My brand new vehicle was backed into causing both driver side doors to be replaced. Carolina Coast Collision was recommended to me by a friend. While staff was very friendly, and I do understand it took time for parts to be delivered, it took a month for the vehicle to be ready. I also understand that after an incident, especially a brand new vehicle, will never be the same but the two doors that were replaced were installed unevenly. There are also spots were the paint dripped during repainting. I expected better after being worked on for a month. Overall, not a terrible experience but surely expected more craftsmanship in the repairs.

Ron is an amazing artist. His airbrush attention to detail is absolutely unmatched by anything Ive ever seen. Although he only completed body work for me. My car has been here twice. Each time they took great car of the inside and washed the entire car prior to my picking it up. They are the only authorized body shop for Mercedes Benz in the area. After hurricane Florence, our roofers threw shingles over my car. Needless to say throwing wasnt what they were good at ! Theyre prices were fair and they were very comprehensive with their work. I would certainly take any car there. The staff was very informative and kept me in the loop of the progression of work from start to finish. Amazing body shop.

Unfortunately I needed to have my vehicles repaired several times. Each time, they were extremely professional and coordinated with the insurance companies so that I didnt have to get involved. The repairs were excellent and OEM parts were used.They have a lot of business, so it can take a little while to get on the schedule, but its worth the wait.

Good service and I had no problems. It did take a while to get my truck in. Their schedule was slammed. It looks great and they got it done with the first try.

These guys are awesome! In the past Ive worked with other shops in town, but no longer. Carolina Coast Collision offers the best service matched with excellent quality. Their paint seams to be a better quality than others and whatever they do in their process, the paint doesnt seem to be effected as badly by rock chips. Id highly recommend these guys, especially Bill whos been great to work with.

They did paint jobs during the restoration of several of my old (1997-1998) Mercedes cars (bumper, hood, door) and did not disappoint me. My expectations are very high and only a perfect job is acceptable to me. They treated me like a friend and all work was done on-time. The actual cost was exactly as quoted.If you are looking for a cheap paint job, go somewhere else. If you like factory finish, you have a good place here. The owners and staff are honest and treat you with respect.I will not go anywhere else for any car paint job or body repair. Carolina Coastal Collision is one of the finest in the business.
