Great selection of products. Awesome produce section and several choices of nearly every item. They were having a job fair and hiring for many positions if anyone is looking for work. From 12.00 to 19.00 an hour.

This grocery store is an upper-end store. I needed a specific item, Kitchen Bouquet, and they had it! This morning, the store was not crowded, and the Self Check Out was moving along nicely. Great experience for someone from out of town, and I feel like I was home.

Huge selection of healthy foods, quality brands (including Kroger’s store brand), personal care products, and beverages. The best part is the rewards and discounts. They run the best deals in the region!

This pharmacy is becoming very difficult to work with!! They tell you nothing has been faxed or called in when it has. It takes way to long to get meds filled. Was told they didn’t have my meds filled ( after going 3 times) that I needed for surgery due to them being to busy giving Covid vaccines. I will be taking my family’s business somewhere else.

First time in your store. Ever. And get robbed. Training of the employees in the Deli Department is desperately needed. Specifically, the section for sliced meats and cheeses. The employees behind the counter respond to the presence of a customer as an interruption consistently. Seldom will anyone be waited on within 5 to 10 minutes. They will continue to carry on their conversations and socializing as if the customer needs to just move . They are costing this store revenue. TRAIN and supervise these folks!

I wish the employees would properly wear their masks, and the customers who dont wear one be refused.

I can not describe what a great experience I had today. Typically this Dillons doesnt deliver flowers on Sunday and doesnt staff accordingly. However we have a modest friend whos going though a deep period of grief. We wanted to send them flowers to brighten their day but Sunday is the only day they wont be at work and would be under the microscope for this. The floral hub manager saw the look of panic on my face an was willing to accommodate this situation and personally deliver an arrangement today. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS WHAT CREATING BRAND LOYALTY LOOKS LIKE. THIS IS THE THING THAT WILL ENTICE ME TO DRIVE PAST WALMART AND NOT CLICK ON AMAZON. GOOD GOOD JOB, BRAVO, THANK YOU.

This is the Dillons I use to fill my prescriptions. They are highly efficient and fast, taking only 5 to 10 minutes. The last time I went, the pharmacy tech saved me hundreds of dollars on one prescription. I explained the manufacturer is giving $200 off 6 pills. So instead of getting my usual 10, she cut it to 6 which allowed for additional refills while making the cost go from $60 a pill to $30. And she not only handled all the paperwork, had the pharmacist redo the prescription, she did this all in a matter of minutes!!! I wish I would have wrote her name down as she deserves special recognition for her extremely high work ethic and knowledge.

Clean. This is a bigger Dillons so more selection. This one nearly always feels busy but Im familiar with where most things are so I can get in & out pretty quickly. Self checkout on both ends helps alleviate lines.

Larger than I like in a grocery store. I was able to was quickly find the produce I needed. Fast checkout at the self checkout lanes. Store was clean. We werent acknowledged by any employees or the checkout staff. Just average experience at this Dillons.

This is for the Pharmacy. Outstanding, helpful, great service. They went above and beyond to help me out. I came from out of town, they had never seen me, but bent over backward to help me when I didnt have a couple of prescriptions I needed. Even called me to let me know they had filed them.

They finally received the bread in that they had been out of for over a week. Production issues starting again.

Rather large grocery store. Love their discounts on poultry and other products. It gets even cheaper than in Walmart from time to time. I prefer buying the Dillons vegetables to any other grocery stores, they simply have taste!

Using the Clicklist online shopping app and picking up my groceries at this store. Very affordable charge for this service, about $5 per time. I have ordered produce, dairy, and deli items and been pleased with the freshness of the items and the ability to refine my deli selections.

Always a good shopping experience @ Dillons. Selection is good. Produce is fresh. Staff are courteous, professional and very helpful. Prices are comparable and sales are plentiful....

I am so disappointed in this store. IT is so poorly managed - shopping on Saturday morning awful - shelves are not stocked - inventory is missing - Dillons personal shoppers moving their huge carts down the middle of isles and making it difficult to navigate the store. Shopping here used to be a very pleasant experience - not so much any more - I wish it would return to the well managed facility it used to be.

