Clean and friendly service as some of their stores arent that way

I injoy buying my groceries at pick up it makes it easier to get shopping done as long as I get what I ordered.

Not the first time I’ve gotten moldy cheese from here 🙄 I guess dates on things don’t matter because it’s far from expiration! Employees check stuff better! Don’t rely on dates.

Used the dillons gas station. I prefer quicktrip but use dillons when I have to. Its just harder to scan all your items through glass, it can be a pain to pay through the slider drawer.

I like Dillons. The workers are so nice and friendly. The store is so nice and clean and well stocked.

I have come here 3 diffrent times just to be able and have starbucks while shopping and every single time its close for usually over an hour. Its ridiculous that it closes and they wouldnt have one person as a backup. Everytime theres people coming up seeing they are closed. Clearly enough people want to buy it to justify having 2 workers. Really disappointing coming here for starbucks just for it to always be closed. Usually at around 5

F the people who work here, my mom went shopping here and she had a screenshot of what she wanted. She showed a worker to find it quicker and they pointed her to the wrong thing. They assured her that it was the right one and gave it to her. So she came home with 4 bags of the wrong thing and she couldn’t even return it because it was a frozen good. She wasted a trip and so did I trying to get a return. The women in front of me was literally returning ice cream yet they took it.

Easy on&off for semi trucks. Clean.

Maybe if you treated your employees better they would not all be quiting on you.

Not to busy when I was there. The place was well kept and tidy. Overall happy with my experience.

Do not order from here, was told 15 min before pick up that the cake i ordered for a childs birthday 24 hours in advance that it wasnt available. Wasnt offered any discount or remedy for their mistakes and was treated extremely poorly

My main complaint in general about all Dillons stores is that the name brand products are often priced higher than WalMarts name brand products but yet they pay their employees less than WalMart employees.

Electric shopping cart Alba electric shopping carts for the handicapped was outside the store and not being charged the two that was in the store was not even plugged in and was mad I had to plug one in myself and wait for a long time for it to charge in the store I needed some assistance and of course nobody can help me I was very disappointed in my experience I got groceries and I couldnt even get an employee to come out with me to bring the electric cart back in another customer looking into the store and I had to load my groceries in my car by myself I think it was very poor customer service oh wow

I really like this Dillons on 31st & Seneca. They have all the extras here with even a coffee shop in the middle. They dont quite have furniture, but they have all the rest. Its always stocked & rarely do I see an empty shelf~ Except for the CHOCOLATE DIPPED CAKE ICE CREAM CONES!! Please get some soon or Ill take a star away! Thank you

Dillons shoppers cards are a joke. If someone knows your phone number, they can steal your points. Mine were being taken by out-of-state nieces, in a state I have never been to. They always have been untrustworthy, so Im not too surprised. The day of justice hasnt arrived, yet. After I learned the card was flawed, got another one, but they linked it to a deceased relative, without my permission. Someone with a different address and phone number. WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. Thinking about dumping them. They said to put a fake number in place of the real one. What if I forget the fake?

Pretty large store, well stocked, great variety of foods, good prices, and clean.

Most of the time the staff are pretty amazing. I enjoy shopping at this store due to the cleanliness, positive attitudes from everyone and usually having what I am needing or looking for.

This Dillons is the best. They keep up on their floors when the weather is bad .they always have a smile and a hello to make you feel welcomed. Their shelves are always stocked and clean and their prices arent half bad. Their Chinese food its always fresh and hot and taste excellent. And its the one Dillons thats easy getting in as it is getting out of the store. This is the best Dillons of all Dillons keep up the good work thank you.

Dillons is advertising a free flu shot on kake. I went to get one and was informed it was $60. They informed me that it is only free if you are insured. This is false advertisement and I wont be back.

I personally do not like this place, I had gotten threatened by a older female, she had said you young fold should be more respectful.

Dillions is always a clean store, big variety. Best produce in town. I can always find someone to help me if I need it.

Compare to Walmart. This place has better deals from what Ive experienced and more diverse in options for food. People are generally better as well. They actually want you to save money, and help you understand the coupons as well. Intelligently run and they have a clear understanding of their community. Easy 5 Stars here.

The store was well stocked. They also have most of the items I eat on a plant based diet such as coconut creamer, almond milk, and a good supply of fresh fruit and vegetables. Plus, the cashier was very friendly and positive. I will definitely try to get in her line again. It really makes a big difference when you encounter someone so genuinely pleasant when shopping!

They have everything I need and it is affordable

The reorganizing of the store to make people spend more money is shameful.

