Worst sonic Ive been to.The individual taking my order kept interrupting me and then getting frustrated when they couldnt hear what I was saying because theyd interrupted me. I was interrupted for each item I ordered, sometimes more than once.Also didnt seem like they knew how the system worked and they couldnt even figure out which stall I was at while ordering.They missed half of our order and by the time it came out it was cold.The texture and mouth feel on all of the fried food suggests that it is being underfried to make up for wait times, which is unacceptable and not safe. It also suggests that a separate mixer is not used, or that the individual didnt know or wasnt trained to know to use the nuts only mixer.The blasts we ordered had items from other orders in them and were underfilled. The underfilling happens sometimes, but the cross-contact can kill someone with a peanut allergy and should never happen.As an individual who also works in food service, I still wouldnt come back.

Waited 15 minutes when two cars were ahead of me. Not much traffic, ordered the food got home. One of the milkshakes wasnt even blended. Never got receipt. Called to inform the supervisor and he just said Ill let them know. Mocha crunch blast, this is not it.

To be real, we come to this location all the time.. Tonight was the last time. Absolutely horrible customer service and product. I ordered a sundae with hot fudge and peanut butter. There was an abundance of ice cream, however there wasnt but a light dusting of the topping smeared in the bottom of the cup. I asked the girl if she could remake it with more topping and she just looked at me. I told her Id take a new sundae or my money back she talked to the manager and he told me to throw it away and he would give me back my money. I waited for 15 minutes and had to go ask someone to help me get my refund. would have just taken a new sundae... absolutely the worst.

Note to management at this location...things have really gone downhill. The service response time is very bad. Takes a long time to get your order and then the quality is horrible. Today I ordered your bacon cheese pretzel dog. It is supposed to have caramelized onions...they SHOULD NOT CRUNCH. The picture shows the horrible raw onions I got. They were only a bit cooked because of the heat in the hot dog. I got a side of tots...cold and no sauce given. I had to ask for some. My drinks should have been diet coke, I got coke. This is becoming the norm rather than the exception. Im not happy at all with what your restaurant has become.

Ordered on app. After checking in I still had to wait 20 min just to get cold food. The picture is of the large broccoli tots that were cold and thrown out. After complaining, thier solution was have a free medium regular tots on us with the app that expires in 30 days. Im afraid this will expire since I have no intention on returning to this place anytime soon.

This was our 2nd visit to the Lancaster location; we took advantage of the drive-in parking stalls. The drive thru was very busy, long line. We waited about ten mins before we were greeted and had our order taken. You have the option to pay there at the drive-in stalls, there is a card slot under the menu board.Surprisingly, the order was up and out to us fairly quickly.The bacon cheddar pretzel dog is on point. 👌🏻 The potatoes in my chili cheese tots were perfectly cooked with the best amount of crispness. Onion rings were a little bit crispy for my liking. Mozzarella sticks werent overdone or hard. The cheese was actually melted and stretching apart.YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THE BANANA SHAKE 🍌 actually made with fresh bananas. My shake was so close and as good as the one from Burger Basket!Our only complaint is the employee who brought out our order and was taking payment wasnt very friendly and seemed awkward.

Late night drive through, the comedian taking the order would not stop joking around and telling me how spectacular the corn dogs are, so I ordered a couple and they probably would have been good if the were cooked. At least I ordered some cheese sticks.... Dang those werent cooked either. The lemonade slush usually has slices of lemon in it. The one I ordered tonight didnt, I am not a picky eater but damn the food was horrible and the comedian taking the order was annoying making jokes about my food I was ordering. Usually when I have eaten here it has been good.

I used to love this Sonic location and I would go there often.. however the last few times I have gone I have sat at the drive thru WAY too long. Today I sat at the WINDOW for 10 minutes before the worker even acknowledged I was there to pay and get my food… that’s a bit concerning. Your employees should be ready to take transactions and hand the food out of the window by the time the car pulls up. I understand that sometimes food needs extra time to cook, but then you should ask for people to pull over instead of holding up the line. 10 minutes at the window is ridiculous

Chicken sandwich was completely raw in the middle.And didn’t even get the flavor of slush I asked for in the drive through…. I can be understanding of a slush, but raw chicken? Come on absolutely foul….

