Friendly staff and good quality products that are easy to find and often well stocked. I like this particular location since it’s a Marketplace, meaning there are good quality clothes, shoes, and even home goods and decor. I highly recommend checking it out!

It’s a huge and beautiful store. They stock just about everything including furniture and clothing. Everything is high-quality. The produce and bakery section is second to none! The bistro is incredible! Food better than most restaurants in at a reasonable price. I love this store.

Interesting place at night time. The crowd was very questionable, thus probably the reason cops were in the lot patrolling and the security guard at the front door. Literally, just ran in and out. Did not feel safe here to shop. At least at night.

I like to stop at this Dillons on the way home from work. Its much larger, and more well stocked, than my Dillons by my house. The deli offers a lot more variety. The produce here is amazing. There are a lot more kitchen items and housewares available as well. Its one of the best Dillons in town.🙂

Its 7pm on a Sunday, why are the self checkouts backed up by 10 people and you only have register 12 open for people with larger baskets? Might as well go to Walmart and check myself out using bigger machines and scan and go technology.

Normally love this store. Yesterday though came in for a quick and easy meal since I have tons of kids and had my wisdom teeth removed. Ig the kitchen closed earlier then the hours posted. Oh well Wichita Subs & More it was for the win!

Well I’m speaking for the aircraft workers that works first shift. Now that Covid has calmed down and the mask requirements have lessened, would be nice if you guys could start opening up earlier than 7am.

I would highly recommend not shopping here. Something must be wrong with the store because they force you to put on a blue surgical mask before youre allowed to shop here. Scary! I will never be back

After traveling several leagues to reach this destination my companions and I were absolutely disturbed and disgusted by the establishment. When entering the parking area we were confronted by a dingy, sweaty, revolting, rubbish loving homeless man, who questioned us of our financial stability asking for extra currency that we might bestow upon him. Furthermore, when entering the facility we found many children out of their cages and running amuck, truly ravenous. Henceforth, me and my associates left the premises quite disturbed and utterly confused of the mental stability of the organization in charge of this supplier. We will not be returning, because one may even find the transportation and/or consumption of illegal drugs or other various addictive substances.- A concerned lad of the North

This store is by far one of the best Dillons Ive shopped at here in Wichita Kansas you can find everything from clothing to name brand dishware. If I may add the staff is friendly and professional the store is clean and organized I go to any other dillions they just dont have nothing or the shelves are just bare but at this particular store is always fully stocked and I could always find what I need

I purchased a few toothpaste because they were on sale and a few weeks later my gums were very sensitive, I went to this location to exchange the toothpaste because it was on my way to do my errands. The toothpaste was expired. The cashier Shandra (African American,older) and her manager Craig (Caucasian, short, bawl head) told me that they could exchange the ones I purchased at their location? I went to the store down the street and no problem, they exchanged the toothpaste. Shandra and Craig take a deep breath and stop the power trips that’s probably as far as your power goes and hope you get some happiness from somewhere else and not from making things difficult for customers. Sad people. Since when you have to exchange a product at a specific location if they are the same store?

This is a ClickList review at the Dillons Marketplace. A new service being rolled out by the Kroger Co., ClickList allows consumers to purchase all their groceries online then pick up at the marketplace. You simply pull into one of the dedicated parking spots, call ClickList from your car and an employee will bring your order out and load it into your car. Tipping is not allowed. It really is a great service that is free for the first couple of visits. Check it out. Unfortunately, my wife will now be sending me to the store every time. I cant use the excuse of not knowing where everything is located.Also, the give a cool swag bag to first time customers!

It has everything from clothes to the bistro,sushi,my favorite thing to get there now is back by the seafood section they have these skillet meals that take minutes to prepare.the Shrimp scampi its by far the best

This is my go-to store for everything, but tonight their customer service went above and beyond. I LOST MY PHONE! After loading groceries into the car I realized I didn’t have it, and (thought) I had left it in the cart at the front. I ran back up there, but the phone was gone. Jake, a manager I believe, who was by the door went into action! He alerted customer service and checked the entire cart area. A family in the store allowed me to use two of their cell phones, one to try and call my phone, and another to call my bank and suspend my debit card (which was inside my phone case 😳) Another employee working the self check out used her own iPhone and let me log into my iCloud to locate the phone, which showed it still at the store. She turned on the alert to it would make a loud noise, and Jake began the walk the entire store!! I decided to go back outside and see if I heard it in a cart or anywhere, and luckily it was in an odd spot in the parking lot. I had dropped it!!!Not only do I love this Dillons for always having fresh items, great prices, and friendly service, I now love them for just CARING. My lack of focus and being in a hurry almost caused me so many problems. But employees and fellow shoppers helped save the day!

