My family had a great experience here. We went in on Saturday and test drove at least 4 vehicles. Mr. Kurian was very knowledgeable and patient with our many questions! I even had my kids with me, and it was still a stress-free experience. There was absolutely no pressure, and Mr. Kurian was nothing but helpful. We ended up picking out a vehicle, and bought it Sunday. All smooth, straightforward, and easy. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend!

No one expects a flawless used car, especially an older one however you do expect a business to be up front and honest and thats far from what we got. I asked several times about any issues the car was having. I was told none that the brake booster was bad but they replaced it. I asked if they could come down on the price any and they said no because the brake booster plus repair cost $300. When we go to look at it the car the brake light is on. Dalia tells my husband it must be a problem with the brake light because the brakes had just been replaced. We were assured again that there were no issues. A week after buying it my husband notices some brake issues so we take it to the mechanic. It needed $2100 in work including tires (3 were dry rotted), me brakes, calipers, and rotors (the brake light went off after that), a new axil, and something else. Its also been having mechanical issues we havent been able to get diagnosed yet. The mechanic said it was in very dangerous condition when we bought it and were lucky the brakes hadnt locked up yet. Dalia was really nice in person but has no concern for the fact that he puts lives in danger. We will not be doing business there again.

They want you to finance a vehicle even if you paying straight cash for the vehicle and they dont pay tax and title fees you have to pay all that when you go to get a tag and the prices are way to much for the mileage on the vehicle what they charging for the vehicle just a little more and you can almost buy a new car they are high on all there prices and they want budge on the price none..

We wanted to buy a this SUV but when we ask about the several issue that the car had the dealer didn’t wanna fix and said the Machanic is out sick as if we should buy and fix whatever issue it is later. We ask him about the oil he said it’s been changed but how so if the guy is out sick Hmmmm and also the oil change tag in the car said other wise. And it needed one. I’m sure its taken down now.. Also car needed detailing very dirty inside in front area and he said he wasn’t going to do that either. So we left. He missed out. He was nice talking to though. We drove some way to get there like 1hr but we don’t think we will go back bc of his inconsiderate ness regardless of what the year is of the car nobody wants to buy a car that’s already having issues. This is a small dealership and NOT in front of someone yard trying to sale a car. When you want them to be on payment and they the dealership get interest not fair at all and he will not receive our business and to know that we were going to pay cash. We know he feel sick reading this now. But oh well. Be careful with these reviews y’all. We thought the reviews were good too but clearly they’re not waisted our time

Buying a used car without a warranty is always a gamble because you never know if the miles have been rolled back, or if other issues are wrong with the car. Checking each vehicle Carfax helps, but not everything is reported. We have purchased two vehicles from Dalia Motors. Each time we purchased a vehicle, the manager Saju has gone above and beyond to address any concerns we had. He made sure each vehicle was running properly and all computer issues, or anything else we had concerns with were addressed before we left the lot. As long as he is here, we would not hesitate to recommend Dalia Motors.

I want to share this story due to safety issues. Do NOT buy a car from Dalia Motors. I told him about a HUGE problem with the car when I bought it PLUS throughout the times I was making payments. The car had leaking problems everytime it rained it would leak allllll into the car everything would be soaked as if the car was a convertible and we always left the top down when it rained. It was HORRIBLE. Well the water eventually started messing up the traction control so when I pulled out somewhere it would make it cut on and it would make my car only get up to literally 5mph. Weve almost been killed multiple times from pulling out on a main road and it just shut off well this time was a million times worse AFTER btw me taking BACK to him to SHOW him the problem and what it was doing and he fixed it without doing a dang thing. (Which means he didnt do anything to it) well the other night I was taking my husband to work and it cut off and locked up so I couldnt do anything we popped over the train tracks to landing on the other side of the tracks and then got stuck ON THE TRAIN TRACKS. I called 911 and they requested for the trains to be stopped bc there was NO moving this car it was totalled. They told me it was NO GAURENTEE trains might still come to get all my stuff out of the car. Point is he knew about the problem and still pretended to fix it when he never touched it and my self my husband and two kids plus a newborn could have been killed. DONT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE IF YOUR LOOKING TO DRIVE SAFE. And heres someone elses comment back to my comment We also are having problems he sold us a GMC Envoe knowing speed ometer was not working said the mechanic had fixed . took it back mechanic played with again to fix. Mechanic said it needed replaced which he said he would has yet to call to fix. Now i have the mechanic and the owner on recording knowing you cannot sell the car thats improperly working. Theb ge had enough to say the mechanic came to the house and fixed it which wasnt but the point with that is he had ti come on my property fet in my car to drive without permission all in all he needs to honor his agreements if you have to hinor yours
