Sisy was very nice and very helpful, we switched our service and she helped us. She was very knowledgeable about the phones and service plans.

Quick to sell without detail. Seemed more anxious to get you out of the store. Should explain phone plans and have more knowledge about phones available. Also $30 for a phone case thats ridiculous!

Went to metro on Pawnee and Seneca in Wichita ks to receive a free up grade.The employee told me that metro has no phones and refuse to up grade my phone.I went in to pay my bill but walked out.

I was in this store yesterday only for a few minutes but will never go back. The store clerks were very rude and acted like they didnt want to be bothered with me. I have been a metro customer for 4 years and these two women made me mad enough I want to change phone companies!

This review is for the Seneca and Pawnee store. I have paid my bill by card 3 times before at this location and all of a sudden the card is rejected and they argue with me saying they dont take credit cards. I told them its not credit, its debit so they tell me no its not.... I know what I have and I get called a liar basically. Never going to this location again!
