. So decided to go back and get something else and purchase Hummer H3 and this one was the vehicle I had been looking for, Mr. Luis and his team search and found the vehicle and took car of me and my family. Thanks again Dreamer for making my family dreams come true, we will be definitely be back to get something else within next couple months for my son who will be driving to high school next year.

Dreamers AutoSales took care me not once but twice, I’ve purchased a 2012 Ford Taurus with all the bells and whistles, also I’ve purchased a 2012 Infinite G37 and they worked with me and held the car for me until I was able to pay the balance off and got the car personally delivered to me in Memphis Tennesse with no problems. I was able to get out of a ridiculous car note and pay cash for the same type of vehicle with less miles and a newer year. We were very impressed when we stopped by to look at a car we saw on Cargurus.com. Seemed very nice, took all the information for the credit check, it was a Saturday, so they were going to run it on Monday. Well, they forgot to run it Monday. But they had told us that if we didnt qualify they could finance in house with $1500 down. Well, Tuesday they tell us that the financing did not go through. When we asked about in-house financing, they said that they would need $3500 down ( on a 4,500 car).This is the dealership that advertises no credit or bad credit, No problem. My daughter had gotten help to get to Statham from Roswell because she felt for sure one of the options would work.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. IN JUNE MY SON PURCHASE A CAR TWO DAYS LATER IT BROKE DOWN...NEEDED A NEW BATTERY. THAT WAS MINOR. FAST FORWARD TO SEPTEMBER BROKE DOWN AGAIN...THE ENGINE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, WHICH IS MORE THAN THE 5,700 THAT MY 17 YEAR OLD SON SPENT ON THIS VEHICLE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! I had a very excellent experience at Dreamer’s Auto Sales and Luis. I had been in the market for a car for some time by the time I went to Dreamer’s, and from my experience, Dreamer’s offers a quality product to they’re potential clients. The cars I saw were clean, the couple of cars I looked at were in excellent condition, and unlike other dealers I encountered, Luis has the highest of integrity. I tested cars using my ODBII scanner and EVERY car I tested passed! This is NOT the experience I had with ANY OTHER car dealer I encountered. MANY other dealers clear the computer or unhook the battery cables so that the check Engine light will not display and mislead the potential buyer. Luis was very personable, transparent, and knew everything about every car in his inventory. I eventually purchased a car from Luis, and have been very satisfied! Based on my experience, I would purchase again without hesitation, and I highly recommend Dreamer’s Auto Sales for your next car!

I looked at dozens and dozens of other used car dealerships and Dreamers was the cream of the crop! Every car was very clean and serviced..I looked at used BMWs from Alpharetta to Decatur to Gainesville and when I walked up to the one at Dreamers I said thats the one, clean inside and out!Bought it right away!Not only were the cars clean but so was the facility and bathroom..The salesman was a very nice person and the process went as smooth as possible..Later I had a slight problem with the driver window and the owner Luis took care of it personally! He was a very nice man.I dont write many reviews but felt compelled to let everyone know that this was a good place to go..

I had a good buying experience overall customer service was good however I didn’t like the fact of the price of the car listed on the internet is not what it is when you sit down to purchase if you decide to finance they add another heaping cost to the price not to mention addeded fees like dealer fee and a dealer service fee shouldn’t this be the same.... and I was a little disappointed later finding out that after purchase and getting my car home one of my back lights didn’t work I feel those things should all be checked/changed and replaced prior to pricing a vehicle and putting it out to be sold. So far iam enjoying my car and being that they were nice I would recommend this dealer to friends in need.

I wouldnt give a star if I could. I saw a jeep liberty here so my dad had called and put a $500 deposit on it so we could pick it up later in the week because we were working. Saturday we get on the road for a 2 hour drive and halfway through the drive they call and say they sold it even though we put a deposit on it.

I just bought a chrysler 200 from them and it was my first time buying a car. tbh i was scared at first but they made it easy and clear for me and they helped me out make the best choice. They were friendly and easy to communicate with. definitely recommend this place. If your trying to but a car at a great price and good conditions this is the place.

If I could give him a half a star I would but bought a truck from him as is. If theres any vehicle sold as is be very careful I guess since I bought this truck I had to fix a whole new transmission that cost $2,150 and brand new front tires that cost over $100 so be careful when you buy. I typically go by a mans word and told him I have a child with medical issues and I cant afford to be fixing a vehicle and asked if the truck is good he said yes so dont go by his word get a professional mechanic to look over vehicle first. But the price on the vehicle was real good at all if there was no mechanical issue I did not have to fix

Very unprofessional. Ive been trying to view a car at this dealership for over a week. I never receive a call back even though Ive given THREE separate people my phone number, and when I call to inquire its either not there or theyre unavailable. Im constantly being told, you can come tomorrow but tomorrow comes and its just issue after issue. This is not how you run a business.

Please don’t buy cars from here I got a car and within the first week of buying it the check engine light turned on and it turned to be the transmission and now the car doesn’t work and I lost 8,000 for a broken car!!!