Edit: theyve flat out refused to enforce the mask mandate and are now stealing your change and forcing you to take store credit instead of legal tender. What a short lived honeymoon this was. All my homies hate KrogerNo complaints here. This is one of the best equipped Dillons in the city and its generally a treat to shop here. I do wish Kroger or this store would mandate customer masks to protect everyone better though. Hopefully that happens soon.

Ive shopped here for many years. Fresh produce and meats, nice deli and bakery, polite and helpful employees, pet supplies has good variety, holiday section is well stocked, and the pharmacy has a hard working helpful staff. Clothing is a bit overpriced but with my dillons card I get a good savings on gasoline at the pump.

Not my favorite to go to. I really like my smaller Dillons. This one normally packed full. No issues with staff or the store. Its our late night go to. Especially shopping for others.

What an incredible waste of time. Simple things made into a real pain. I had never encountered more very rude and just ridiculous people; corporate employees don’t care or are nonexistant.

Been to Dillons store before. Some of the rudest cashiers youll ever meet in your life. Long wait and long check-out lines. Cashier asked for receipt as if he thought I was “stealing” items - which I was not... at all. There are so many inept people working in the store, it’s hard to believe. Avoid this store in every way and go to WalMart if you can handle it, or Dillons on 2244 N Rock Rd Ct for a better experience.

The service at this Dillons store has really gone down. I was at this on Wednesday, February 19th @ 5:30pm. There was only one open register with a cashier. I saw a minimum of 6 employees standing around laughing and talking along the front aisles. I don’t know why two of them had note pads because it was obvious they were not paying attention to the long line nor did they care. When I finally arrived at the check out counter, the cashier cashier was not friendly at all. She did not speak or acknowledge me. Midway another cashier finally showed up. The cashier that was checking me out yelled over to the other cashier to ask her why her light was off. The cashier yelled back saying that she had to go to the bathroom. You guys don’t have a backup cashiers????? Why are there always empty registers, but plenty of employees walking around talking to other employees? It’s obvious that this store needs better managers.

Conveniently open 24/7. Spectacular produce section. Will not even look at Wal-Mart for produce. Only buy Dillons. Always fresh and neatly stacked and presentable. But also enjoy picking from the 99 cent clearance shelves in the produce section as well. Theres some really great finds there sometimes.

Extremely rude cashiers. Bought loads of items with my friend, from this store. Both of us paid with our money. Some cashier really asked for my receipt, though didn’t do that with my friend; he checked the receipt, and gave it back to me. I believe he must’ve thought I was stealing or one of the disabled people who also seem to shop at this store. Inept and amateur cashier.I don’t recommend visiting this grocery store unless you want to be berated and critisized by fake cashiers who are too incompetent and too inept to understand and know what they are doing. They deserve the virus that the USA is going through. Every single one of them. How does Wichita allow grocery stores like this to continue to really operate in their city?Seriously. What unprofessional people and they are idiots… Will report to ths BBB as well. #Justice

Worst place in the world.

The store was nice, clean and organized. The staff were willing to be helpful.I was unable to locate special food items, since those foods are now included with regular items that are the same kind. For example one of the items I was looking for was Daiya brand vegan cheese product. I was directed to all the cheese locations to no avail. I spent a lot of time trying to find just one item.I have allergies and food preferences that necessitate use of specific items that work well for me. This one of many items on my list I was unable to find or be directed to.I have had the same experience at all locations. Dillons has met most of my needs in the past, however I may need to go to a natural food chain to get my needs met for the foods I am used to in a timely fashion.I realize I may pay more and not have sales however I can get what I need in a timely fashion.I have returned to the above store and other locations since the last reviews and am happy to find most of the products I mentioned. I know it is a work in progress, but I just wanted to say thank you for reading my post, and attempting to make the changes. I wanted to make positive comments when they are warranted and do follow-up to the original review. Thanks.

