Booked an appointment for 9 AM Saturday, I was on time. It’s Minder B service. It took 3 hrs to complete. Multipoint inspection report summary was not handed over to me, I have been told it’s Saturday we don’t handover printed copy- what?. Not impressed/happy, won’t go again.
I just purchased my 2021 CR-V at the dealership today and I can say without a doubt that it was easily my best car buying experience. I dont typically enjoy the car buying process, but Union Park has definitely changed my mind.I communicated with Barbara over the phone yesterday and she was able to address all my questions and concerns without the usual beating around the bush I experienced elsewhere. We picked up where we left off today and she was able to accommodate my same day test drive request at an hours notice.Felix was my sales guy when I arrived at the dealership and I couldnt have been happier. He was courteous, knowledgeable and a true professional; in fact, he completed all my paperwork before I could even finish adding the car to my insurance! He was also very thorough in explaining all the new features of the vehicle to me after everything was finalized.I financed through the dealership and Anthony the Finance Director was also a pleasure to speak with. I knew what I wanted and he knew what I wanted. It was in and out, no non-sense experience. I actually had the least amount of face time with Anthony because of how quick and efficient he was.While I was there, I also got to know a little bit about each one of them on a personal level. They were all very pleasant and not at all fazed by my talkativeness. I felt truly welcomed and I cant say enough good things about the dealership. 5/5!
I brought in my car for a replacement of transmission fluid, a tire rotation, and an oil change–and thats exactly what I got. Simple, quick, and friendly service. No upselling or anything like that. They also have a comfortable waiting room. Ill definitely be back!
I have been purchasing and servicing my vehicles at Union Park Honda for ten years. Unfortunately, after my experience this week, that will change. I arrived at 9:45 for the 10am appointment for routine maintenance that I had scheduled two weeks earlier. Gladly go sit to wait for the work to be done after being given an estimated time of 1.5 hours. An hour later, at 11am, my car is still sitting in the lot where I parked it. I return to the desk and inquire as to why appointments are made if Union Park is not going to abide by them. Told by the attendant that they are extremely busy. I ask for my keys back so I can go elsewhere where it will be quicker and let’s be honest, less expensive. I asked that he please have someone contact me to discuss my experience. 72 hours later, still no call. Will not be returning.
Our salesman Dana could not have been more professional, straightforward, and pleasant during our CR-V purchase. There were no strange or unexpected fees, and we never felt pressured or uneasy at any point during the buying process. It’s clear that the dealership management emphasizes honesty and communication for their staff, and we could not be happier with our car and the purchase experience. If you call ahead, they will have most of the paperwork done for you, and get you out the door with the keys in hand within an hour. We’ll be returning in a few years for our second Honda.

So I got my 2021 Honda Accord and it was one of the best experience ever. I got the best deal and my sales man Felix was the best . He knew every feature of the car and was able to answer all my questions regarding features and trim . The F&I manger Anthony was great also, the process was fast and less than what I estimated . He explained every single warranty product both standard and extend, and I believe I got value for every $ I spent . After I picked up my vehicle the sale manger Jeff gave me a courtesy call the next day thanking me for my business and how the buying experience was . I felt very valued as the gesture showed I was truly valued . It’s my second honda from this dealership and both times I have had wonderful experiences.
I am disappointed with the service for new Honda Odyssey for the first time service. Actually first time service is free but they charged me and denied free service. I don’t recommend this union Honda service at all. This is response to the owner just now replied. For the clarification when Union park Honda denied first time free service I did not give the car for servicing. On the same day I went to the Scott Honda West Chester they did free service for the car. So your answer is still not satisfies.
Went to get my AC checked. Anthony was very pleasant polite and welcoming. The issue was fixed quickly and I was on my way coolin 😎 🚗.
Went for the fuel pump recall this past Saturday 9am, Had to wait for 35 minutes to be call, To my surprise they told me that they dont work on recalls on a Saturday!, I replied that this appointment was given by them not me, they did not care, I mentioned that I was coming from 45 minutes away drive and they simply did not care, only offer to rescheduled. I said that Id not be coming at all here anymore, they simply did not care.... They are so friendly when you are buying from them but when it comes to service they simply do not care at all... so far bad experiences from Honda
Mike salesman was excellent to deal with..from pricing new vehicle, The trade on my beautiful car and handling my questions. Highly recommend. I have yet to pick up the vehicle. Will update later...after entire transaction is finished.5/4/2021 update*** Mike the salesman went out of his way to pick up car himself. The Honda Insight Touring models comfortable and gets great gas mileage compared to my other car. Thanks Mike For going the extra steps to bring plates to my home when they came in. You ROCK. My Wife and I recently leased our second vehicle from Union Park Honda this year. We had a great experience the first time and the second time was even better. Went in for a recall on my 2019 Accord, they replaced it no problem, immediately the next day had issues with my car. A few days later it wouldn’t even drive. Took it to another Honda dealership and they put the part in wrong, called and left a message for the manager and still haven’t heard back. That was 4 days ago.
On September 3 I had service done on my vehicle. My receipt reads “tech replaced power steering pump, pressure lines, timing tensioner and timing belt with Honda genuine parts”. Yesterday 11/24/2020 my car broke down. Today Rob ( the Honda service center manager) advised me that my timing belt broke. I was confuse because again I have a receipt from September that shows this was done. After Bringing this the Robs attention, he brought it to my attention that something else was done, and that my receipt is wrong. Now I’m out of a vehicle. My daughter starts hybrid learning after thanksgiving. I literally have no transportation to get her back and forth to school. No transportation To anything actually. For union park Honda to even check to make sure nothing else is damaged because of the timing belt I have to pay them an additional $500.. TO LOOK!!! Again this is all for something I paid for. My receipt shows that this was done. No ownership was taking. No resolution was offered to me. I could literally cry with this terrible customer service I’m going through right now I would not advise anyone waste time going to their service center.

