I absolutely love this store!!!! I love this one and the one west side of Wichita. I was treated fantastic! Service was remarkable, they had exactly what I needed.

Several weeks ago I called Cartridge World (21st & Rock) to see if they had refills for our printer. I proceeded to let them know that we felt like we weren’t getting as many printed pages as our printer advertised and asked for advice. They took the time to explain why and advised me that we would be saving money to not buy cartridges for as many colored copies as we need, but to have them print what we need for .25 cents per colored page. I sent the files via email late last night to have printed and received a call early this morning that they were ready for pickup. I picked the copies up and reviewed them to find that out of 84 copies, with very specific instructions, there was NOT one mistake. The staff at both locations (Heather from the maple location called me to check which location I wanted them printed at and Kyle from 21st and Rock) were super honest, helpful, and friendly. Our family has been spending $140 per year for ink cartridges and now will only have to spend around $40 by having Cartridge World print our birthday decorations. We are grateful for their honestly and are happy to give them a 5 star rating.

Cartridge World has and is doing an exceptional job for our clinics. Keeping our printers up and running is so much smoother using Cartridge World. Dean has helped us set up online ordering with only our current printer needs to assure the accuracy of orders. The one time I have had an issue with Cartridge World they listened and responded to make things right for us. Our printer needs are taken care of quickly and professionally - including an emergency Saturday morning delivery.

I have worked at the Value Place corporate headquarters for three years and my company was using Cartridge World before I started in this position. Dean and his folks could not be any more professional, efficient and helpful. We recycle all of our toner cartridges thru them. They give us 24-hour turnaround on orders -- and if we are in a pinch – they are always more than accommodating to meet our emergency needs. I even shop with them for my personal printer needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a 5-star rating and recommend them to anyone.

I am with the International Rescue Committee and we have been using Cartridge World for the past 4 years. They have the highest quality and best price in town. We had our printer break down and Cartridge World was really quick to help us find a newer better machine that better fit our printing needs for a great price! Great service and they reuse the cartridges which saves natural resources. The cartridges always work. The workers are friendly. I highly recommend this place!

We order ink all the time. Not only does Cartridge World save us money, they are always willing to help. They can get my order here within a day on most things and they are always willing to answer my questions. They have even looked at a couple printers that we were having issues with. If you have any old cartridges they will take them back for you and recycle them. LOVE THIS PLACE and their employees! I highly recommend them.

I have had probably 40 cartridges refilled over the past several years and each has worked as well as a new store-bought cartridge.