Here from Jacksonville and found this location to be the nicest and cleanest store in Wichita in the chain. The deli food was great - ordered the 8 person fried chicken with mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and rolls. Everything was great but would suggest in picking up some Hawaiian rolls instead or another kind of bread - great price and portions were perfect.

I have become a Pick up fan. Cat does a fantastic job and friendly. Thank you for adding this service. I walk with a cane and was getting extremely difficult to shop. With pick up it has continued my being a fan of Dillons.

Love Dillons. We are in the middle of an emergency move and Dillons has 2 people, Falan and Madison, that donated empty banana boxes to help us get our sites and niece out of a dangerous environment. We have shooed there when we come to Wichita and like the selection and price. The deli-take out area is a fun and tasty place to eat as well. But believe me, it is the people that makes Dillons the place we can not do without. Wichita is truly blessed to have Dillons.

Great selection of products and the produce section was well stocked. The deli employees were upbeat and helpful. The desserts in the bakery looked amazing! One of their employees opened an extra line after noticing the check out lines were starting to back up. Great customer service!!!

Craig was so helpful in finding us some hot hands! He searched the whole store with us then finally went and searched the back. He went above and beyond and deserves recognition!!!

No one offers to help take out your groceries-plus they pay someone to stand around waiting to rescue the folks at the self checkout line. .a person who could be actually helping customers by providing that old fashioned task...ringing up the groceries

One of the nice of shopping experiences you can have in Wichita. The store is always clean and people are exceedingly helpful. Ive never had a bad experience in the store. I highly recommend this place.

My least favorite of all grocery stores. The selection is lacking depth it used to have, long lines, customer base is not kind. Had to go for my parents and their prescriptions.

Chef Kenny at the Deli/Food Court is wonderful. He remembers me and says hi anytime hes on duty. Portion sizes are large and food is good.

Everything about Kroger is draconian and anti customer. This store is a last resort for me. They clean the store with extremely loud machines at all hours of the night. The staff are usually unhelpful. The plus card is an infuriating way to get the regular price for an item and getting the coupons loaded on their app is difficult and infuriating. Pathetic. I hope Kroger goes bankrupt.

Its one of that market places so they gave a better selection. Although the one on the other side of town at 21st & maize has a better layout and more vegetarian stuff. Or maybe Im used to it. This one is across the street from Sprouts so you can hit a couple grocery stores quickly.

They are NOT stopping people at the door who are not wearing masks, all while we have become a RED state & our county is having our highest Covid spread right now. They have a sign by both doors that says you must wear a mask but that is not true. Competitors (WM) has a guard by the entrance AND a person inside by the carts to turn non masked people right back out the doors. Guess I know who cares more for our community & neighbors.

Very poor check out tonight at 5:30. Only 3 cashiers. The East self checkout was closed and only the West side was open. 6-10 customers in each lane standing still and they said they didnt have anyone else to call up to help. I left and went to Sprouts and got everything I needed at a cheaper price.

They are not enforcing the mask law in Wichita. Thee employee told me to back off when I asked the person with her mask in her purse and not on her face to back off. She buys a bottle of water and I spend approx $220 aq week there. Dillons, which customer do you want to keep?

Store is clean, staff is helpful & friendly and they have a wonderful produce section. Their bakery, deli and butcher shop are great. I love the fuel points, that helps me stretch my money.

I love this Dillion’s. It is so clean, well manners, and kept clean. The best of all it is organized wonderfully not partially, but fully. Thank you for the magnificent atmosphere. To all employers and employees thank you so much for the terrific work you all do.

I do enjoy going to Dillons to buy groceries as all the employees are cheerful and you can tell they do leave their personal problems out the door when working. When needing help finding an item you do not have to walk all over the store trying to find assistance! At Dillons I havent ever had to stand in line more then 12 minutes. (This is counting holiday season also).

Great samples! Well stocked with lots of variety. Neat sitting area out front. Good sale prices, but regular prices are only okay.

The selection and freshness of produce and bakery items here is excellent, and they have large sections of gluten-free and organic foods. Its such a large store that its hard to get in and out of quickly because even if you need just a few things, theyre very spread out. The self-service checkout lines are a real convenience.