One of the very best car buying experiences I’ve had. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Oliver assisted me with leasing a brand new Honda Pilot. His communication was very prompt, straight-forward and not-at-all pushy which I greatly appreciated. No silly sales tactics here, they were actually willing to negotiate with me unlike another Honda dealership I had visited. I told Oliver what I was looking for and he helped make that happen. I also appreciate Jeff (Sales Manager?) working with me as well. Anthony made the paperwork process a breeze! It was quick and painless ... and I loved that he let me know what some of my options were but wasn’t pushy about selling anything extra. One important thing that I noticed about working with Union Park Honda is they want to make sure you’re getting what you want and you’re happy. Union Park has been around since I was a kid. My grandfather bought all his vehicles at Union Park. My son came in last night. He has been through numerous used vehicles with mechanical issues. It was time for him to get a brand new car. Since it was after work time was not on his side. We live in Dover De. The deal didnt get done until today. His wonderful salesman named Oliver drove my sons brand new vehicle all the way to Harrington where he works. Great job Union Park. Thank you My grandfather would be proud! I took my car for service - basic oil change and rotation. I have never been here before only using Jiffy and Pep Boys in the past, but I wanted to give this a shot. For my service today I spent LESS money there than I have in the past and they did a multi-point inspection as well. I did not feel like they were just trying to get my money or up-sell me into anything I didnt need at the time. I believe my servicer was Louis. He was very friendly and they were very quick. I will be back again and will purchase my next CR-V from them as well. Service goes a long way with me and they proved to be top-notch.

I have been driving around with my engine light on every time no tine to check make another appointment. Just to go somewhere else to find out what wrong. Call to get an estimate gotta make appointment for a price these people dont want business move on to the next they will leave you stranded. Damaged my vehicle. Very dishonest dealership

I had a headlight LED failure as my 2017 Accord Touring as I approached 36,000 miles. I had been turned away by Martin Honda, citing they were too busy to even glance at it. Without an appointment, expecting the worst, I pulled into Union Park Honda’s Service Line at 2:15pm. I expressed that, while I didn’t expect them to work on the car that day, I was concerned about going over the mileage limit of my bumper to bumper warranty. I asked if they could confirm the defect so it was noted. Not only did they take a look at it, but an hour later, the car was diagnosed and the part ordered.They created a 7am appointment for me 2 days later to ensure the repair was completed under warranty. Throughout the process, the entire team treated me like I was a member of their family. Noteworthy is that I bought my car in Pennsylvania, near my home. From this day forth, Union Park will have both my service and sales business. Thank you for bringing customer service and integrity to an industry where that can be hard to find.

Union Park Honda is awesome! I am a 25 year old recent graduate and working professional. I found that salesmen at other dealerships didnt take me seriously and wouldnt discuss finance options and prices with me. Jim, the salesman I worked with, answered all my questions, test drove 2 vehicles with me, and helped me get a great deal on a Certified Pre Owned Honda CR-V. The finance person I worked with to officially close the deal kept the dealership open almost 15 minutes past closing time so that I could take the vehicle with me that day! Talk about customer service! Everyone was kind and not pushy. 10/10, I highly recommend this dealership!