All the processed substance and over priced grocery shopping a person could ever expect from Kroger. Dont be surprised if when you finally leave if you have spent more than advertise do to cashier errors. Check your receipt before you leave. Helpful employees will help you find items.

Dillion’s floral Dept. has the worst customer service ever. Went shopping at Dillion’s on Feb 5th and ordered Valentines flowers for my wife. (10 days early) 1st year ever that I was on top of my game and wanted to do something special. Talked with the florist who was completely rude and said they didn’t have the valentine arrangements made yet even tho all the Valentine stuff was already out. I paid $80 and told the lady I wanted some roses and some chocolate sent. She said she couldn’t guarantee a time but could do Am or Pm delivery. I chose Am. I explained what I wanted and was told she would make me a beautiful arrangement. I was nervous because the florist seemed lost and confused throughout the whole process. She said since my wife worked out East the flower would come from the 21st and rock rd store. Valentines Day my wife received said flowers that consisted of about 4 roses some babies breathe and a cheap vase. The green foliage used around the flowers were wilted and looked like my arrangement was the last item left on the shelf. On top of that She didn’t receive the arrangement until 10min prior to going home from work. I called around 2-230 on V-day to see where the flowers were and was told I would just have to wait because they were out for delivery. I place my order well in advance and even spent more money than planned and got the worst service and product I’ve ever experienced. Please use caution when using Dillion’s floral

Wasnt able to find 2 items but I decided to wait until next time. Clerk Heath never asked. Seems Dillons is frequently out of some items I want.Heath never gave me a smile or looked me in the eye. Sacker was very nice & cheerful though!

This Dillons miserably failed their most recent health inspection. They refuse to acknowledge or address this failure, which leads me to believe they dont take this seriously. The store clearly needs new management.

Friendly employees and great customer service. I dont go anywhere else for my groceries. They will help you take out your groceries and load them in your vehicle.

Huge chain grocery store in the Wichita area. All grocery & household goods can be found here. Starbucks, flowers, fresh bakery, delicatessen, hot Chinese foods, and hot comfort foods found here too. Shelves are always stocked, staff is polite.

We love shopping here. The staff is helpful and very kind, the prices are great, and the store is immaculate. You could probably eat off the floor, its that clean!

I have shopped at this Dillons for over 15 years. In the last year I have become so fed up with Dillons. I can guarantee that I could go in and fill up half a cart full of groceries and not a one would ring up the same price as the shelf states. For instance, yesterday I picked up a two liter of minute maid lemonade. On the shelf it said $1.00. At the self checkout, because I hate dealing with people, it charged me $1.67. I said something to the guy, he said are you sure. See this is why I dont deal with people. I wouldnt say anything if I want sure. He didnt care. He just changed my price and went on. He didnt do anything about it being mismarked on the shelf. I do believe, even with the lower quality Ill have to start shopping across the street. Im doing this because Ive brought it up to store employees several times with nothing changing. All they tell me is yes that happens.

What a wonderful place to shop after going to Walmart. So clean and well organized - plus the employees act like they wanted to come to work. Complete change from Walmart!

Good for most part but Ive noticed in the last 6 months or so that they run out of items I want. Yesterday was a Fancy Feast canned catfood & today was Sparkling Ice.

My experience is usually great so I hate to complain. I was in the drive thru for a script and the car in front of me was there for a long time. There was a car behind me so I couldnt change lanes . So everyone in the far lane were going right thru. The line closest to the building was not moving so I sat there for at least 20 min. Waiting. My question is why didnt they have them pull forward so the people behind them didnt have to wait so long?

I came in around 1:00 pm to grab a quick lunch. The fruit & veggies were the usual poor quality I expect from Dillons. The salad bar was ok, but the bacon bits looked & tasted like black fish bait. The seafood salad (I think) was inedible. Otherwise not bad. Then I went to the deli to find some protein. Most of the food looked old & dried out. There was some sliced pork that had completely dried, curled up & turned translucent yellow. Made the mistake of getting some dried out chicken. After walking across the store to find some deviled eggs (I hate the new layout), I found several packages with some of the egg whites that had dried out and turned transparent. Maybe it froze, but it was disgusting. I wouldnt trust anything fresh from there & about the only packaged goods are the low quality Kroger crap. Wichita needs a Whole Foods Market or some other quality grocer out west!

