I’ve been going to integrity for the last decade. Well that officially ends today. Don’t get me wrong they seem like good people which is the only reason I’m not rating them a 1 star. But this last job was an absolute 1 STAR of a job. This past summer I came for an antifreeze leak that I had to continuously take back to them 4 times because they couldn’t fix the issue. When I confronted them they blamed the car instead of their work. I paid almost $2,000 and didn’t see any change. I was always skeptical that they overcharge. So what exactly did I even pay for? I’m still not sure...When I took the car to the dealer they insisted I needed to pay $1200 and said whoever repaired my car made crucial mistakes. Dealerships for me from now on! Well today I’m happy as now I’ve gotten rid of the car and moved onto a brand new car. I could’ve easily had a lawsuit on my hands but decided to take the high road and not recommend them to anyone or my family who go there still today. Good luck!

I wanted to have a car I was interested in buying inspected to see what shape it was in. Carlo fit me in pretty quickly and his team did a very thorough job looking it over. They even looked into the car’s recall history to see what had been done and if anything was active/outstanding. Their final report, which was exhaustive, was made available online and included easy to navigate menus, helpful photos, and clear info. Fortunately, the car got a clean bill of health from Carlo and his team. His work gave me the confidence to move a head with purchase. Carlo was very friendly, responsive, and professional. Integrity has always taken care of any of the vehicles I have brought in. The communication is great and you will receive a well documented work order when the job is completed. If you are price shopping the area they wont be the cheapest but from my experience paying a little extra to get the job done right is worth it.

I went to integrity recently because my car kept stalling I had it towed in and found out my fuse box was completely shorted and after a million issues with getting a new one (not their fault) they ended up having to build a new one and through all the issues carlo was super nice kept me up to date called when there was an unexpected issue or good news and kept me in my wanted price range. I was super satisfied with my car when I got it back they did their best the fastest that they could!

To start I and no family member works here or has an ownership stake in the business. I have been coming here for all my auto services they can provide for at least 10 years. Every time I have been here be it an oil change, part installation or breakdown the value, quality of work and more then anything over the top customer service (by all employees I have encountered) has been more then a customer can ask for. Maybe I could get a service done a little cheaper somewhere else but it wouldn’t be worth it. I have never had a problem where I needed to go back because something wasn’t quite fixed right or something else went wrong. Always genuinely greeted as a friend and not a $ when I walk in. No one wants to have to take their vehicle to the mechanic as it usually means it’s gonna cost you $ and time, but when I have to I actually look forward to coming here. The name Integrity really does say it all. I will be a customer for life.

This place has great service, needed inspection sticker, had us in next day, done in short time, provided ride from and to, no extra charges, kept to what was stated, will definitely use again!

About 40 minutes drive for me but that should show that the quality of work and friendly, professionalism of Mike is worth it. Prior I was taking my 2006 Chevy Cobalt to a Chevy dealership, which is 10 minutes away. Lets just say, after 12 years plus a loyal customer, the Chevy dealership went from 5 star to 1. Once again these guys deliver ..after a catastrophic simple oil change failure at Mavis....the guys at integrity managed to save me thousands on what would of been an oil tank replacement that in many other shops i wouldnt have the option to try to have an alternative on a solution ..but they did ..super honest fellas

I took my vehicle to Integrity Automotive to get a part fixed. I knew what was wrong with it. They quoted me a price and I signed the papers. AFTER they were done fixing it they came out with a bill that was Over $200 MORE than my quote. They said other parts needed fixed amd NEVER told me BEFORE they did it. The part they added to my bill they told me was fine, now they bring it out and show me the part and it looks like THEY ACTUALLY CUT THE HOSE THEMSELVES, while trying to tell me it was ROT! A slice looks WAY DIFFERENT than DRY ROT! Do not take your vehicle here! I understand business is slow for all right now and everyone is financially struggling, but dont screw the people that ARE PAYING YOU! Support somewhere else with your business!