So my girlfriend and I come to this sonic a lot. And every time we go they get the order wrong. Like today we ordered rt44 blue raspberry sushi with 🍒 and nurds, instead got a grape slush with no cherries. Then got 2 breakfast burritos that suppose to be sausage but got burnt bacon. The staff seem to be lazy. If you get food that this location I would check your order to make sure its right.

Waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru line for two slushees and one meal. It was obvious that the meal was made 30 minutes before we got it because it was dry and cold by the time we actually got it, because of how slow the line was. Close some of the drive up spots if you’re short staffed. That way you have less rubbing around to do and can actually get people their stuff in a decent amount of time.

Really dont appreciate the complete lack of attention to orders at this location... I ordered 2 of my usual footlong Chicago dogs... for the second time at this location, the first time I got the right order but they seriously lacked on the toppings to the point that I had to add ketchup and mustard to get it down and 1 had 1 pickle spear and the other had none. Tonight they gave us 2 nasty super salty chili dogs that were completely inedible...

No one not one dang employee at either Sonic in the area knows how to make a mocha crunch blast. This is what it is supposed to look like and this is what we got.Now can you spot the difference?

Tater tots were good. Drink was good. I got the bacon double cheeseburger. Burger was good. Bacon however was nasty as hell. SUPER THIN. and burnt tasting.

Inhaf a horrible experience. It took 3 times to get a Hot Dog made thw way I ordered it. And was treated awful to boot. The last time I went they burned my bacon on my cheeseburger. This place has gone down hill at a fadt rate. I dont know if I will ever return.

I rarely write reviews. Buts sorry Sonic you deserve this 1 star review. The last 3 times of visiting Sonic the burgers/hot dogs were cold. The burgers are so cold the cheese is not melted. The burger meat tastes like its been in a non functioning warmer for several hours. In the past the burgers were made to order, or at least they were hot. The french fries... Who messes up a french fry? They were also cold and old tasting. Best thing was the tater tots. Strike 3 your out. Ill go somewhere else to get a FRESH HOT burger.

The gentleman that helped take our order was super polite and it made it so that my two-and-a-half-year-old really enjoyed the experience. My son couldnt get over the fact that It was so nice of him to bring us our food. The fact that their Kids Meal toy was actually fun to play with has hadnt asked me to go back to the food place because he wants another toy. Lol he has never ever ask me to take him to somewhere to go eat until now.

Not enough room on either side in a stall to get my disabled child out. Went to picnic tables where people were smoking. Pressed two different order buttons. No answer. Employees walked by with no offers to help. Left for Burger King. Oh and the tea and chicken club toaster are gone!

They were super busy so it took awhile for them to take our order. It also took awhile to get the order. A carhop who came to our vehicle to ask if we were the ones who ordered the bag of ice, continued to look for whoever ordered it after I told her it was not us. Then the girl that brought our food out said they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. This probably explains why the fries and tots were warm and the batter on the corn dogs was not fully cooked and was gooey on the inside. But my hamburger tasted fine and the drinks were fine.

The shakes are great! Loved the raspberry. The food could improve but completely understandable due to the pandemic and employee shortage. Im sure it will get better!

Expectations met for food, except the tots werent crispy or hot enough. They were either under cooked or not fresh. This seems to be a normalcy there. It took a few minutes longer than I expected for them to respond when I was ready to order. Also when bringing out the food. They are usually quite busy. Perhaps under staffing is the cause of this.? The rest of the food and service is good.

Would like to give it more stars but they had to bring us the rest of our order twice. The food was as good as any sonic, this place just didnt leave sauce of burger or leave onions off other burger. Then failed to deliver all of the order twice LOL

We got 3 chili cheese coney combos which were very good. But my meal, the grilled chicken sandwich combo, was ridiculous. First, they had forgotten to give it to me and i started to pull away. Unfortunately, the girl remembered last minute and held it out to me. I say unfortunately because look at the picture. I paid $8 for a tiny piece of dry thin chicken. Two bites is all i could eat because it was so dry, i couldnt swallow it.I would call and complain but i live on the other side of town and im not going back there tonight. Joe Pesci was right when he said They always screw you in the drive-thru! Sonic definitely ruined my dinner.