Great store. This one also has clothes and shoes and lots of house/kitchenware also. it has an olive bar, salad bar and a cheese bar. It also has a pretty good Deli in Chinese Kitchen. There is a area you can sit and eat also that is pretty good sized.

Update 3/4/20. Once again, the incompetent pharmacist fails to maintain stock. Inexcusable.Pharmacy is a joke. Corporate leadership clearly non-existent.

We got a live lobster and the employee was very knowledgeable! He got us on our way quickly and with good live lobster transport information! Awesome experience!

Just ordered last minute flowers from Abby in the floral department. She was able to create a custom arrangement, and schedule a delivery with the driver before 2pm. ( 2pm when the flowers had to be there, order was made at 11:30am). Thanks Abby, youre awesome!!!

Good & quality network of market spread all over Wichita, Kansas. You can find wind range of products with middle range prices. Have good range of breads, cakes, biscuits, spices, chocolates, etc. Surely, we can have good find of our choice at the store if not available elsewhere.

This is my favorite Dillons. When I lived on the West side for a few years, I missed going to this Dillons. The staff is always friendly and its always clean and organized. The staff works hard to keep it that way and it is appreciated.

I would give them 5 stars, but this Dillons is so big I sometimes feel lost. A person can buy just about anything here from furniture to footwear. Its convenient, but I still like my neighborhood Dillons.

This is an excellent grocery store. Customer service is excellent, plenty of good parking. They also have a very good selection of services and a big in store restaurant. Recommend the Chinese food - you get a lot of food and a drink for about $7

This is one of the large markets. Needed a screwdriver. Didnt find it, so I bought a home tool set instead. My ear was plugged so I bought Debrox earwax removal kit with rubber bulb ear string. Both were on the opposite side of the groceries.

This store had great prices and selection. Being from Washington State this store was similar to Fred Meyer the employees stocking shelves were very helpful making sure we could find everything on our list!

As always I was greeted by several Dillons member always smiling and courteous. Found specials on the majority of items on my list. It was 9 on scale 1-10 with 10 being best.

Always clean and never out of stock. Organic section is bigger than other stores. Love the fancy cheeses spot too!

During the day excellent place to shop. Skip shopping at 10pm or after. Employees and groceries all over the place and not friendly. I realize last minute shopping on Thanksgiving eve is pushing it, 2 cashiers? Really. People work 2nd shift. We normally dont shop this late, family in hospital rearranged our schedule but, I certainly do not recommend this store at night. I am sure the stockers are the same, holiday or not. This place needs extra security at night. Bizarre atmosphere. Drive on to another location.

I love to go shopping at Dillons market because I can find all the things that I want and the people who work there are nice,it is clean and organized, and also it is close to my house. Had a good time doing my shopping just now till I got to the cashier to sack my own groceries! While a couple employees just walk and stand around. Never in my life have I had to bag my groceries at any Dillion’s.

So, as far as grocery shopping goes, the Marketplace is an experience. With products ranging from small appliances, fresh made bread, toys, clothes, produce, groceries and meat. This is a one stop shopping experiance! Always seem to find more than I was looking for!

The employees are superb, especially the friendly cashier that helped my mother and me. Despite being there during one of the busiest times of day we were taken caew of promptly. Thank you Dillons team!

Founded by a family from Hutchinson, Dillons is now part of the Kroger chain. This location is one of their best stores. Its in a high-end neighborhood and has a large cheese shop, organic section, an olive bar and salad bar. It also contains a Starbucks, a Chinese Kitchen and a dining area with medium Speed Wi-Fi and a fireplace.

Was great until they started cutting down on cashiers and pushing self-checkout.

Dillons is a great place to get the household items that you need with great guest services to all people. I would recommend Dillons to all!!!😀😀☺️☺️

Dillons has a huge selection of international foods and also all of the regular goodness that you want in a grocery store! Their deli is really great to get food from for lunch or dinner, always lots of hot and cold food choices!

I have been extremely disappointed with Dillons lately. I can find many items priced less expensively at Walgreens. Dillons have started putting items spread out over different aisles. You have to check multiple aisles to find what you want. I realize they are trying to keep people in the store longer...however it has frustrated me to the point that the hated Walmart is a much shopper friendly store.
