So impressed! I used the curbside service and had no wait at all. My order was ready the same day and I was in the parking spot less than 1 minute before a target employee arrived with my stuff. This is in vast contrast to my Walmart experiences where I wait in the parking lot anywhere from 5-15 minutes. Prices were good and Target also had various gifts for ordering - I now have $15 in gift certificates and a free brow pen! Nice job Target!

Alway love target, clean, orderly store. They had the ink I needed for my printer. Many check out lanes were open for a pretty quick checkout.

Very clean store and organized. The employees are very helpful, if you need anything they know where it is. Employees will ask you if you need help finding anything. That was a good thing being that I live in California and not used to this kind of service. The self check out line runs smoothly and the regular check out lines are fast and very nicely bagged groceries

I always enjoy shopping at Target such a wide selection of items clean with well stocked shelves, Roomy Isles that are kept clean, with grate helpful staff. The parking stalls are spacious clean with cameras. Shopping carts are nice and big well kept always available at the door.

Target Drive Up is so amazing at this store. They’re typically really fast but tonight I pulled up and the employee was literally waiting for me in the Drive Up section. Great customer service! My only complaint is that I usually have a hard time finding kids clothes in stock in the right sizes. I usually end up having to order online. But still love this store!

Target is an outstanding example of great customer service. Its their policies that make the company so wonderful. Theyre simply the best! Target employees are always so helpful, courteous, and efficient. The fact that theyll wait in line for customers makes them a standout service provider.

We love Target! My only criticism is that their prices in store are sometimes 30-40% higher than online. They do price match, but unless you know that you’ll be over paying. Make sure you download the app on your phone and compare prices to save money!

I had the pleasure of getting Randy as my cashier and he had myself and the two other people in line cracking up at his one liners and “helpful suggestions”. If you see him, he will make your shopping experience hilarious! I hope he sees this because his dad jokes are incredible!

Selection of items store was neat and clean

All stores should take notes from Target! Best customer service, hands down! Most the time I do pick up, they’re waiting in the parking lot for me. I wish I could tip the associates that bring out pick up orders!

Dont get me wrong because I love Target but you need to train your register people to know the current deals out there. I bought my $25 in Good and Gather merchandise to receive my $5 gift card and the gentleman that checked me out thought that meant I would receive my 5% off if I bought those things and would not give me the $5 gift card. I did not want to hold up the line so I went to CS to get my card. No big deal just need to educate them so they know what the items are on the CIRCLE app to help serve the customer.

I like the atmosphere at target. Very spacious, organized a d easy to find quality products for reasonable prices. We recently bought a bedding sheets from here and are very satisfied with the quality of them. They also have a good collection of kids clothing.

This is my favorite Target, especially when the shelves are stocked with Vegan items I have come in the store to purchase. They had no Vegan mayo today, but they had everything else. This store is one of the cleanest and friendly stores in the area they get an A+ in my book.The carts are wiped down regularly and consistently. Mask announcements are prominent in the store and hand sanitizer and masks are also provided in case you have forgotten yours. Shopping here is a good experience. I recommend this location highly and will always return even though there is another Target closer to where I live.

Appalled at the lack of training of their registry center and checkout cashiers. DONT get your baby registry here for the sake of your own peace of mind. Nobody knew how to work their own target registry app. They just kept telling us to download it despite us ALREADY being on the app and asking them where the barcode for our registry was. Nobody knew, we had to wait in 4 different lines before somebody figured it out. They were clearly uneducated on the topic as everyone just kept saying, “I know there’s a barcode on there if you just get the app” even the registry department didn’t know what they were doing. They told us to go to the tablet registry kiosk and print our registry, which wasn’t possible because the tablets just had the same app we were trying to use on our phones. Finally after waiting in 4 different lines with my pregnant wife we got an older gentleman who knew what to do. By the time we left my poor wife was basically in tears.DONT get your baby registry done at this Target, go to one of the other ones for your own peace of mind. I know I wish we had.

Expanded Grocery department that beats almost any other local store. Large Produce department with Organic fruits and vegetables. Healthy food choices, such as Organic, Vegetarian, & Vegan.

I was just there and one of the Target workers started a great conversation with me. Even though it was short, it made my day. Great customer service.

It’s an absolute disgrace that you put limits on sports cards but not Pokémon cards. Seriously I would really like an explanation on how that makes even the slightest amount of sense??? Can anyone tell me??? There are literally lines of scalpers waiting for Pokémon to get stocked and buy out everything as soon as it touches the shelfs leaving none for anyone else. Are you guys unaware of the problem? Or are you aware and just don’t care???