I made an appointment over two weeks ago to have recall work done. i show up to my appointment and am told they don’t have the part for my recall. no call, nothing to make sure i didn’t show up to my appointment when they couldn’t fix the recall. i took off work to have this done, and now have to come back to have it done. obviously i’ll opt for another service center, as this one doesn’t have the courtesy to execute a phone call and doesn’t care to waste people’s time.
When I bought the 2020 Honda Insight they did not explain to me that there was no internal GPS and that I would have to hook up my phone with to the car. When I came back to complain they did not offer any accommodation, but simply said that cars with basic trim no longer have internal GPS and that if I wanted intermal GPS I would have to buy a more expensive model.

Manager here is a nice person, but the service is horrible and unreliable. I got my 2011 accord serviced here. They said everything is good, but my car got wheel alignment problems after the service. When I went to a private mechanic to get it checked, I was shocked at my car tire condition. Honda service center rated it as 6/10, but the tire was worn out and I was able to see metal mesh in the tire. Never going there again.

I needed an airbag replacement under a safety recall notice. I was able to get an appointment within one day. The paperwork was handled efficiently. The CSR was friendly. The repair took 30 minutes longer than stated. When the car was returned to me, I noticed scuffs and abrasions on the dash, glove box, and pillar. I returned to Union Park and showed them the problem. They assured me that it would be fixed. Once the repair is complete, I shall update my review.
I recently bought a used car that I had been looking for from Union Park Automotive and had a much better than expected experience. I typically do not like dealing with dealerships and sales people, however Alyce Driesbach was not the typical sales person. Alyce was very honest, direct, and thorough in making sure that all of my questions/concerns were addressed promptly and accurately. Alyce was well prepared which resulted in a short wait and quick sales process. This was very much appreciated since I was traveling from about 2hrs away. Alyce was very genuine and even entertained my kids and bought them snacks while we were there, making the process that much easier. All in all I purchased a great car at a very fair deal from a stand up sales person and dealership. Thank you.
Service department ok and people friendly but wouldn’t price match Martin Honda service specials. Not sure why but probably will go to Martin Honda for service in future. Cheaper and they even offer car wash with service.
A recent car service visit to UnionPark Honda has been a stressful, DISSAPPOINTING let down.My car has not been the same(in a bad way) since the serivt a week ago.I have called the Service department, and was told the Manager would be calling me; still waiting on THAT.DO NOT TAKE YIUR CAR TO UNION PARK HONDA SERVICE IF YOU VALUE and NEED YOUR CAR AS I DO.
I happened to drop by with an emergency slider door issue. It just would not close/shut. I couldnt drive arnd with that annoying beeping noise/alert from my car saying door is open.The service center people were busy all day, still helped me out. Though it was a temporary fix (Honda need to recall these doors for permanent fix), the service/technician people were prompt.Did not miss out work, thanks for their speedy shuttle service as well.

Waited six months for the service department to even begin to fix an issue with my car. Said they couldnt cause they couldnt find an exact car like mine to compare it too, which is a 2018 civic . Took it to another dealership and they replaced the head unit, without needing another car to figure out it had severe issues.

Very helpful. Our salesman even brought a car to the house so I could load my concert grand harp and equipment in it. I thought the car was too small at the dealership nut, surprise surprise, it all fit.
Purchased 2010 Honda Civic - Paint was recalled for the vehicle and they would only honor certain areas of the car that showed visible wear and measured paint depth to make this determination. Despite the majority of the vehicle showing fading only that which showed a certain amount of wear would be honored. After one third of the vehicle was painted, a month went by (and recall period expired) the remaining 2 more thirds of the car looked exactly as bad. A recall was just issued for the same vehicle for airbags. Furthermore, despite these issues, I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt and attempted to purchase a new vehicle. A deposit was put down, credit submitted (also keep in mind the same was issued to Toyota with tier 1 approval in email confirmed) and a good price was agreed upon. Upon closing my credit showed a 0 (I actually went home and ran my credit and got my credit score :) and no activity on it DESPITE GETTING MY PREVIOUS CAR THROUGH HONDA OF AMERICAN lmao. A laughable 11% APR was offered along with my $3,000 deposit unable to be refunded to my credit card and NO receipt of the check that needed to be submitted to be refunded would be provided. I thought the days of the shady dealerships were over but apparently not. If anyone from honda would care to touch base to refute my claims I can provide evidence and claims to all of my statements. BUYERS BEWARE!
Service area was very helpful in getting my Pilot radio restarted after my battery died! They also checked on my vehicle and found that it was due for a recall.

