100% recommend. They did a great job repairing my transmission, keeping me informed, and were very honest about which repairs were urgent and which ones could wait.

I was there for over 6 hours for a 3 hour service. So that sucked.It took WAY longer, and had I known that, I would have had someone pick me up. So knowing would have been helpful.Always the guys in service are great, always helpful and professional.Just wish I would have been given a better time estimate.

They were quick. Honest. Available. Kind. And followed up a week later. I would highly recommend them for your auto service needs.

I love going to Wilsonville Chevrolet too get my service work done! They are always cheerful and kind! They get the job done fast and efficiently. During Covid they were all wearing masks, social distancing and wiping the keys and cars down.I trust my car is done right when I take it here!

I recently had a very good experience at Wilsonville Chevrolet getting some minor service and parts. Both the parts counter person and the service rep were very experienced and I felt they were trying to save me money. I am usually apprehensive about getting service at a dealer, but they made me feel comfortable.

Customer Service reps are very personable. Very clean and are definately complying with the safety regulations from COVID19

Not sure how accurate the service recommendations are. These are very nice people so its a shame when the service offered is not to the level of the excellent people who are customer facing.

Beware of Wilsonville Chevrolets Service Department. I was a loyal 15 year customer and during a recent routine oil change, they told me that my truck had an internal transmission leak. They identified a faulty pump seal and quoted me $1600 to have this seal replaced. I obtained a second opinion from a transmission shop and they confirmed I do not have any transmission leaks and there is absolutely nothing wrong with my transmission. Consequently, I will not be returning to this dealership for any service work due to their dishonesty.

Called to make sure theyll do warranty work on a GMC truck. No one answered so I left a message. Never heard back. Yes, I know I can take my truck to the GMC dealership in Gladstone but they are absolutely terrible.Update:Yes they do warranty work on GMC trucks. And Im changing the rating from the original 1 to a 3. Their work and communication with the owner is average for a dealership which means quite a bit better than Autotown Buick GMC in Gladstone.

Didn’t buy a car here but the service was excellent. I went there 4-5 times in the last 6 months. Only had one bad experience. Overall a great place to hunt for vehicles, just ended up with a Ford instead.

Pulled up to the service Bay, and proceeded to be ignored until I yelled to an employee Am I supposed to go inside for service? Seemed a bit cavalier for good customer service.