We purchased a Consumer Cellular phone yesterday. Clerk failed to give receipt, entered wrong sim card, did not work. Spent 1 hr with cust service. They are sending new sim card for extra $10. Bad service

The store is nice looking and products are faced well. It lacks in customer service and the management is for the most part terrible. The one manager i dealt with the most (clayton) was unwilling to be helpful. He was very short and rude with me and acted like there was no way he could have helped me. I hope in the future he isnt that stubborn and rude towards customers. someday he may come across someone who wont be as nice and compliant in return. I know people can become unreasonable when you treat them so coldly and can retailiate harshly. I Hope this makes its way directly to clayton and he adjusts his attitude towards his customer service responsibilities or find someone else who will.

Target has long been one of my main shopping stores. They offer a wide selection of products that we need or want. I appreciate the steps theyre taking to keep their employees and customers safe during these strange times.

Its sad that the store is so beautiful BUT targets customer service is not like it used to be. Even before Covid 19 there was something different. Im not sure if the company strayed away from the Can I help you find something? mantra but its not at all friendly and inviting. It seems the curbside pickup is the main focus and encouraged for some kind of associate interaction.This makes me want to become the store manager so I can transition target back into the older values with instilling excellence of the new services they offer. Some employees have worked there for YEARS and Im not sure if the flame has dimmed or new leadership should come in. Just my thoughts but this location gets 2/5 just for the remodel alone.**Also I believe an undercover Loss Prevention guy was following this non threatening woman around. I literally watched the guy peek in and out of shelves, walk by with merchandise in his hands then magically appeared with a basket full of merchandise out of nowhere.** That was also ridiculous. I almost called the store to make a complaint but opted here. I truly hope major changes are made and SOON. Beautiful store - ugly service and ethics.

I love shopping at Target, the shopping carts at this Target are so awesome! I LOVE them! I like using the Cartwheel app and RED card to save money on my groceries. The employees are always so nice and helpful, and I just really feel like they appreciate my business. I only wish the produce prices were a little better, but I still LOVE Target!

Convenience and its a super target.

I have shopped at Target for years. One of the main reasons is the grocery department is in many ways much less than my neighborhood supermarket. They also carry some items that I cannot find anywhere else. However, since our Target is currently undergoing some remodeling and the entire store is in disarray, I would recommend that the employees are given daily updates as to where items are located so they can better assist the consumer. When I asked, no one knew where anything was so it made my visit longer than usual.

Pretty standard Target experience for our area here. Thankfully the place is generally clean, orderly and well stocked. The bathrooms have never been in poor condition or unstocked when Ive had the occasion of visiting them. There are some store branded items sold here that we actually prefer over brand name items which always keeps us coming back.

I love shopping here. However, if you are going to shut off an entrance, I really think that there should be some more signage, maybe a large banner above the closed doors, so that people who are handicapped or have a hard time getting out of the car and up to the door, don’t spend 10 minutes getting out of the car, in the closest possible spot to the door only to get up there and find a few small signs, not at all visible from any parking space, stating that the entrance is closed. I watched three different groups, much older couples, finally get up to the entrance as I was walking in, only to have to go back to their cars, get back in which took them all over 3 or 4 minutes, and drive to the other end of the parking lot, and do the same process all over again. Again, love shopping here but I feel this is such an easy fix. And the ten people I encountered attempting to walk in the wrong door were all clearly, visibly upset. Anyways. Just thought I’d drop this suggestion in here.

The associates were very friendly and helped me not only find things, but helped me with the many questions I had at the self checkout.Its not like Ive never been to a target or ever felt that target doesnt do a good job. Its hard to put my finger on exactly why this trip felt extraordinary, but it was a good experience especially since moving has been so stressful. It was a great feeling to leave with exactly what I was looking for.

This location is my favorite place to grocery shop and get whatever I may need. Employees are very nice and helpful. I interacted with an employee named Travis, tall, skinny guy with short hair who helped me out with finding the product I needed. This man deserves a raise.

Ordered a drive up order, went to pick it up and did the whole I have arrived prompts etc. No on came out. Waited and waited. Still nothing. Called into the store and was told my wife had done an in-store pickup. Waited even longer because they couldnt find our order. Missed the first hour of my daughters party honoring her as a senior. We rented an venue for and had to move things around to accommodate me not being back yet with the last minute supplies plus my daughter and the team coach who was with me for what should have been a 30 minute errand run including the commute both ways. Turned into over an hour.

Cashier was very rude and not willing to honor a sell price that was on the Shark vac mop and was just really rude overall.

I shop at Target once a week or so and understand the limitations of a jack-of-all-trades store. They have it all so selection can be limited. My one complaint is selling something but not the consumable parts. I bought a coffee maker which has a water filter that is replaced monthly -- which they dont sell. This is common theme at Target so buyer beware.