Went through the drive through. Asked our order then never responded back we wasnt done .tryed to get there attention at drive through. And nothing. So we go to drive through window and nothing. So we go to the drive up order board. Finally got someone. Then a lady came out and asked if we were at the drive through window she had a attitude to my friend. I wouldnt recommend this place at all .

Took a bit of time for our food to be prepared, for how such a big order it was. 5/5 would recommend the food is great.

Service could be better, the last two times I have gone it has been going downhill. From misunderstanding the order to just not even asking what I wanted to drink with my meal. Id rather have quality than quickness here.

Worst drive thru. We waited for 20 mins to take our order before we decided to leave. The car in front us was waiting for someone to come over the speaker and there was nobody at the window. So tell me why it takes so long to get someone to take your order

Took 30 minutes for the food to come out and it was barely warm and the grilled cheese was only grilled on one side. Used to be a favorite for us and hopefully next time its better.

Food is good but when you order a large anything, they put the medium portion in a large container. Ive ordered the same thing 5 times in the last 15 months and was honestly disappointed with receiving a medium in a large each time. Good food, although you would be better off buying a medium.

Service was extremely slow. Called after 25 minutes to see if my order was lost. When food arrived my grilled chicken sandwich had half a grilled chicken breast, my wifes was a full grilled chicken breast. I wont be going back to this Sonic, but the one in Keizer has always been good.

Specialty orders seem to be an issue. Gluten Free options were apparently not available. An order of bacon cheeseburger minus tomatoes and minus bun came with a bun, no bacon, no lettuce, no tomato and no sauce. Apparently gluten free fries and tator tots are not available either. Sonic has been a favorite when away from home, wont work for us now.

I have been going to sonic for over 14 years and have been complaining about the drive thru speaker so many many times. Hard to hear the person taking the order and they are having probably having problems hearing the order. The point is they mess up my orders many times. PLEASE REPAIR THE SPEAKER

Recently went to this location with my family and was disappointed. First, we asked for large drinks but they gave us mediums. Second, my popcorn chicken was cold. Lastly, the wrap we ordered had a hair. The only reason Im giving another star is because they remade the wrap and when I went in the afternoon it was great (which is why we went again the same day). We went in the evening and it wasnt that good.

Had some good custom drinks and a couple sandwiches. Food wasnt that hot at all but was good. Service was normal. Nothing to write home about.

Where to start.... My burger was cold, the tots were half full and we were missing one of the burgers. I guess that was my own fault for not checking the bag before I left. I am so disappointed as I only have 30 for my lunch break and did not have time to go back or anywhere else. It was my first time there, so hopefully, it was just an off day. Ill give it one more try.

I stoped going to the keizer location after there was a bug in my soda. I started going to Lancaster. Today i went waited almost 15 minutes to have my order taken they were busy that was fine. My order was cold an disgusting my chicken was hard little pea size swimming in sauce to the point it looked like just a side of sauce. Not happy!!

Our hamburgers were cold, French fries were cold. We ordered a peanut butter blast, it had no ingredients. We drove 20 miles one way! Very disappointed

Nostalgia abound for my wife... The only things that might need attention: We had mistankingly asked for plastic utensils, thinking that we were given none, but turns out they were in the individual food wrapping with the messy foods but we were glad to have the extra utensils that werent covered in messy food before opened... Also we made you waste 2 perfectly good Rt. 44s because one was diet and one not... They were given to us unannounced and unmarked. Being diabetic, its important to know those things. Otherwise a Gr8 experience. Thank you

Waited 10 minutes to order at the carhop with no answer. Then spent another 20 minutes in the drive thru its a waste of time and money when you can go to a sit down restaurant and pay as much for a real meal and enjoy the time vs just waiting for them to serve people because they cant take care of their customers. Plus the food was cold when we actually got it. Garbage stop. The management and employees need replaced.

