My experience was awesome! I thought I knew what I wanted, but I was convinced based upon my criteria to get something else for a better price and the product didnt disappoint either. We just switched our mobile phone service from Spectrum to Boost. It was a difficult transition on the Spectrum end. Maria was the Sales Rep that helped us through the process. Maria was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient and she made the process bearable with a smile. Can I just say that I’ve never had so much fun nor the greatest customer service experience in my life (and I’m 57) that I had with Cj & Fransisco. I’ve been w/Boost since forever and a day ago and I’ve always dreaded having to go to the store but let me tell you this, they are all not the same. They care and go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you want, but with your needs in mind. Cj would not give up on getting my stuff switched over to my new phone and would not let me leave until I understood how to use this phone. The atmosphere was pleasant and they even had music playing! It just felt like I was their with actual new friends and not salespeople. Make sure if you are looking for good deals, that you go see those guys. Thanks again fellas! I’ll see ya soon!

Poor 1st impression. I parked in front of Boost Mobile with the intentions of switching providers after I finished donating plasma at CSL (2 stores down). An employee hollered at me from the doorway and said, Why would you park in front of Boost Mobile!? I kept on walking towards CSL and he then said, Can I take your wallet? Im assuming he saw i put it in my glove compartment...

Maria was great! She helped us with problems from previous carrier. She worked tirelessly to remedy all problems. You are not just a customer to her. She really cares.

The Boost Mobile store on Market Street displayed a very high level of customer service. They made the transfer from an old phone to a new one a simple process. Ceejay was the consultant at the counter and did a tremendous job activating the new line and transferring all the apps. Awesome job!

Service was great! But no one was wearing a mask! They need to be safe and make sure everyone, including customers, are wearing masks!!!

I visited the Boost Mobile store in Wilmington off of Market Street and I have never been more pleased with my experience at a mobile phone store. Brandy and Jasmine helped my boyfriend and I tremendously. They answered all questions and went above and beyond to help us pick out, purchase, and set up our new phones. Jasmine stated she was a new employee and I was shocked because I would have never guessed. My boyfriends phone was being difficult and thw service hadnt switched to the new phone by the time we left (we already kept both ladies a half hour past closing time) and Jasmine even called my phone about a half hour after we had left to let us know it should be working and to check on it. Both ladies were absolutely wonderful and made my boyfriend and I very pleased we made the switch to Boost. I would recommend thia store to anyone looking to purchase decives or switch carriers. Thank you Jasmine and Brandy!!!!!!

Awesome service yet be careful what they say to you in the beginning because it will not end up what they say. We were told free screen protectors and phone protectors because of how long we had to wait (over 4 hours) then we were told near the end we got them at a discount when in fact we did not. They are out for quota. Yet if you got the $$ to spend they will get you what you want.

I am pleased beyond belief. Cejay hooked me up and even set up my bluetooth for my new phone on my headphones and car in the cold outside. Highly recommend coming to him if you want great customer service. Hes a real one.

Always getting awesome products and great phone service for a cheap price. You really cannot beat boosts prices. There is no reconnection fee if you cant pay your bill on time (till like three months...I think). This company doesnt affect your credit. Just dont go to Kansas because they dont have boost service there!

The Salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to get me what I needed quickly. Boost does not have the best coverage or devices but it works in a pinch.

Excellent example of atrocious customer service. I asked if I could transfer my number from virgin mobile to boost the manager a round lady said nope cant do it and was unpleasant from start to finish. Went across town to the boost on carolina beach road and was help in every way..

They could use more knowledge of the phone their advertising...

Worst experience with Boost Mobile yet! Stopped in to make a payment and the manager, the one whom was at the register that helped me...was zero help. Took my payment, gave me the receipt for the person that he helped before me, did NOT credit my account for the entire amount that I paid. I get the auto generated text from Boost showing that the credit was less then what I paid, checked my receipt, instantly turned around and went back to the store to get my correct receipt, then asked why my credit did not match my receipt, I was told not to worry that the system had to update overnight and it would be corrected by the morning but that in the event it did not to call that guy, yeah the manager, directly the next day and he would take care of it personally. Next day, no surprise...it was not corrected and go figure, that manager was no where to be found between the two different stores that both he and another representative stated he was. I ended up having to contact customer support directly...which went as smoothly as I expected it would, almost canceled our services with them over that run around. Which consisted of multiple calls, pictures of receipt (glad I turned around and got the correct one!) emailed, then re-emailed and more calls over four days to simply get the amount that I paid credited correctly to our account. Not a good experience Boost!

Great deal on new IPhone 6. It was only 150.00 really fast service.
