I came to the dealership close to their closing time but Jay took the time to listen to my story and what kind of car I was looking for and I absolutely wanted WHITE! He took the time to show me a couple on the lot that fit my size requirement and color along with all of the safety features. I instantly loved it so we drove it up to the front so he could hold it for to come in the morning and test drive it. He has a great sense of humor and went over all the safety features as we were driving. When we got back he sat in the car and went over every, little thing and I had never had that done before. I had a great experience working with the team here. I found the pickup I wanted online and sent an email to see if it was available. I had a response in minutes from the Sales Manager introducing the salesman that would be connecting with me. Within a half hour the sales person (Henry) emailed me and arranged a time for me to see it. While we were there, they were incredibly friendly and polite. I felt that I was in good hands. Very disappointed in my experience! We drove up from Salem Oregon to only realize that they add $5000.00 to the selling price above MSRP along with numerous other fees. Then they try to rip you off on your trade in totally wasting our time. i realize with the lack of inventory they have to make as much as possible and totally taking advantage of this shortage as others are.There mistake is thinking we would pay it and were desperate all they did is make us angry and a dissatisfied customer. Mike the salesman was very professional it was the ding bat Sales Manager that sunk this for us along with their online staff who refused to let me know if they still had any of the cars we were looking for.I will make sure I share my experience with everyone I come into contact with that is looking for a reputable dealership.

The woman who owned the car before hadn’t turned in the second key at the time I bought it, and rather than make me contact her myself Mike went out of his way to get the key for me after the purchase. Big change in service compared to a year ago. Pretty much was ignored when I drove in and again when I entered the office. It was also difficult to get an appointment by phone. Several staff standing around socializing. Just not impressed, and quotes for service out of this world.

I have been going to Nissan Wilsonville for several years for recall repairs, new battery, etc. and have always been pleased with their service. However, I am very disappointed with my recent visit and service. During the extreme heat wave of June, my A/C went out. I was panicked and called the service center, which was able to schedule me on Tuesday (I called on a Saturday) and they assured me I would have a rental car to use. When I arrived, it didnt appear that they had reserved a car for me, though they luckily had one left. Due to the heat, they were backed up a few days which was fine. When they did diagnosis my A/C problem, they claimed it was my A/C compressor and would be $1700 to fix. When asked if they did an evac and recharge to confirm this, check for leaks, etc. (which is standard) they said no, that it was the compressor and that although I didnt have to fix it, its what was recommended. They also recommended a slew of other repairs, several of which I had just had completed at a mechanic. I declined to schedule service and took it to a local mechanic who is fantastic and they provided a quote of $850 for worst case scenario of it needing a new compressor. When I did get the A/C checked out by them, they first did the evac and recharge and that was all it needed! Compressor is fine and I have since had working A/C. Ive reached out to the service center several times and have not heard back. I am severely disappointed in their handling of this and their lack of integrity on this situation. I will no longer be a patron and highly recommend folks seek a second opinion, especially on significant work orders.

Went in for a standard oil change and new air filter. Needed my battery cleaned off, too, because there was some build-up accumulating and I’m planning on getting some audio equipment installed in about a week and wanted everything nice under the hood. Carr Nissfan was my only option until I reached out to Nissan Corporate to arrange towing my vehicle to a different dealer. I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and listening to exactly what my situation entailed. After scheduling the how thru Nissan One, I contacted Amber and she set everything up. Her attention to detail and follow thru put me at ease with the Ron Tonkin process. This was my first time dealing with Tonkin in general. I am glad I did. My car was repaired under warranty for faulty transmission. I had a total replacement along with one bad injection coil. Elizabeth on the phones was also exceptional and amazing to interact with!

Brought our Rogue in for an oil change and new spark plugs and a rattle that from underneath the vehicle. Since it was going to take several hours to perform the work I was offered a loaner car which allowed to to take care of other things. I was later contacted by the service rep to let me know they identified the rattle and it was an easy and non-expensive fix (generally its always the opposite) which I was thrilled about. I was later contacted to tell me the work was complete and no rush to pick up my vehicle they were open until 6pm, which was great since I was right in the middle of a project I needed to complete. And to top it off I was also given a $40 credit, which I wasnt expecting. Have to say this was one of my better experiences dealing with any repair shop. Thanks for the great service, you made my day.

