If you were smart you wouldn’t buy a floor from this place. Service is terrible and Dave is a joke. Never stands behinds his floor or service and doesn’t care about his customers.

Ok... I did a little DIY backsplash and bought the tile off of all floors.. needless to say Im 3 tiles short Me the manufacturer says its out of production. Hes calling manufacturer and their reps to see if anyone anywhere has the tile. He didnt make a huge profit off my backsplash tile and here he is on a Friday trying to help me find the tiles. That IS CUSTOMER SERVICE