The self-service lady offered to ring me up since all registers were full. That was really nice of her!

Its a marketplace. It has a variety of goods to offer the shopper. Not only is this a Grocery store with a variety of staples and speciality items, but it offers clothing, seasonal items as well. It has a fully staffed Pharmacy, Jewelery Store and a Mini Medical Clinic as well. This Dillons can truly be a one stop shopping experience!

The remodel of this location is great! I wish they had more options for natural groceries and organic produce. The price on organic items could come down a notch too.

Did you know that if you take a cart to the pharmacy and dont check out that you will set off the alarm and your cart locks up? Well I found out the hard way and all the snotty security girl said was I took the wrong route. It was packed, the alarms were going off and everyone was staring at me. She chastised me in front of everyone unlocked the cart and walked off. I was left there with people smirking at me like I was a thief. Some of the people are really nice, but today tore it. Im done with Dillons.

Extremely rude! no registers open at 1030, self checkout person was leaning on a cart eating, told me to go somewhere else. called before going to the store, no one answered, walked in the store still calling, and the phone is clearly ringing. just overall poor customer service, didnt know how to do her job. very dissatisfied!

Best customer service for any Dillions in the Wichita area! To start, almost every time I visit there is a Floor Mgr that stands at the checkout registers greeting people, answering questions and directing checkout line traffic. I had an employee from the parking lot, help me load my infant son and personal items in a cart; so I didnt have to carry them into the store. My fuel points were not doubled during a weekend purchase, Customer Service immediately issued the additional points on the spot! Another time, my coupon used during checkout didnt deduct the correct amount off of my total. Customer Service refunded the difference in Cash! Excellent store, if Id post 10 STARS if I could!!!

Today I had a great experience with Sam who works as manager in Starbucks within the store on Central & Maize. I mentioned I was having a bad day, she went above and beyond her duties to make sure I left smiling!

Dillons often drops products that I use, but I can go next door to Walmart and get them. Also, you can be just called Define products. Dillons used to have a large sign which identified what aisle contain the product that you are looking for.

The service at this store has declined greatly.... The click list shopper employees are all but pushing people out of their way while they make their way through the isles... I recommend that no one let the bagger Mark touch their groceries....he bagged my dish soap with my bread and then put a carton of milk on top of the bread.... He placed heavy objects on top of the chips....then seriously got offended when I moved things around.... He over packed some of my bags so that when I got home several broke and I had to chase groceries .....Ive always expected better from Dillions, but lately its like shopping at Walmart

This Dillons is pretty nice. They dont have as much non grocery items as other Dillons, but the food selection is very large.

I bought oranges there and one of them was moldy and squishy.

Staff is always friendly. Talking to my grandkids, offering help, and smiling. Love this Dillons

Using their Clicklist service. After the first three uses there is a 4.95 fee, but I usually save at least this amount by avoiding impulse buys inside the store. In addition, they have Clicklist only digital coupons and you can also use paper coupons when you pick up your order. I regularly purchase produce, dairy, deli, and meat products and have always been very satisfied with the items.

Went there on Saturday and they were stocking shelves at 11:00 am. Usually, to be kind to customers, thats done at 2:00am or some time when the store isnt packed.All the fresh produce had been frozen and thawed at some point. Get home and the cucumbers were mush and opening a head of lettuce reveals ice.One of the help slammed a customers (!?!?) cart into me and, while the customer apologized, the help sneered at me.I realize Dillons as a whole is going the way of Mal-Wart, where customer service is at most an afterthought and at least completely avoided, but this particular store was deplorable.I shall not return and I highly suggest you try another store...or xanax...lots of xanax.

While not known for their door buster deals this grocery has a wide variety sure to be a cooks delight. Their fresh produce stands heads above Walmart and Target. I will also stand by my online shopping experience. They different from other such as Sams Club and Walmart have shoppers who are striving to ensure you receive the best in appearance, best in value as if it were theyre own. The only draw back is unlike their competitors doesnt make this service free. This rolls into one of those get what you pay for situations. Once I order online and selected a pack of a dozen Hawaiian rolls, the shopper noticed a larger quantity was on sale at the same cost and they proactively placed this in my cart. I appreciated that.