Just always so busy only when people get their food stamps. People are so rude these days.....That me first attitudes got to go.

Great customer service. Produce is always fresh. Ive only had to wait in line more than a couple of minutes once, at Christmas time, so expected to. And the sale items are always available.

To me this is one of the better ones through out Wichita, everything is always organized and easy to find and has a great selection and its right down the street from us so convenience factor a big plus for us. The Meat Deli here is far better and cleaner than 47th & Broadway as well and I should know.

Dillons Super Store offers a great selection of merchandise. Whether your needing produce, milk, eggs, cheese or laundry soap Dillons has a large variety and selection. There is a large Pharmacy that is staffed with knowledgeable friendly associates. When you add bonuses like a full service deli, a self-service buffet, florist, banking, General merchandise, a gas station, plus Starbucks you cant go wrong. I have saved the best for last they have a bakery with delicious fresh baked breads, donuts, cookies and cakes.

Branden (who was stocking in the bird food aisle) went above and beyond for us! He found out when more bird food was coming and made sure to check in the back to see if he could find any extra. So friendly!

Out of all the Dillons around here, even the one on Central and Rock, the staff at this location are very pleasant. I wish they had the selection the bigger Dillons have but other than that, I love shopping here...

Has many technical items not offered at close super markets.

Store well is stocked, and we found what we needed quickly. The florist was going over inventory today too, and he gave us one of his soon to be expired winter floral arrangements. Its gorgeous and the staff is as nice as ever. Its our local and so far our favorite Dillions. :)

I had to ride my bike there. But its not like most bikes in town . I have a motor on it . I cant peddle a bike so thats what I did. Thieves like to steal them. Any way they let me bring it into the main entrance of the store. I felt more comfortable as I went 8n and did what I was there for. Thank YouDillions

Was pleasantly surprised by the staff as this was my first time shopping at the location. Was directed to a open register and didnt have to wait. Excellent customer service!

Great selection and very clean

Would of been better if the teller would have told me that there was an almost 3 in hole in the packing on the chub of meat I got when I noticed there was drops of something on his scanner and asked him what it was he just said oh it just came from the meat when he new but didnt say anything about the big hole and the black with the big frizzy hair do just packaged it up to without say any thing rather when he had to of seen it

Seneca and 31st St. ; Great place to shop, staff is friendly and they dont seem to mind helping you find items. Im on a budget so I always look for a great deal. Dillons always has a bargain; Kroger items taste ok but not all are tasty to my grandchildrenMyself and family over all would state ; Shop Dillons first then compare prices to other stores.

It was very pleasant. Very helpful. One of the guys in the meat department was practically pushing me out of his way by getting real close to where I had to move. Theres also a very not nice blond lady that is not very nice pretty cranky she is. The rest are very nice.

Gave this location multiple chances.. tired of the expired meat, molded fruits, stale chips.

Dillons is as always clean, well stocked and organized, with good prices. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Dillons is a very good store in which to shop.

If you shop the sales its a reasonable place to shop.

Fresh fruit & vegetables. I found everything I need. Some times I dont want or dont have time to cook, no problem, Dillons has everything for dinner, good food !!

This Dillions is my favorite. It has a Starbucks and gas station attached. It makes a long list of stops way shorter. They always have what I need. The meat and produce is always fresh and stocked well.

Always friendly service, store is clean and lots of choices...finding that there are fewer items available in some areas since they reorganized the store. Really dislike the inter shelving of specialty health and foods items, especially the gluten free products..right beside gluten products, not good. Would really rather have a specialty area than that Starbucks that is in the space now.

Smaller location with less home good options, but still a great place to shop. Employees are awesome and friendly! Make you feel Ike you see them every day!

I shop here every week. They always have sales and using their free shoppers card in an saving money. On Fridays those in their shopping club gets a free item. They always have what I need. They are polite and helpful.

Sorry, but I want impressed! With how someone I know would brag about it. It will take a lot more for me to want to go back.

Very fresh produce. Clean store. Store Brands priced competitively, and Dillons has great deals between sale items, digital coupons, and free Friday items.

The remodel of the store looks great! The service was spot on as it has been before. The clerk saw that we were waiting for one of the self serve spots to open. So he waved to us to come up to him. And he assisted us to make our time shorter. A+ wish I would have gotten his name. Good job!

Itd my regular Dillons, and for the most part they are friendly. For being a bigger store, they do pretty well. Some of them need to learn better customer service and that they are there for the customer, but many of them do exponentially well with putting the customer first and it shows. Thats why I love this location!!!