I find the employees are not very friendly or helpful. Most dont know or understand the store PM or coupon policy. I also have a hard time with finding products out of stock.

They filled the order quickly. Notifications were clear and timely. Guest Services Associate was kind, courteous. Brought the product to me and offered to help me out to the car with it.

I ordered a pair of shoes on line. The store had them ready with in a few hours. Check out was fast and easy and the clerk was super friendly.The email regarding my order gave me everything I would need should I have to return the shoes.I love Target!!!

Its close to my full time job and its conveniently by the highway. I work off 35th & webb. The associates were very nice and always asked if I needed help. I also liked the pizza hut. They always have food to go if needed which I appreciate.

I had some trouble on Black Friday with Targets mobile phone system locking me out of my account. I spent several hours waiting in a virtual line to get a new phone, only to be locked out and sent home without the phone at midnight. I made a ton of calls to different people and companies trying to clear up the situation, but after 2 hours, was still without a solution. The next day I spent a couple more hours on the phone clearing things up. Finally, Brandon, a sales associate (or more likely manager) in the mobile phone department told me the issue resolved itself 30 minutes after the lockout, so I could have got the phone the night before if someone else had had a clue what was going on. When I finally got the phone the sales associate was slow and seemed confused as to how to sell and activate my phone. He gave me very little information and I still wonder if he upgraded my plan correctly, I suppose Ill find out on my next bill. Overall, the experience was a nightmare, but I ended up getting the phone plus a $250 gift card (the Black Friday special). Target also had an awesome deal on some Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Movie combo packs for as low as $6! The store as a whole is clean and tidy with plenty of choices in apparel, toys, home goods, and groceries. They are a little more expensive that some other large chain stores in town, but a good store all in all. I just wish I had better things to say about my Black Friday experience, but thats probably how every Black Friday shopper feels at every store. Its chaos, but at Target it was, more or less, well organized chaos.

I had incredible service here today. I needed to use a riding scooter in the store due to some back problems Ive been dealing with and the staff was so helpful getting me one that would work properly. They also followed me out to my car after I was done shopping, unloaded my groceries into my car and took the scooter back inside for me. Above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion. Great work!

Easy access from 21st street and Greenwich. Much less crowded than any Wal-Mart which always make for a more enjoyable shopping experience. Great staff that is always helpful.

Target is wonderful all by itself, but this location is great. Friendly staff and they are very accommodating. We got something someone ordered online as a gift and we didnt have a receipt. Just so happens the barcode is scratched out with sharpie. The staff took the time to look up the item and gave us a gift card with the balance. Wonderful experience.

I went looking for zipcicles (ice pop sleeves) and you didnt have any. So I ended up getting a pot pie from Marie Calendars however, the store is always so neatly organized and appealing.

Grocery shopping is a breeze here when I need the basics. Theres not a lot of variety or many specialty grocery items so I shop for bakery items, organic food, etc., elsewhere. The pharmacy inside this Target is now a CVS, and since the switch, it takes longer to have prescriptions filled. Also, you must pick up prescriptions on the day they are refilled or you will run out of your prescription too early. Thats a real pain. Target pharmacy used to give customers a couple days of flexibility on picking up prescriptions, and they should go back to that policy. Targets clothing and household items are nicer than you find at other big box stores, and their prices help me save money. Targets Cartwheel app is great for extra savings, and you can often stock up on nonperishable items and get $5 gift cards for doing that. The pharmacy changes are the stores only serious downside, in my opinion.

Lots to choose from and has great clearance everywhere! Targets always great tho right?:-) This one has lots if registers and they will actually open them when it gets busy so waiting time is not as long as most stores like this ;-)

The girl at the self checkout was very kind and hard working since it was busy when I was ready to leave. The selection of items for natural hair is subpar at best. There are always things missing from the shelf. As a consumer of color and seeing that white people shop the same section even though its clearly separated from the other hair products means the shelves should be stocked and there should be more product options. I know you have them... Ive been to other targets that have a better variety of products in other cities. Dont exclude us just because we live outside of the more populated areas. Please and thanks.

I had some one steal my wallet and buy $1900 worth of stuff at your store. I have been on the phone for an hour this morning trying to get someone at the east store to pick up so we can maybe trace the transaction. Is anyone working at this location? or do you have a suggestion of a number that works? I have tried every department - no one answers.

We were driving through the city late and needed a place to stay with our RV. Parked along side the wall in between Hobby Lobby and Target and left early. There was one other RV and we didn’t have any issues

Don’t understand the hype. It’s always busy. The floors need swept and mopped throughout the day and are not. They have cute clothes but otherwise, I’m unsure why it’s so popular. And always busy.