Some people are commenting on how they dont have enough toppings for their fat bellies. well maybe you shouldnt get ice cream. personally sonic is one of the best of the worst. it beats arby’s, carl jr’s, burger king, sizzler, and baja fresh. that doesnt come easy. please respect the underpaid staff and next time you complain think about how many starving children would gladly take what they could get.

I always enjoy Sonic for its variety of drink choices. This particular one was a little sloppy in making the drinks because my cups all came sticky and with stuff rolling down the sides of the cups. Otherwise it was all good.

For a first time visit to this restaurant, I was not impressed. We ordered 3 meals, and the fries and tots were all cold.Order#1:The chicken sandwich which was ordered with extra mayo and add pickles, came out with more mayo than chicken. The mayo was so thick that it couldnt even get scraped off, since it was inside and out of the bun. We called them back to try and fix it. The second sandwich came back with sufficient mayo, and pickles only (not the sandwiches normal toppings with added pickles). The bun was hard as a rock as well.The second order was for a chicken toaster club (grilled). The bread was barely toasted and they put (crispy) fried chicken on it.The third order was eaten so fast by a teenager, I couldnt tell if it was good or not.Overall, the only good part of this was when they came back with napkins. The young lady was very nice and helpful.

Its ok.I ordered a hot dog. I think it was the Chicago? No relish and extra tomato.I got the opposite.A lot of sweet disgusting relish and hardly a tomato.Meh.If they got it right, it wouldve been 4 stars minimum.Next time, lil sonic. Next time.

They are extremely slow, the board said the order was ready and took 20 minutes to make it to the car. By the time our order got to our car it was cold. They used to be good, but it will be a long time before we go back.

The drive thru line was around the building and the cars parked were stuck. It was chaotic. The wait time was long. Service was good though once we got to window.

The drink options were great. Unfortunately the food was not. The oil must have been burned before because everything that was deep fried did not taste good. I do want to go back sometime for one of their ice cream treats.

Food was as expected and usual but for some reason I can never understand the wait times. I think when we showed up there were 3 or 4 cars tops in front of us to order. Still took 30 minutes to get through. Seems to have lost the purpose of fast food and/or drive through.The parking lot is also a cluster. Im sure they just didnt plan for the amount of traffic or slowness theyd have but if you park to order on the south side you wont be able to back out of your spot until an opening in drive thru happens.

Made a in app order waited 15 minutes after we checked in before I buzzed them to find out where our order was. It was only slushes no food. They said it would be right out and it was but just like every time one was made wrong. Ordered a strawberry and real lemon and no real lemon in . you pay extra for real lemon. Buzzed them and told them they remade it and brought out the next size up with real lemon. Not sure why that cant do it right the 1st time. The last 4 times weve ordered this one its been wrong.

Happy hour from 2-5 on the slushies. Blue raspberry💙 and cherry 🍒 are our go to flavors. Wish they still had watermelon 🍉 My personal flavor. Add candy 🍬😋nerds and yummy 😋

This Sonic always has friendly order takers. Sean is one that I get often. Seems like a great worker.The Sonic App always crashes but thats not this drive-ins fault. I highly recommend getting a Diet Cherry Limeade on a warm day!

Been waiting half an hour and still no food. Highly recommend you go someplace else to eat unless you have a lot of time to sit and wait for your food.

SONIC Drive-up, look at the menu, push the TO Order button, they tell you amount and we insert credit card in the slot and in 10 minutes we have 2 chicken slider sandwiches with drinks. Quick, delicious dinner. Great specials ALL the time. After 8 pm luscious thick milkshakes for 1/2 price!!!!!!YUMM

Was there 7:30pm. Fries were old and cold. Tater tots barely cooked. And my 3 piece chicken tenders was basically one Chicken strip and two tiny nuggets. Also a single onion rings? Really, one onion ring....

