Every time I take my truck to B&B Auto for a problem I pick up my truck with another problem. I took my Ford F-250 to B&B Auto approximately 1.5 years ago. My gear shifter broke and they fixed it. About 1 week later I noticed that the truck wasn’t shifting in to gear properly. I took it back to B&B Auto and the one mechanic stated that they hired a new mechanic and he forgot to put rubber o-rings or something. So they fixed it for me. I sold my f-250 and bought my dads truck off him a 2002 Ford F-150. The gas light was on for the fuel gauge because the fuel gauge was broken. My dad stated that the fuel gauge light had been on for 2 years and he never had a check engine light on. Also he just passed the truck for inspection. The coolant reservoir had a small leak so I brought it to B&B auto. They fixed it and one week later my air conditioning stopped working so I brought it back to B&B. They said the diverter door was broken so they fixed it. I picked up my truck and wasn’t even out of their parking lot and noticed the check engine light on. I approached the mechanic and advised him of the check engine light. He hooked up the scanner and said the check engine light was on for the sending unit which is the fuel gauge problem. Mind you my dad had the fuel gauge problem for 2 years and just passed Inspection without a check engine light on. The mechanic said I don’t know what to tell you. I brought my truck to another mechanic and he said that the oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 1 needed to be replaced. That has nothing to do with the fuel gauge problem that I had. What I’m saying is three different times I brought two different trucks for a problem I left with a different problem. Don’t take your vehicle to this shop. You will have problems.

This place is great.. the owner Dom really cares about people and takes the time to explain things to u.. reading other post I questioned going but I know from personal experiences that if u had an accident in most towns u have to use whoever is on tow and yes unfortunately u have to pay there fees.. I know the reviews written about that stuff are useful but not facts so I gave this place a try and glad I did I saved over $250 and didnt have to replace what a different shop said I had to.. its hard being a women walking in a place like this and be treated fairly but this man did and I am thankful there are still fair people in the world. I will definitely go back for all my services.. no body should say things on here that they dont look into.. dont compare apples to oranges. I sure wish I knew about this place sooner.

My family and I have been doing business with B & B Auto Repair in Williamstown, New Jersey for years. The Owner, Dominic, has been amazing in his ability to identify a problem with a vehicle and know exactly the best way to fix the issue without any guess work. I am totally surprised at some of the more negative comments I have read here, either they have the wrong business in mind, or they are unhappy competitors who know that they will never be able to provide the service and customer care that Dominic @ B&B provides. Dominic is an experienced mechanic, and his honestly is undeniable. If you need to place your trust in someone who is not there to over charge or pad the bill with erroneous charges, B & B is the place you need to go for Great Service and Trust. A hard commodity to find in this day and age.

When got car back had more problems than when I took it there. And also had my brake line wrapped up in something to where I almost ran into a tractor trailer because my brake line was split from rubbing.. absolutely ridiculous.. had car a week when supposed to be over night

Great prices, honest work ethic. This guy has been in business forever and its clear he and his techs know what they are doing. Old school knowledge prevails here. They will not take advantage of you here, and they dont nickel and dime you for every little supply/expense used. Highly recommend. Also tows are a ez, reasonable priced and aways available quick when i needed them. Clerk at the front is professional and great personality.

Dominc has been in business for over forty years. He is experienced and ASE certified for the newest technology concerning cars. He is easy to talk to and will explain your repairs needed in terms that you will understand before he begins to work on your car.

Always honest about whats wrong with my car and lets me know ahead of time what I can expect to spend. Never have a long wait to get my car in or back from them! Very reliable

Dominic (owner) and Ann (receptionist) lied about the estimate & increased the final fee by over 200$ when my local reliable mechanic has proven to be the only honorable source for any repair. Dont be mistaken as their labor fee at minimum are $95/hour which increases after you unknowingly trust them.

5 stars is not enough this is the most reliable and affordable shop in South Jersey you can trust your car to be repaired correctly.

Save yourself the headache take your business else where with honest reliable people you trust. Dont be misguided by the reviewer (Lou Fiore) that is a in house biased review made by this liars and despicable people.
