The employees are very nice but not to nice because thats a little creepy. The products are in good shape and are well taken care of and every time I go in there they always ask if I need help.

This particular location doesnt have the selection that the two locations in Wilmington have but I still managed to find something decent during my trip. Theres always only one employee working at any given time Ive been in there which can cause some confusion at check out if there are several people waiting to check out. But I would still recommend this location for convenience.

Went in to trade a console and some games. Cashier was nice and thorough checking the console out. Overall was happy with my trade ins for cash.

Horrible, The staff acted like they were special like youre GameStop workers do your job and help tried talking to 2 workers they completely ignored me. Finally at the end of buying my item one worker actually listened but overall experience well in and out but this GameStop needs new workers ASAP.

Best place to buy and sell games. Kids get bored quickly and the great prices on used games allow us to switch it up and try other games with spending a lot. And if something happens to a game they will replace it!

I bought a game and it don’t work it keeps making my system freeze and it’s the only game that I have that does it DON’T BUY GAMES FROM HERE.

The workers always talk down to you, weather it be your opinion on a game or if you ask them a question. Also everything you sell them they give you like 2 dollars for them then turn around and sell it for 25$

This gamestop is constantly ripping my brother off, we have to start saving our receipts to prove that we actually pre-ordered something and now my mom has to come home from work then bring my brother back up there with the receipt stating that he paid 75$ for the special edition of Mafia 3 which was a birthday gift from our father. Eric was extremely rude even though we have been regular customers for a couple years now. After we get our game that was fully paid for I think theyre just going to lose our business, the gamestop in the mall is way friendlier and has not ripped us off.
