I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I dealt with Mo mostly and he was fantastic. I bought a used Audi at a non Audi dealership. I called the Audi dealership to ask if the warranty the other dealership was offering was accepted by them. Mo stated he wasn’t sure but I should consider just buying an Audi warranty if my car qualified. We walked me through the entire process of how to get my car inspected so it could be warrantied. When the Audi dealer found the brake rotors were warped, Mo helped me get pricing for the parts and told me how to get a lower price from the purchasing dealer. Thankfully the car was in great shape (except rotors) and I was able to get an Audi factory warranty even though I didn’t buy the car from them. He even called me to get my brake appointment set up and got all the parts ordered. I have bought many cars in my life and never had such great service at a dealership. My Audi will always be serviced at Audi of Wilsonville. I feel very confident that my new (to me) Audi will be in the best hands possible. Kevyn Garnett was pretty helpful when purchasing my new SQ5

So, I dropped my car off via appointment last Tuesday to be diagnosed for ruff running engine. They said it would take about 2 hours but would be better to leave it over night due to the cold engine running the worst. I said no problem see you later. Gave them all day before I called and by the time I called them to see what they found, it was already closed. Lost one day so far. They never called me back. So the next morning I called them. Chris said he would call me back by the end of the day because they needed to call the other dealership that worked on it last for more information, and I had no problem with that. Just want it to get fixed right. He never called me back. Another day with no information. Next day Thursday. I had to call them again because he didnt call me in the morning and one would think, if he said hed call me by the end of the day, then he would call early in the morning, but he didnt. So when I called again, he said hed call me in 30 minutes after he talks to the tech. Never called and the shop was closed again. Then Saturday, the tech was off so lost another day. Its Tuesday now if the next week, and I still dont know whats wrong with my car, dont know what my warranty will cover and still,,, and he still never has called me once! I would give zero stars but you have to give at least one. Ive tried to contact the manager for the service department about this before I posted my discontent but hes off on weekends and not there today, Tuesday off next week.

Bought our first car at Audi Wilsonville. We saw a vehicle on website that we were interested in. I called the main number and Kevyn Garnett answered the call. Being we were coming from Salem, we wanted to make sure the car was there first. The car was on loan, however that didn’t discourage Kevyn with a solution. He was kind enough to let us know there was a traffic accident and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He had another car waiting for us to test drive, he has placed the AC on and gave us the keys to test. He made the process easy and, we were in and out in under two hours. The finance person was also very nice. Chris Iverson the technician was also accommodating and answering our questions. Creating trust and a relationship with consumer is evident with this dealership. I would be happy to buy another car here because of the crew they have on staff.

I was greeted by a nice young man at the parts department before going in. But when I entered the building to talk to one of the employees about my car, which I was bringing in to be serviced,it was quite different. I stood there waiting for someone to help me,and I felt ignored because many of the people at the service desks didnt appear to have anything going on. Finally,when I was helped, I was told of all these charges etc.,which I understand, but the way he spoke to me,it was as though almost nothing would be covered under warranty. As I was overhearing other customers were treated very well, and very accommodating. As I do realize there are many things that arent covered, I do know a customer wants to hear what is covered. The man I spoke with inside also felt the need to tell me that mice chewing on wires isnt covered either.I dont recall ever saying anything about mice or chewed up/loose wiresThe first thing he said was about charging for this and that... Ill never come back here...

Picked up my a3 today. 5 days late because the mechanic broke the part he was installing. No offer of a loaner car or compensation for the delay that was their fault. Service adjuster called me Friday to report the broken part and the delay. At that time I asked for a loaner car she replied she would call me back in a couple hours. To no surprise no call back. Why pay premium prices for sub par service?

This was our first Audi purchase and we couldnt be more excited! We purchased an A5 and A4 both highly rated by Consumer Reports in performance and owner satisfaction. Horrible experience. Would not recommend buying a car. We ended up driving 170 miles to Bellevue to get the exact one I wanted. That was after the salesman (Kevyn) told me I should be thankful I got approved and consider it a gift. Also, even though it’s not the one I want, I’m only leasing it for 3 years. Keep in mind, I was getting an $80k car.That’s when I started to research and found the one I truly wanted. Contacted Bellevue Audi. They pulled the same approval from Audi Financial and even got me a tier bump to a better rate. We left the next day to pick it up and the service I received was amazing.I do love my 2021 Audi Q8. Just buy somewhere else.