After paying DOUBLE the usual amount to tow it there....THEY BLEW IT UP!!! Actually blew up the engine!!We received a call from them...Oh well, your engine blew up, make arrangements to get it back!!WHAT??? They took absolutely NO responsibility, offered NOTHING but a bill. I brought in my old 92 Ford Ranger with some electrical problems dealing with my cluster gauge. Carlos who I spoke to went out of his way to explain to me what the situation was and how he would go about fixing the problem. Well let me tell you that Carlos is a person that doesn’t give up on a problem and when he delivers a finished product trust me you know it’s done the right way definitely going to be coming back to them in the near future A+++++ all the way thanks Carlos

They were one of the few shops around who will fix a car computer. They were quick. The price wasnt too high. They offered me a ride home but I didnt need it. The lobby was nice. They didnt try to push me to get other things fixed, although I would use them for other repairs in the future.

Came in for an alignment which averages around $70 for my car. I came in and this man wanted to charge me $100 bc their equipment is new. Old equipment do alignments just fine. I suggest people do some research and not assume prices are fair. Reviews here suggested they were great ppl to deal with but apparently not

Customer service was great. Five other shops did not want to attempt the tire repair because of my tire and rim size but Integrity assured me it would not be a problem. They not only fixed the tire but the rim looked as great as when I dropped it off. They did a great job.

Won’t go anywhere else! Thought I needed a new manifold on my jeep (because that’s what other places told me) took it to integrity and they said they would take a look. They told me they could save me about $700 by welding it and it would be good to go... they could have hosed me and charged me for a new manifold, but instead they were honest and actually fixed the problem. Extremely customer friendly business that focuses on long term relationships and doing the right thing not just making a quick buck.

This place will do you dirty. They are shady and will make problems to fix in order to make a quick buck.

Horrible service. Had a buddy come in to get work done to his AC system. Told him it was $350 for a hose. Ok he gets that replaced. They then replaced the condenser in his vehicle WITHOUT CONSULTING HIM FIRST. Horrible buisness practice. Your supposed to consult the vehicle owner before you do anything not already discussed. Jumped it up to over $500. Then he gets there to get the car. They hand him the “messed up hose”. You can tell they are man made cuts into the hose. No dry rot at all. I’ve worked on cars and I know what dry rot is. Dry rot isn’t perfectly sliced lines from a razor blade 3/4 inches apart. Steer far away from these people. If I could give negative stars I would

If you want it done wright take your car to Integrity. I have a 1965 Mustang they put a new engine in it for me. There work is just great, they work on your car as if it was there car. They have taken my car over the top, runs and acts as if it just came off the lot in 1965. They are just outstanding in everything they do at there shop. Called this place after a recommendation from a friend to get a quote on brakes and was told theyd have to see my brakes in order to give me a price on them. AKA I have more important things to do than wasting my time pricing a brake job for a potential new customer. Bad business.

I initially started going to Integrity because thats where my car maintenance was affiliated with according to my Drivetime documents but long after the warranty expired Im still choosing them over anywhere else. They work with you and your financial needs and keep you up to date with every step they need to take BEFORE they take it, and every staff member is very helpful even if they arent the ones assigned to your vehicles. Service here has always been quick and efficient.

Mike told me everything that needed work in language that anyone could understand, even though I could have (should have done myself). I already knew what needed done and he was spot on. I spent a lot of money but it was all justified. I like the idea of the photos. Just adds to their name.

Fantastic service, positive guys great attitudes. Timely service and they worked with my schedule. Even cleaned the floor of my truck which was caked with dirt when I brought it there !!!

Brought my car in because the Check engine light was on and my wife was experiencing problems shifting into reverse. I just knew it was the transmission. Let me tell you these guys are as honest as they come. I could of been charged 4k for a new transmission however I recieved a detailed report via text which showed the error codes, the problems and the solution(s). Come to find out that my transmission fluid was low and I needed a tune up along with an oil pressure switch. Saved me over 3k. Car is running great. They communicated with me throughout the process and was able to keep the cost low. I would definitely recommend checking Integrity out first before going to another auto mechanic!

I called on a Saturday morning for an alignment on my truck I just lifted. Mike said they specialized in that area and to bring it in. They had my truck done in 2 hours and it was perfect! Steering wheel straight and tracked nice and straight . Very freindly guy. Ill definitely go back there again.

Just got my driver side window regulator replaced... Very professional and nice. I got in and got out with the amount of workload they already had on a Saturday. I highly recommend them. Excellent job!

My truck was repaired in a very reasonable time but after I picked it up there was a leak from where the repair was made. Why four stars then you ask. Because I took it in and they made it right. They were very apologetic and the error was minor. They fixed it right up and I left very satisfied. I recommend them to everyone.