Work that Dillons loyalty card for all its worth get up to a dollar off gas. Great deals on great products. Shop yourself or let your fingers do that walking...usr the Clicklist and just go pick it up.

It was very busy but I still got in and out quickly. The parking lot was full and people were trying to get the closest to the store. I didnt see anyone getting crazy.

Great, needed customer service, & I didnt have to stand in line forever. They had a 2nd cashier there as soon as there were 3 people in line. Thats good customer service 😊. Im new to that specific store, so locating things are a bit tough right now.

It was very busy but when a customer comes to your register stop your stocking welcome them and make them feel like more than a number in line and dont wait til their cart is empty to start the check out process to make their trip even longer

My favorite grocery store of all. I have shopped here my whole life. Even when it was out of my way to go there. I love the staff and the store is always clean. The bathrooms could use some attention though.

Its a grocery store. Prices arent too bad, but weve been doing a chunk of shopping at ALDI as well because its cheaper. Good place for meats and deli stuff though.

Had to sack my own groceries while the cashier watched. Had to go track down a handicap cart from the parking lot. Not a good experience.

I have been going to have oil changes and upkeep on my car for quite a while and I am always satisfied with their service. I trust them to be honest about repairs and not take advantage me.

The pharmacy employees need to learn a thing or 2 about customer service! The attitudes on the phone and the drive thru are horrible! They act as if Im bothering them or they hate their job

Went there at 745 am today and not one register open. I asked and was told I would have to use self check. I had a cart full and told guy No! I don’t work here. He reluctantly scAnned my groceries but did not put them back in to my cart, walked off from me. Others were upset too but employees were just standing around and wouldn’t open a lane. If dillons or any other store expect us to sack and scan our own merchandise, then there should be a discount for doing so.

Even though i love Dillions to shop at and 31st and seneca is the closest grocery store, I often dont go there because the employees are always smoking in front of the store. I have talked to management repeatedly but it never seems to get resolved. It especially bothers me when they are wearing their deli/bakery / meat department aprons which should be keeping the food Im buying from contamination . Once and employee was smoking while grilling ribs outside and another time one was gaping inside the store.

Good place to mail letters and not have to go to the post office

This is my favorite DILLONS until I got carded for the beer I was buying! This cashier Ive seen her plenty of times but for her to act like she did was uncalled for.Her name was Christine and I didnt have my iD on me but guess what? Im 65 years old! I told her to call the Manager which she did and I got my beer.Love my DILLONS but can do without Christine !! You didnt lose me as a customer but I will avoid CHRISTNE.

Horrible customer service, they would rather tell you they dont have an item rather then go check a price for you. I know they have this item as I was just in a couple hours before hand and saw multiple but I couldnt remember the price.

Good grocery store, slightly less selection then it used to have though.

The employees all know me and are the most friendly people ever! The store always smells fabulous looks beautiful and inviting and they stock the store so well I never not find what I am looking for!

The food is top quality. Im usually there for the salad bar and other veges. And the sushi.

Every time Ive come here the check out is quick, the staff is friendly, and the items are fresh. Whoever is running this store is doing an amazing job.

Friendly workers and this location always seem to keep the shelves fully stocked and they have so much more to pick from unlike some of the other Dillons locations.

I placed an online order for $147 in groceries that I was charged for but didnt recieve . I called customer support and was told there was a system error and they offered to resubmit my order and deliver my groceries within 2 hours. 3 hours later I still had no groceries. I called customer service again and was told due to a system error they actually werent able to resubmit my order. They did offer me a refund. Although I was refunded for the groceries I never received, in the end I spent an hour shopping online and over 2 hours being transferred around customer service. I was offered nothing for the 3 hours of my time which were wasted as a result of their technical difficulties. It was a truly unfortunate and poor experience. I hope they make improvements to their online ordering system and customer service practices.

Why would anyone shop at Walmart. This place is clean & better quality of produce ect.

Krogers doesnt seem too serious about competing with Walmart. Some of my favorite items are no longer stocked at Dillons. I can go right across the street and not only do they have the items they are fully stocked. Some items as much as a dollar cheaper. I consider Walmart a communist sympathizing organization. Dillons leaves me no choice but to go to the Communist sympathizers

They cover most needs,also they are friendly, helpful. Overall just a nice place to shop.

Friendly staff shelves normally well stocked. However they have very bad riding carts and apparently are in no hurry to fix them as they have been bad for quite a while.

Dillards has everything I need and the people over here are helpful when you need them.

The staff are great and they foo have good deals on their products.
