Im from NY, Im not familiar with this area, I found this place and took my car with them, I bought 2 new tires, they change my lug nuts now I have 2 different sizes in each tire and they disconnected the coolant overflow tank hose, THEY ARE MISERABLE MF why you do something like that to someone? Thank goodness I check my car after I notice the opened the hood and they were there checking something when my reason to be there were new tires!!Beware people!! Those guys are the kind of dishonest and nasty mechanics you want to avoid.

Mechanics that you can trust work done when promised work is professionally done

I made my appointment for brake service and an oil change 5 days in advance. I took my vehicle in and they were friendly I give them that. After looking my car over, they tell me I have a hairline crack in my radiator but they topped it off with coolant. Then they take my rear tires off (which is where I needed the new brakes), and tell me they dont have the parts to fix it however, be very careful you have NO rear brakes???????????? Seriously!!! They then put on my receipt that the customer DECLINED brake service.. I am appalled that they didnt bother trying to get the part, just be careful. I overheated on my way home with no brakes, because yes they topped off the overflow with coolant yet failed to check that the radiator had coolant. I did have my children with me ages 9 and 2 so leaving with no brakes didnt sit well with me nor did CLIENT DECLINED BRAKE SERVICE CHECK THE APPOINTMENT- IT WAS FOR BRAKE SERVICE WHY WOULD I DECLINE HAVING WHAT I ASKED FOR??????????????I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE NOR RETURNKUDOS ON THE OIL CHANGE

This auto shop is amazing .Especially one employee named Brandon .they take the very best care of my vehicles .

My girlfriend took her car here and the lube tech was 2 hours late to work we had a 8 am appointment at 1230 they finished doing a oil change 2 diffrent people worked on the oil change while watching them put the drain plug in they used a impact gun to put the plug in which caused it to strip out they assured me it wasnt. Stripped 1600 miles later the engine is blown up when I called and told them about this they just pushed it off they told me there insurance company would be in touch well the insurance guy went out to inspect it and didnt even look under the car to see if oil was blown on the underneath now Im out of a car

I send my mother here for repairs, they have always been reasonable and honest for me.

I had to get some exhaust work done to my vehicle not too long ago. Although they did the work pretty fast, it was done incorrectly. Later on my hangers broke in the back due to the unnecessary stress caused when they pushed back my exhaust system. They overcharged me on top of that as well. If that wasnt bad enough, when they put my car on their lift they damanged my side skirts and caused the pins holding them in to fall out. I ended up taking it to Meineke to correct the problem, and at a cheaper cost as well.

Employees really care about their customers. Always be sure to make an appointment because they are swamped! Ill always get my oil changed here. They look over my vehicle every time and kindly let me know if I have any areas of concern. I thought I had an issue with my breaks and had the most honest mechanics Ive come across. One place (quick stop in, since Monro was so busy) said that I needed new brakes among other brake stuff and quoted me a price of $480. I made my appointment with Monro and they said my brakes had enough life left in them for some time, I just needed my one caliper shaved down a bit. They did the job quickly and efficiently and for pocket change. Ive had two oil changes since then with them checking my brakes and Im STILL okay on my brakes. They said by the next oil change its most likely that it will be time to get my rear brakes done.I know I can trust them and I love that comfort in knowing. The employees do change out, frequently, and that makes me nervous, but Ive yet to have an issue with a single one. I used to live in millville and I used Monro in Vineland for my services needed. I had gotten close with Sam and would still drop in to see him when I had my worrisome brake issues. When he confirmed that this Monro was on the money and had the same opinions as him, I knew I was using the right company for my vehicle maintenance needs.One time they saw my wiper blades were in need of replacing and gave me the free wipers current deal they had with an oil change without me having the coupon on me.Loyalty gets you places!3 years ago I had a minivan that the brakes went out on during my ride there to get the oil changed. Luckily thats where I was headed! I had my (then) 3 year old with me and they told me it was completely unsafe for me to leave the shop with my brake line busted. (Wasnt expecting that fee to pop up and didnt have the money with me for the repairs.) My boyfriend came to drive the van while I drove the car with our child. (Vehicle swap) The tech was on break and actually followed us (good car in front, van, then him) the short ride to our house with his flashers on to be sure we all got there safely.They go above and beyond and I will never forget it. I will always brag about them to everyone, even if that means I have to wait longer when booking appointments. 😜Love Monro!!! Thank you guys and gals for all you do!

Terrible service, Attitude of staff as if they are out of the world and when ask for document on what was your alignment result they give you the most stupid excuse We are out of paper!!! Really.Last but not least blame it to the company that they didn’t made the car right way or who ever previously worked on it didn’t do a good job.

I had the pleasure of having your employees perform the task of changing out my front right caliper. I was on my way home last thursday and at about 5:30pm I noticed that my brakes were acting up. No one in the area would take me. I have a F-350 superduty crewcab dual wheel truck. Your men took me in without batting an eye. They both knew the job would take them past closing time but worked on my truck anyway. I couldnt be more satisfied with the work ethics and craftsmanship of your employees. I am sorry that I live so far away otherwise all my vehicles would be taken care of by Monroe. Kudos to them for a job well done. Called and made an oil change appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, walked to Sams Club just behind the store to kill the time, and when I got back they hadnt even moved the car. Had my 10 month old with me, so I just left. Never going back.