We received an email from Ron Tonkin Nissan regarding leasing specials on new 2020 Leafs. We had previously leased one in 2013. The new design of the Leaf is far superior to the first generation. So we called them and spoke with James (Jay) and Tim, made an appointment, and headed to Ron Tonkin Nissan. Looked at the vehicle, went on a nice test drive, and decided to go ahead and lease it. We have never been treated better by an Automobile Dealership In our entire lives. In fact, most Dealerships chase us away. The entire Wilsonville Team was professional, zero pressure, and just wanted to see if the vehicle was right for us. Jay, Im sure, wanted to seal the deal but he never pushed us whatsoever. Once we decided to go ahead, he even completed most of the paperwork for us to expedite the entire process. Everyone was friendly, courteous, polite, and just all around great people. Had some laughs and a good visit too. Funny to say this but it felt more like a Family atmosphere. Another huge plus at Ron Tonkin Nissan is all the key players are out in the open, near the Sales floor. So there is no mysterious closer hiding in some back office. These Folks are the real deal. Wilsonville Nissan is worth the drive. You will thank us. The reviews for Wilsonville Nissan seem too amazing to be real but they are.

There was good inventory, and we got to test drive some options.However, it was the worst experience when we got to the finance part. Our sales guy kept playing this game with his manager. We waited for almost 2 hours and didn’t get anywhere close to a good deal.And on top of everything, the sales guy kept texting me and badgering me, and then he played the victim card!!! He texted me an awful message. Almost to the point where I want to complain to the manager. It was extremely disrespectful and rude.He was not customer friendly at all!!!!!!He was absolutely the worst.

Other reviews dont seem to agree, so I will assume we had terrible luck. However, the experience at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan was extremely frustrating. Had an appointment set up to finalize purchase of a car for my wife and when we arrived the person we were meeting was not there and no one had any details on what we were there for. Once another employee finally helped us, the quote was completely different than what we had been sent just a couple days before. We left and drove down highway 99 to another Nissan dealership and bought the car there. Hopefully just an unlucky series of events, but disappointing nonetheless.

I had negotiated a deal with a dealership closer to my home online. I decided to reach out to Ron Tonkin to compare. Rick the Saleman was more knowledgeable regarding the leaf and submitted a better offer to me which I took. Along with that Rick gave me a choice of color at no extra charge that the dealer closer to me didnt. Ron Tonkin also allowed to put my deposit on a credit card so that I could earn points that the other dealership wasnt willing to do. Im recommending Ron Tonkin to my friends and family.

When we got to financing John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process from start to finish was worth driving from Salem and to buy our second car from Tonkin Nissan. Honesty, hardwork, and treating their customers right will keep us coming back and telling all our friends to go to any Tonkin dealership, especially their Nissan dealership.

I am very pleased and impressed with the service provided by Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan. From my first visit in the fall of 2020 Rick Gilpin worked diligently with me to ensure that I could get the precise trim and color of the 2021 Rogue that I wanted and he let me know as soon as the dealership received it. Just yesterday I happily drove my new Rogue off their lot to enjoy for years to come. Many thanks to Rick and to the entire team at Wilsonville Nissan!

Unfortunately I cannot give them a zero star review, however I will tell you about my unfortunate experience with John Nguyen. I went to buy a car here after recently getting into an accident and had a great experience with the salesman Henry, the remaining finance process of buying the car with John led me to a mound of issues. John tried to convince me multiple times to buy a variety of different warranties for my car when I simply told him I could not afford much. After confirming plenty of times that there were no extra warranties I had not agreed to, I submitted my request for a loan with John. Come to find out, he added an extra warranty to my loan that I never asked for nor did I want. This is where my headache started, I called the dealership after being told by the bank AND dealership that John was the only one capable of canceling the warranty. I attempted to call John, leave voicemails, and requested for other employees that would answer to even leave notes on his desk. After having enough of phone tag, I asked why it was that john would never answer his phone and made a huge ordeal and this finally got me to speaking with him. He ended up giving me cancellation papers to fill out and was very short over the phone. After doing everything he said to do with the papers and calling the following day to make sure he had received them and that everything was correct, here I am a month later forced to make a payment that I cannot afford and still no warranties cancelled. Through all this nightmare, I am considering going to the better business bureau as that seems that is the only way to get a resolution from this massive headache I was left to deal with from John Nguyen.

From the minute we walked in the door until we drove off in our beautiful new car everyone at Ron Tonkin Wilsonville was amazing. Jay, our salesman, was genuine, kind and he answered every question and made sure to go over every single thing from the actual vehicle down to the paperwork. Brock, our finance manager, was also very kind and easy to work with and great at what he does. I felt like they all truly wanted to make sure we were leaving with something we loved and did everything they could to make it work for us. I would recommend the crew in Wilsonville to everyone and the place we will return to in the future (if needed)

Bought a new Rouge at the dealership. This is the third vehicle we have gotten there. Past experience is one reason we came back. Very disappointed in the added $4995.00 added to the price of the vehicle on top of MSRP. That seems a little like price gouging to me or at the very least it is taking advantage of a bad situation and once again screwing over the consumer to line someones pockets. I will definitely be thinking hard on the next vehicle I purchase.

Went in for recall services with a dead car battery wasn’t offered a replacement nor did I get verbal guidance about issues besides the inspection papers. Included a car wash but received no car wash.
