They use the cheapest phone screens they can find. Nowhere near oem quality and are super fragile. Pay the extra 25$ and go somewhere else.

Took my iPhone in because the battery was bad, they fixed it within the hour so that was nice. BUT two weeks after leaving, my battery went bad again. I called to see if they would switch the battery but the person who answered said I would need to purchase another. Nice workers but wouldn’t recommend...

They changed the screen on my tablet give me a whole different tablet That wont boot Lupes locks up a few months later and they wont even try to look at it to unlock without charging me another $40 and they give me the used equipment I had brand new equipment they changed it out and it was poor customer service changing out equipment without notifying customers sorry bunch of people

Took my iPhone SE 1st gen in the battery would only stay charged for 3-4 hours before. Best Buy (Apple dealer) wouldn’t replace it because the iOS said it was still good and the said my phone was to old for the iOS. For the same price Mobilcomm replaced it without issues, quickly, and it now it takes 3 days before my phone needs charged.

Usually I repair phones on my own. In this situation I didnt have the time to wait on the parts due to my line of work. Within the first few hours of my screen being repaired it had a small crack near the top right side of the screen. Didnt figure itd be a big deal due to the size of it (maybe 1/16) so I let it go. The next day I wake up, and there are cracks all the way up and down the screen. The rep had to call other people to figure out which screen was the correct one to use on my phone (LG V20) and clearly did a shoddy repair job with a low quality product. 11/10 would not recommend. Youre better off spending half the cost for tools/parts and doing it on your own with a YouTube video as a tutorial. The worst part is they broke my volume buttons and my internal speaker while fixing my screen. Now, not only did I spend $150 on a screen replacement, but Ive also lost business because of extra downtime because Ive had to fix the extra problems that were created. Take your phone to true professionals, or just buy a new one. The headache is not worth it.--Sincerely, someone who has forgot more than these high school kids have ever learned about smart phonesP.S. I tried to give 0 stars, but Im apparently required to give at least 1 to even make this post.

Not training their employees to correctly fix a phone screen, it’s a simple fix! They told me I have a FORTY FIVE DAY WARRANTY. My screen wasn’t properly put in and broke within ONE WEEK of going in to get it fixed. I spent $100 getting my phone repaired here less than a week before I came in to show them the damaged screen that had cracked UNDER THE SCREEN PROTECTOR I PURCHASED FROM THEM, to be told I would have to pay AGAIN to get the screen fixed because they can’t send the screen back to the company under their warranty if it’s damaged. Okay well what if it wasn’t the screen but instead one of your employees?! Kept interrupting me, speaking over me, wouldnt answer my questions that I was asking & tried to say they were “working with me”. The ONLY reason they do well in business is because they’re the ONLY “larger” place in Wichita, KS that fixes devices. But in reality the customer service, training given to their employees, and attitude toward an unsatisfied customer is TRASH.

Mobilecomm is the best. I bought a phone off them and it worked well but there were some defects. I brought it back within the first 3 months and they gave me a brand new phone no problem. Highly recommend these guys.

Although Im happy overall with experience and happy that the store was nice and clean my experience was completely killed because I took my phone in there for a charging issue and without anybody really even looking at it or even trying to fix the problem they told me they couldnt help and I just seen it to buy a new phone from them. Looking back I was really pushed to buy a new phone instead of fixing current when I had which would have been a lot cheaper.
