Easy to make appointment. Sadly, they didnt order the tires I wanted but fortunately LISA came to the rescue. Lisa called a nearby store and she personally picked them up. Even with the mix up, I was in and out with new tires in an hour. Thank you again LISA.

Brought my vehicle to have it patched because of a nail. They said it wasn’t fixable and quoted me for a new tire. I got a second opinion at Sams Club and they patched it in less than 30 minutes. If you’re in this situation get a second opinion, clearly this location is only looking to making a profit.

Spent quite a bit and the car was just as bad when I left as it was when I drove in there.

These people are honest and look out for their customers. That is rare and valuable these days. I chose this location because they really impressed me with a good deed a few years ago. I have not forgotten about that and will continue to trust these fine people.

On a Sunday my tire blew. I called AAA and Tires Plus. I spoke to Gary who informed me they had the tire I needed. AAA towed me the less than 10 miles to Tires Plus. They reviewed the different tire prices with me. I knew I needed 4 new tires but was attempting to hold out a few more weeks. They mentioned a credit card they had for 0 percent interest for 6 months. I applied and was approved so I got all 4 tires I needed. They had the work done in about 2 hours. On Monday I noticed the car sounded a little different and had a bit of an odor by the time I got home from work. I noticed something that looked like oil running down the front of my car. I opened the hood and there was oil EVERYWHERE. The cap was off! I called and explained to Lisa when she answered the phone. She was very apologetic. I thought that would be the end of it and I would just have to get oil somehow. She attempted to contact a service location near me as I am 1 hour away. Since she could not reach anyone she said she would drive to my home in the morning before I left for work and bring me oil and clean up the engine. I have never experienced customer service at this level. I am now a loyal and dedicated customer. Have already referred them.

I went here for 2 new tires and a front end alignment. All together paid around $800.. everything was fine till about 2 weeks later my front end started to shake and wobble. Figured it wasnt a huge deal as i got paid soon and would go back to fix it again.. didn’t even get that far because while driving my brand new front tire rolled off because the lug nuts weren’t tightened properly. Be careful if you decide to go here.

I came into this place to get a quote on tires and experienced some older gentleman (assuming it was a manager) screaming at the bigger guy working the counter. I dont know why someone would talk to the employee that way he seemed very nice and knowledgeable. I will not give them my business knowing they treat the employees that way. I hope this gets seen the employee seemed very upset about the whole ordeal. Apparently it was for being outside... The store was very dead and nothing seemed to need his attention at the time.

These guys are nothing short of awesome! One guy stayed a few minutes after close so I could drop off my tire. They had me in and out in record time when I came back in to have them put the new one on! Highly recommend! Oh...and make sure you buy the warranty. It saved me a TON of money!

Unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest. David has a poor attitude and belittles both customers and fellow employees. Every time my vehicle has been brought here, I have needed to take it to a different shop to correct or rectify what Tires Plus misdiagnosed or did not repair properly. From one business to another, Tires Plus will never see another dime. Zero stars is more appropriate.

Cheap and timely repairs

Would give zero stars if I could. I went to this location yesterday to have my air conditioning, oil change, and cabin filter serviced. My air conditioning system was blowing hot air. Ive never had an issue with my cooling system for the engine. The car has never over heated. I picked the car up from them and drove a couple miles home. An hour later I attempted to drive the vehicle to work. This should not have been an issue, since the car was healthy prior to having my air conditioning recharged with freon.I was almost to exit 47 on 295 when the thermostat light popped on and shut of . The car did not sound or feel off in any way, so since the light turned off, I continued to work. As I was getting off of the exit the check engine light came on and stayed on. The car then shut itself off and would not restart. I was stranded in the middle of it 541 and luckily some nice young gentlemen helped me push it out of the road way.I called the shop later on to ask about if their work was warranted. I explained to them what happened and asked if they would look to see if any thing they did could have caused this failure. They got defensive and rude and refused to help me with this situation in any way shape or form. The car was healthy before they touched it.Corporate has filed a claim and I shall hear back within a few days. This experience has been so overwhelming and I hope no one else has to go through this with these rude arrogant employees,of this location.Save your money and your engine and take it to a shop that isnt filled with incompetence.

Called made an appointment to get a new tire. Explained to them ill be coming on lunch break and if that was enough time. The lady behind the desk said shell fit me in. I get there 2 hrs later they cant close my hood. I never once gave them permission to open my hood, to run their little tests, to hook up their diagnostic machines. I was watching the boy for a good 5 minutes attenpt to close the hood, put pressure on it. . Then they turn around and tell me it my fault for buying a car from a dealership. . . Umm, made no sense to me. Ill never return.

Fast services though prices as high as the dealership

Trustworthy staff, neat and clean store and waiting area, awesome prices and customer service. The Williamstown site is worth the trip.

Last visit got an oil change and that was fine. But for other items that need to be done with the car I think that Tires Plus is very expensive. Needed to get a control arm and ball joint for the passenger side as well as the driver side and they wanted to charge me $1,300. I went somewhere else and they put it on for less than 400. And I purchased the control arms that I needed for my vehicle which is a Nissan Murano was under 200.

I came in for two tires for the rear of my car. My two front tires were in great condition. When I pulled out of the shop my tire warning light came on. After inspecting my tires I found a gash in one of my front tires. I was told it was an impact gash but they said they inspected all my tires and they were fine when I came in 25 feet from there door my tire is damage beyond repair and I had to purchase a new tire...not very happy about that.

5 year customer. I call to make sure an oil change diagnosis and steering alignment can be worked on right away. That was 845 am. Im currently sitting here and its 416 pm. The reason I made sure is so I dont have to risk my daughter s life and cross the highway. 8+ hours and I get an additude from them when I had to call cause the guys behind the desk ignored me after I left to get my daughter. Great nice people lmao dont go here I been coming here for years and Im tired of the additudes

Nothing to do with the personnel there as theyre professional and do a great job PERIOD = 5 stars! I DO have a beef with the company for its prices that even with a coupon their prices are higher than other places that give the same quality of service/parts = 1 star.

This tire shop is cheap, but sometimes you get bad attitude from the attendants. Otherwise, they have good tires and cheap.. just be there early or you will wait over an hour to get assistance....

I was with my buddy we were working on his brakes and we couldnt get his tire off and the last place to do it it was this place right here. The lugs were over tightened and cross thread how does any professional tire shop cross thread lugs are you kidding me man this place makes me furious. So he called corporate said they could do something then they called again and said they could not replace it aint that some bs. This was his first and last time and will not be going back spend the extra money and go else where. Beware of corporate and store manager they were rude and did not work with him what so ever. i would love to give no stars but google says you gotta give at least one. WE WILL NOT RETURN!

DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE.So I took my car to Tire Plus in Williamstown for an appt I already made for inner tire rod ends. While my car was there I mentioned a noise that happened during the last snow fall this year. I was told it was my right catalytic converter and that the entire thing needed replacing because their shop does not weld, they only replace. The bill was $1198 with $92 dollars in labor. I waited a couple weeks and my check engine light came on Thursday March 26th. I figured this must be related to my Cati. I took a friends advice and took the car to Bargain Muffler in Vineland. Today I was told there is nothing wrong with my catalytic converters and was told a part came loose and got underneath another part which cause rattling. I was told it was a quick fix that didnt need charging. These people are honest and from what I read in reviews are great with price and exhaust. I highly recommend Bargain Muffler in Vineland NJ.

Had a horrible experience here. The employees were extremely rude, we had two tires put on and it took them 3 hours and we were the only people waiting. Not only this but since I took my car here it is making a new noise. Started happening right after we left, will never go here again.
