Friendly service and the cleaning of console was very well done. It had an unknown issue that was not able to be replicated so it took longer then I expected to finish. The only minor issue I had is that a lack of communication. It took about a week and half after being told 3 to 4 days, I had to call for any updates. Im patient and the extra time wasnt a problem l, just some communication would have been nice. Overall though, Great service and decent pricing.

Cameron was an excellent help. When I came in with my laptop issue, I wasn’t sure the best place to go and what the actual price would be to fix my laptop. Cameron not only gave me a few consultation, but urged me to try other places so I could get the best deal. After weighing my options, it was a very easy decision to make. I called the store and Cameron was able to inform me about the steps and answer all my questions/concerns. When I came in to pay and fill out the paperwork, it was a very quick process and was able to get the help I need and was reassured that my laptop was in good hands. Thanks Cameron! I broke my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge screen and went in the next morning to get it replaced. Within 48 hours I had my phone back and screen fully replaced, and it was even cheaper than they first estimated because they were able to get a used screen that works perfectly rather then buying a new replacement.

Checked all the boxes.... my phone was hard to charge, cord had to be just so.... then it stopped charging, called to see if they could change the port.... Camryn said bring it in, they could do it if required, take maybe an hour or so. Got there, she said probably just needs the port cleaned.... I was skeptical, but then she drug 5 lbs of lint and dirt out our there.... I was amazed. Plugged it in and no issues, like new. Small charge, well worth it. I highly recommend seeing Camryn if you have an issue with a phone, she rocks!!!

Brought in my sons iPad for a screen repair. Nothing else was wrong with the tablet and it was in a life-proof case. When they returned it the frame was bent and they wouldnt guarantee the work. They didnt even let me know until I was picking it up. I then had to Listen to an employee bad mouth me to another employee while they were in the back room. I Explained everything to the manager who didnt even offer to take care of the problem... They owe me a new iPad! Absolutely ridiculous.

I had taken my phone to my carrier because the phone wouldnt hold a charge. My carrier tested it and said it was probably the battery or the charging port but because I didnt purchase their insurance, they couldnt do anything. I went to CPR and Jarius was very helpful. He checked it and said it was either the charging port or the battery. He offered to order the parts and the cost of repair was very reasonable, I I had him order them. In the meantime, I purchased a wireless charger and it works great! I will definitely use CPR again!

I just left CPR in Andover and could not be more pleased. After making around 10 calls to T-Mobiles customer service and several to AT&T is trying to get my phone unlocked and my number ported over all that happened was that I had 0 service with any company. Not only did CPR get my phone unlocked, but Justin stayed an hour past their closing time to take care of it! Super impressed and grateful!

Unfortunately, he had not synched his Google account and he had videos, photos, and even homework docs that needed to be saved to his drive.The phone is a One Plus 5t, not common like Apple or Samsung. But the women at the store were so nice, thorough and expediant! I came in late on Wednesday and they got my screen shipped in and all fixed by Friday!!!! So relieved! My son had nothing lost and was able to get to his homework docs, before his assignment was due! They also put a liquid screen protector on his phone for me and it is great! No bubbles!