I came in wanting to look at an A3 at the Audi store in Wilsonville. Kevyn Garnett Who I had talked on the phone with a few days before greeted me and showed us a few cars on the lot. There weren’t a lot of options available on the lot due to Covid and so we were looking into ordering an A3 online. In our discussion, as he was pulling up the order, he realized that an A4 might work for us and there was one available. We test drove it and within a couple of hours it was mine! Kevyn was attentive, friendly and very professional from the first phone call, through our discussion of what we were looking for as well as what we wanted to pay, through my final lesson on the wonderful features of my new car. After a very frustrating night working on the car, trying to figure out why the part I picked up from Audi wont fit. Forcing it every way possible, only to realize that I was giving the wrong part. Even though I was extremely upset, being under the car trying to fit this little wire (unsuccessfully). I went back to the store, and was very cordial with them :). After explaining the situation, they quickly sprung into action... apologized for the mix up, refunded my money back (without asking), and replaced the part with the right one. I am in the auto industry myself, so I completely understand that innocent mistakes do happen.I must say, this is my first time dealing with these guys (even though I work right next door to them), they are TOP notch people. It is extremely nice to see a business that cares for customer service and the customer. I believe, even the Parts manager came out quickly to apologize and help with the situation.Over all, an Excellent Review well earned by these guys...Thank you for your help!P.S. I love my A7... Did a repair with Audi on my Q5 under a CAL and then within 30K miles they want another 4K to fix something that should have been fixed when they had the engine apart (the parts are $400). Don’t use their service department unless you absolutely have to.

Audi Wilsonville is an exceptional dealership as every luxury car should come with first class service. We experienced a low pressure sale without expectation from our rep Alex Hoffman. He went above and beyond what I consider normal and helped us get exactly what we “wanted” above everything else. He placed our needs above a sale and spent several days over multiple visits making our purchase perfect. Being picky people, he’s earned our loyalty for as long as he’s at Audi. I would recommend anyone looking for first class, luxurious service to request him directly.

I was in a bind with a new job requiring a lot of travel starting in 5 days, and my car had given up the ghost. I couldn’t find anything locally, but I saw a very well priced used Mazda CX-5 a hundred miles away at Audi Wilsonville. I was on non stop zoom meetings all day, and couldn’t even get the time to fill out an online financing application. Dan Scott took my call and not only took all my information and entered it in for me, but also NEVER tried to upsell me or pressure me into anything I didn’t want. He was quick to respond and took great care of me. The icing on the cake? Free delivery to my home (200 mile round trip for him), and a near full tank of gas to boot.I have no reservations in giving Audi Wilsonville my very highest recommendation. Buyer beware… my wife and I had a very different experience from what our 3 previous purchases at Wilsonville Audi. Specifically, used to be very consultative & collaborative but our experience this time was more adversarial in nature. Last night we walked in and immediately the sales manager says we mis quoted our trade in, then proceeded to provide 0 trade in allowance. Got more difficult from there. We could not agree on MRSP, terms, anything. Finally, after 45 minutes, we decided to leave. Then the sales manager comes out as we are pulling out and says we can provide trade in value, we can offer fair & reasonable MRSP, and terms. Not ok, we left. After 10 years of doing wonderful business at Audi Wilsonville, feel compelled to explore other opportunities. Disappointed

I had a very good experience at this dealership. I started with the website chat function and then got handed off to Scott, the sales person at the appropriate time. Scott was very professional, answered all my questions, and was patient with me as we looked the various Q7 models on the lot and the various trim levels. He has continued to answer my occasional technical question and it has now been a month since purchase. I love my Q7 and again, I had a very good experience here.

I took my car in for service like I had in the past (the service in past was great). But, when I got in my car and started driving down the road I noticed that there was a large scratch across my windshield that follows the windshield wiper exactly where the metal bracket is that holds the windshield blade. It starts at the base and ends at the top where the blade ends. I called immediately to let them know of the damage that was not there on my Audi before I had them change the windshield wiper blades. They had me take a photo and sent it in. Chris in service and his director replied back that the damage was due to an impact??? Theres not impact damage, there is a long scratch that follows the wiper blade. a chip/crack would not start exactly where the windshield wiper starts at the bottom of the windshield and end at the top in the exact same arc as the windshield wiper. I came to get some service on my car and left with a scratch on my windshield that wasnt here before.

I really wanted to give 5 stars but it was one thing after another at this place!! Dee and her sales manager went above and beyond, but the rest of the employees here were unreliable and disorganized at the expense of my time, loan, convenience, and ability to stay within Oregon law. It was the worst car buying experience of my life.

Overall buying the car was good. Since I do a lot of research on cars I want it was a pretty easy sales process. Test drove it, financing wasnt hard. Ive gone through the car and nothing seems off or out of place for a 8-9 year old car. Car was always leased before I bought it, via Carfax, with a clean bill of health so there was a bit of extra comfort there.Did have a small communication break down after purchasing the car trying to get some info from service, but was contacted right away by the manager of the store who quickly fixed the issue and made it right so updated the rating.

These people really care about their customers and you can tell. Grace helped us from start to finish, staying late, patiently answering all of our questions and generally being super knowledgeable about the car. We weren’t even buying an Audi, but still got the same treatment and packages for such an amazing price. Mo was incredibly helpful on the financial end and got us a great warranty. This is the place to go if you’re buying new or used - no gimmicks or shadiness, just honest and stellar customer service.

Josh Kampmann and his sales and service team are top notch! We purchased a used vehicle from salesperson Grace, who was informative, easy going and kind. My experience today at the Audi of Wilsonville was incredible. Kevyn Garnett is awesome and very knowledgeable. He helped me decide on the car that worked best for me.
