This is the best BOOST mobile store out of all of them. Great customer service from a guy named CHRIS.He was so smart and so good so thank you. Boost mobile for life. I was starting to get worried about boost mobile in store location. But they address opening up a new great big store on 31st street and Seneca. Going too be awesome.

E Murdock store was very helpful. The employee name is josh amazing at customer service. Help us every bit. West and maple store over charged me and told me a totally different price. Never going to that store again.

The employees are quite helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable.

Good service friendly staff.

Apparently they lock the doors and turn off the lights in the middle of the day to take a break.

Seems like theres always a hastle. Boost Mobile phone service is awesome, but the Wichita franchises seem to be mismanaged.

Initial customer service representative that sold me the phones lied about the ability to add lines to the phone. I was also sold a phone with a completely incorrect serial number on the receipt and upon notifying the manager that I was recording the phone call with her she hung up on me claiming that it was illegal (it is not). I called back to get the phone number of the parentt company listed on the receipt afer search inquiries online proved futile, she instead gavee me the Boost coorporate phone number. I spent almost an hour on the phone with them and they were unable to find any information about the supposed parent company of this particular retailer or why my phone had a completely different serial number than what was listed on the receipt (Note: The Serial Number listed does not match any identification number listed (IMEI, SN, MEID, etc.) - Will be contacting the BBB and KS AG Office to inquire further. Corporate office stated they would escalate the situation but would not communicate with me the results of the escalation. Shady company to say the least.

Can never answer the phone and they choice when to close it says theu close at 7 but they always close before 7 and they have a bad attitude.Never again

Very nasty rude lady. Why advertise phone deals when they even have them. None of the stores have them.