Myself and my husband went there to purchase and trade-in my car and our experience with the salesperson Don was horrible. He didnt know off hand what came with the car we were interested in. He pulled around a car that had no gas (low fuel indicator came on while we were in the car) which stopped us from taking the car for a ride, so we sat there at the dealership looking and inspecting the car. My trade-in was appraised and they were trying to give me no more than $3,000 for it, which didnt sound right. While we were discussing the numbers, another customer came in and Don excused himself and went to see about the other customer. That was rude, and unprofessional!! We will not be coming back to Union Park Honda to purchase or trade-in any cars. They may need to get rid of Don!

Bought a pre-owned dodge pick up. Saw it on the web. Had wonderful dealings with Delilah (internet guru) then to Jim V (awesome and accommodating sales rep) and finally Anthony (finance Wiz, sharp and genuine).The experience was fast, efficient and tailored to me, the customer. No silly old school, time absorbing, intelligence insulting tactics used here. Honestly, I drove off in my new to me Dodge very impressed with these people.It was a real pleasure that I hope many other customers experience as well.These people made buying a vehicle the way it should be. After all, most of us go into debt buying. Shouldnt it, at the least, be a pleasant experience?
BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT buy a car or get a car serviced here. They are EXTREMELY incompetent. Even if you get a good deal, TRUST ME, it is NOT worth the headache of dealing with them and having a car that doesn’t work. We purchased a brand new 2017 CRV here in July 2017. Four months later, I tried to start the car to get to the train station for work, and it wouldn’t start. I called Honda roadside assistance and a serviceman showed up 90 minutes later. He confirmed that the battery was dead. He could not determine a reason because no lights were left on, no doors were left open, and the battery is brand new. He jumped the car and got it to start, but I had to miss a day of work because I had missed my train. The next day I tried to start the car, and again, it would not start. I couldn’t miss a second day of work for this, so I drove my husbands car to the train while he stayed home and called Honda roadside assistance. Once again, someone had to come jump the car. My husband then drove the car straight to Union Park Honda and parked. A salesman came outside and told him that he parked in the wrong spot for service and would have to move it. No problem, but the car once again would not start. The dealership had to jump the car in order to move it (third time in two days) and brought it around to their service shop. My husband works a mile away from the dealership and planned to take their shuttle to work, but it wasn’t leaving for another 20 minutes, so he decided to just walk to work from there. Around 4:30pm, he called to get the shuttle to come pick him up from work and take him back to the dealership. They told him that the shuttle would not pick him up since it hadn’t dropped him off there in the morning. He walked the mile back to the dealership since they refused to pick him up. When he arrived, they said that they refused to replace the battery, and instead just charged the existing one until it would start again. He questioned why a brand new car with only 1,700 miles would need to be jumped three times in two days, and their response was that “this sometimes happens with new cars.” No explanation, no solution. We left having no further answers or resolution than we did before. And guess what?? A month later, it happened again. This time, after jumping the car and bringing it back to the dealership, my husband demanded that they replace the battery, because it was obviously faulty. They refused and said they would just charge it up again and that “your wife must not be driving it enough to keep the battery fully charged.” My husband thought this answer was ridiculous, Googled the issue, and found a Honda service bulletin that said that the parking brake was causing a parasitic battery drain in 2017 CRVs. He called Union Park Honda and suggested that this might be the issue, to which they said “oh.. I guess we’ll check.” And it turns out that was the issue. They did the software update required and gave us the car back. How much confidence would you have in a dealership that wasn’t able to figure out an issue that my husband (who knows barely anything about cars) was able to find with a simple Google search? Not to mention, this is a BRAND NEW CAR. I spoke with the regional manager, Danny, and he told me that the dealership told him that THEY found the service bulletin and fixed it. The dealership and the regional manager did nothing to make up for the extreme inconvenience, constant headache, and repeated service visits we put up with. I shouldn’t have to constantly wonder if my brand new car (which we spent thousands of dollars on) will be able to get me to work or not. Since I’m unfortunately stuck with this POS vehicle only 4 months into owning it, Ill have to drive to the Honda dealership in Newark or West Chester to get it serviced in the future since Union Park is garbage. My Toyota vehicles always got me from point A to point B without issues. I will never buy another Honda vehicle again.

Bought CR V in May 2019Worst customer service. After buying a car I tried to reach out sell’s person and the financial representative . No one comes on phone or even never called back.. After paying initial deposit they said I can’t take car today because Honda Finance company closed at 7.00 and they can not verify my social. I had to pick up my car next day.

I felt the sales man ( dont remember his name) felt as though I was wasting his time and interrupting his lunch.I will only purchase where I feel like my commitment to buy a car matters.
They have a CRV advertised on the website for 259 per month with zero down. I drove all the way from NJ to Delaware and sales rep made me sit for 2 hours and said lease will be $429 per month This is totally misleading. Why are you showing false information on website, if you cant honor it. Very bad experience
