We try our best to support a small business but not this one anymore! We brought flooring for our whole house. Thought the owner knowledge was great until we had our vinyl plank and carpet installed. The vinyl plank scratches easily and carpet in the master bedroom was laid wrong and within a year, the carpet looked totally worn out. I’ve tried numerous calls and emails since 4/2020. She promised to come look at our carpet, never called or showed up. It’s been over 2 years, I even called supposedly her son, which now she said she doesn’t have but I have his business card. Definitely, the carpet shouldn’t be that worn with only two adults in the home. As for vinyl plank flooring, we had it in a previous home and it never scratched like this that we purchased. I would think there would be some kind of warranty on the carpet but guessing she doesn’t want to bother with the problem.

I cant say enough about my experience with Tricia Williams, not only is she knowledgeable but a delightful person to work with. No matter what your budget or needs they can meet them. The store has a large collection of flooring in stock from carpet to LVP, including area rugs.William Carpet and flooring is a one stop shop for all types of flooring products.

This place is a hidden gem. The owner has a great eye for style and quality. Stuart helped me with getting my new flooring and my husband was impressed with his as well. He is a great asset to the store. I think well use them for here on out for our flooring and tile needs

Huge selection. Williams will cut and bind anything they have to specifications. Making cost-saving suggestions is typical when working with someone on the floor.

I was given an extremely fair price for carpet and installation. Much cheaper than Lowe’s.

Unlike most of the other people that reviewed the commercial, I am reviewing the carpet and the experience that I had with Williams Carpet. The staff was very knowledgeable of the product that I was looking at. Yes, I did shop around Wilmington at other carpet/flooring stores but came back because I like what Williams Carpet had and nobody else could beat the price. My installers were great. They were there on time and worked very hard until the flooring was installed and made sure before they left that I was pleased with it. And yes, I would definitely recommend them!

Williams Carpet in Castle Hayne gave me bad service. My husband and I went to get new flooring and we ask them do they do sub-floors they said yes We understand due to hurricane Florence they are backed up we waited weeks for them never them on when they going to do our floor kept calling they kept giving us the run arounds after four weeks they finally came out to the the sub-floor when they did a terrible job my trying to tell one of the contractors about the sub-floor one got rude in my own house!! They left it undone.We call the office the next day to tell them about Now they going to say the dont do sub-floors, now So I ask for my deposit back and I went to another carpet place they did a fantastic job and great customer service

I have used Williams Carpet for many years. So far, their prices havent been matched and the installers do a great job! I would definitely recommend getting an estimate from them to compare with others before making your choice of materials and/or installers!

Great selection and pricing!Williams Carpet has been my go to source for great flooring for over 15 years. They have a great selection of carpets and luxury vinyl already in stock - many designer lines and qualities that i wouldnt normally be able to afford but because they have bought containers full directly from the manufacturers - they are able to offer greatly discounted prices verses regular retail. Currently i have several rugs that are either Masland, Karastan or Bigelow - nice thick carpets that my guests have often commented on because they are do nice and thick. Patricia has incredible floor covering knowledge having grown up in the industry and always steers me in the right direction. Now that they have an enormous line of luxury vinyl too - im sure that will be my next purchase. I highly recommend shopping Williams first.
