I had a review that I have decided to revise. I brought my note 5 here to be fix which its was because the tech Gabriel is very good and good with customers and the price is somewhat competitive. But the costumer service I received from the 2 woman running the store was the worst costumer service Ive experienced in years. I was very happy with how my phone came back to me. But the headache of dealing with those 2 I would have paid the 25$ difference and went somewhere else. Calling to find out if my phone is done being accused of yelling then hung up on blew my mind. And I would have went elsewhere but the back was damaged and I was invested after that.
A family business that was very upfront about their pricing. Honest and diligent staff.
They have repair my phone and they always do a good job, they have new and used phones best prices in Wichita!
Its a good service for my phone.
Store said open but there was no one there. Left an phone number to call but voice mail was not setup and no one answered the phone.
Payed for a sim unlock and its been a month and still cant use my phone plus there customer service gets four thumbs down
