09Jun21 1100The plus sized dark haired woman working the counter was extremely rude.Apparently customers should already have a shipping label. She was very annoyed that I did not, as Im traveling for my company. The woman exclaimed You dont have a label?!, then rolled her eyes while exhaling. She was also annoyed when the address had two lines. Finally after our business was concluded, she tossed my receipt towards me as she was turning to walk away.This woman offered no greeting as I approached the counter, and apparently had more important things to do besides her job.This my fourth time in this location in two weeks, all of the other employees were very helpful and quite pleasant to deal with.

Helped with shipping stickers, went out of their way to get the correct labeling for product. Thank You

The manager it’s very but very racist!!!! He told me I can’t ship anywhere in USA just because I’m not American and I don’t have a us passport! This Never ever in my life happened to me in any location of fedex. Terrible customer service. This is racism! I’m visiting USA and I wanted to send some gifts to my family, why can’t I? Fedex exist in Europe to, that’s where I came from and there we don’t have us passports and still can send shipments. Fedex it’s a great company but this manager it’s the worst they can have!

This location was a life saver. I was in a pinch and needed help repacking an item after a horrible experience at UPS. They were able to repackage the item and ship it cheaper than UPS as well as guarantee deliver three days earlier. The staff was courteous and helpful. This location is a winner. Thumbs Up! Definitely recommended.

I loved Kinkos for decades, and was pleased that their quality seemed to remain high after FedEx bought them, but that has changed now. The FedEx corporate mass-produced mentality has quashed what used to be a great company. I was very disappointed with a recent simple brochure. You have no choice but to have a white border unless you opt for paper 30% larger than what you need, simply because they dont have a machine to print at the standard size without the border. As a result, the tri-fold was sloppy with overlapping images at the fold. Staff was nice but clearly had no printing expertise as they used to do. I wont use Kinkos/FedEx again.

This place is outrageously priced. I went to go print my wedding invites on 11 x 17 white card stock in color and they told me it would be $5.19 per sheet. To order 180 invites it would have costed me over $900.... for invites. is anyone else blown away by this?!? That is insane. Why would you get anything printed here?

Stood around for 10 min waiting for only associate to show up. Attempted to print a job myself, print error, no help. All the while time accrued and print jobs are charged. Finally got serviced by manager; another print error and manager is on phone. Job was not printed. No receipt printed for time or adjustment. No assistance. Thanks for nothing.

Great service and decent prices. Weve had flyers and posters printed here and will continue to come back with orders like that in the future.