Worst meal we attempted to eat.Managers: Peter, Alissa, Shawn! Poor job!!Ordered meal#1..burger and fries were both cold!!! Strawberry tea was so full of ice, three swallows and it was gone!!This was in drive up. Called back with complaint to bring me a fresh hot meal...and once again it was cold and this time the lettuce was brown. SERIOUS!??WE WILL NEVER EAT AT SONIC AGAIN And I will make sure everyone i know doesnt either...To add to the situation, I asked for the managers on duty and they refused to tell me when I said I had a complaint...Whats that tell you about SONIC and their work ethics...May 15th 2021 at 7:10pm...The taste of the fries was stale,like old oil...we also had cheddar peppers which were horrible, like freezer burned cheese..Dont eat there!!!

So sonic is a straight joke, and not the funny kind. I ordered a large fry, I pulled back through the drive thru after seeing it was only half filled. The lady at the window said it was supposed to be 8oz, but if I wanted more I could HAND HER MY FOOD BACK THROUGH THE WINDOW, and shed fill it better. (I had to let HER know that was against policy especially with covid).She reassured me that that was the full large fry.I got home and with out eating one fry I put it in the scale.. 3.16oz. not even half of what I was supposed to get. Not only that, but they were so stale I couldnt even begin to try and forget the skipping.If you wanna pay for stale food and poor service go to the Sonic on lancaster. Its literally the worst Ive had

THE HAMBURG MEAT WAS STILL COLD. THEY ARE PRE COOKED PATTIES. BOTH MY HAMBURGERS WERE COLD. ASKED FOR TARTAR SAUCE FOR ONION RINGS. AND WHEN I LOOKED NO TARTAR SAUCE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY AFTER IASKED BEFORE I ORDERED MY RINGS.

Had to go back get a union they left out of the dinner box, had to go back and get condiments. I tipped good still just because I understand.

Good delivery pick up experience

We have been craving cheesy fries and decided to stop here after a hike.We received a partial order of cold poorly cooked fries with unmelted cheese.Not sure how they could miss all of this, bag it up and serve it this way.

Pretty good location my only problem is how long it takes to get the food.

I mean, its hot dogs. Delicious hot dogs. If you get the chili cheese tots, get an extra side of chili and dump the whole thing on top. Thank me later. Youre welcome.

It was a warm day and I was feeling parched. What did I do?, you ask? I went to Sonic for a slushie. Service was pretty fast. And, I enjoyed my slushie.

The Blasts are real real good!

The strawberry cheesecake shake is bomb.The slushies with the fruit bubble things are yummy! The only thing is, we pre-ordered our stuff on the app and it still took about 20 mins + to get our drinks. (We pulled into a spot)

I was amazed at the speed of this place. We had lunch at one of the Drive-in stall which I expected to take longer than a typical drive up visit, but that wasnt the case. The food was ready before we were even ready for it. Excellent cheese burger will all the fixins, popcorn chicken & tots. Another thing I love about Sonic is their fry sauce for dipping; however on this visit the fries werent very good (cold & tasted old), but the tots were fresh & super yummy. Check out their Happy hour deals in the late afternoon for deals on slushies & soft drinks.

Love the happy hour special! 1/2 off drinks. My favorite is ice tea with a shot of mango and shot of peach.

Be sure to check your food when you get it. Apparently ordering a 15 Ultimate meat and cheese, with medium cheese tots, and a RT44 coke was WAY TOO complicated for the guy taking the order. If there is an option go elsewhere.

The service thru th drive thru wasnt very good, the girl tried to rush me, I couldnt see the menu due to lighting. The milk shake was wrong and had no flavor to it.

I have been here a few times. The breakfast is decent but thats it. I went here for lunch one day, I ordered a foot long chili cheese coney and when the guy handed it to me he squeezed the outer package down onto the cheese and chili creating a mess. Also the hot dog was over cooked and the tots were soggy. Not happy with this place at all. If you want Sonic, go to the one in Keizer.

They are fast and really friendly here. They were very excited when I ordered a hot dog for my doggo. He was equally excited about his hot dog treat. 🥰
