From the get go they took awesome care of us. Eden was quick to return any of my calls, and was so friendly and helpful though the whole process. Every interaction I had with anybody that represented CPR was always pleasant, and helpful. I will for sure be bringing my devices here in the future.

Absolutely the best. Friendly service and most importantly, knowledge staff. Ive got service with AT&T but each time I go to AT&T, the team members do not know how to address the issues my phone has, sometimes they even make it worse. Each time I come to CPR, the problem is resolved AND they always provide helpful tips.

Camryn is amazing! My daughter had a piece of a dust plug break off in her headphone jack ages ago. We went to several different places and were told nothing could be done. We happened upon Camryn at The Womens Fair Holiday event yesterday and she got the piece out and her phone works great! These folks are amazing. I am a severe diabetic that needs my phone to coordinate my insulin pump and come monitor. When my phone broke everything stopped. They had me fixed in an hour and a half and had 2 different ways to protect it in the future. Very professional and exceptional team customer service. You will not be disappointed!

Good service and kind people up front. I cant say much about knowledge though, maybe they was busy i dont know. But when i take my phone in for a firmware fix and Im told its a board issue because you flashed firmware on my phone and it didnt fix the problem, that was disappointing. They couldve dived deeper like i had to myself. I fixed my phone with a PIT file. I wish you would have spent the extra time on it for this would be a much better review. Samsung S9 plus

I had a great experience with the staff at this location! I came in with only a couple hours until closing due to time limitations. I was getting my phone repaired through my provider insurance so I was not expecting anything to happen that day other than dropping off the phone or setting up another appointment for drop off. I was pleasantly surprised when the worker guaranteed the work would be completed and they took it as a personal challenge that I assumed it would not get done. The work was done well and quickly before the expected time they even told me. If my phone never does break I definitely will go back to them as long as I have the availability to.

Dropped off a friend here and they fixed her phone in minutes and showed her how to fix it herself if it happened again. Granted it was something simple. Nevertheless, they were nice to a senior citizen with little tech experience.

Very friendly knowledgeable and quick with repairing our iPhone. It was cheaper than using the insurance on our plan or replacing it with the same model off the shelf by like half the asking price and it included a screen protector with a lifetime warranty. Super excited to take in the many other broken gadgets I have to replaced at a reasonable price.

Good value? Probably. I needed a screen replaced. It was not cheap, but I wouldnt expect it to be. Jarius was professional & informative .He explained what was to be done, estimated time for repair and got me into a case that will hopefully prevent a repeat event. The repair was complete in an hour. Awesome, because I need my phone!

I had to fill out a review for this store, mainly because I wanted to shine on a light on one of the employees there, who goes by the name of Chuck. Chuck was an amazing customer service representative and has expertise the other stores do not have to offer, Im sure the other stores are great in their own way but Chuck specializes in flash backing phones and was very courteous and professional when it came to helping me with my problem. Chuck did a great job and was able to help solve my problem let alone do extra steps to make sure the issue was taken care of. I recommend this store and especially Chuck to anyone who is looking for a great Customer Service experience, if corporate is reading this review, give this man a raise!

Ive been having trouble with my iPhone for months. It finally stopped charging. I was expecting to have to pay an arm & leg for repairs. I took in and Cam told me it just needed cleaned. She took care of it and made sure everything was working properly. I bought a new iPhone cord & charger just to be on the safe side (dont use knock-offs). Im so happy I met Eden a little more than a year ago. Her staff does a great job making customers feel welcome and taken care of not advantage of. I highly recommend them for all your cell phone needs.

Would reccomend for more than just cell phone related work.I was looking for someone to repair and retrieve data from a broken flash drive. I had talked with two other companies in Wichita and they both told me they would need to send my flash drive out of state to repair it and retrieve the data. It would cost me anywhere from $149-$1000 to have this done.I took a chance and wondered into CPR Cell Phone repair on N Rock and asked if they could. Cam told me Chuck on the West side could take care of me. Before I drove out there, Cam called and verified Chuck was working. I drove out West and Chuck was straightforward, professional, and quick with his work. He was able to repair the flash drive, pull the data, and transfer it to another flash drive for me. This was all done for a fraction of the cost I was quoted by the other stores and it was all done in town,, so I didnt have to mail my property out and worry about it disappearing in the mail.

I came in to have my Nintendo Switchs screen repaired and they treated it with care and consideration. It was a super quick fix and its as crisp and clear as the day I bought it.

We went to Best Buy where we bought our expensive phones to replace the plastic shield for my wifes cell phone. They did not try to help us. Cam Cotney in 15 minutes and $10 made a new plastic shield. Very pleasant, professional and guaranteed the work.

I took my laptop in to get a diagnosis and they didnt get to the root of the problem. I was told they were 80% sure on what the problem was. In my personal opinion I wasted $32.25 for the diagnosis fee

I have been having trouble with my phone not charging overnight. I purchased a new charging cable from Apple. The phone was still not charging without holding the cable just so so. CPR Cell Phone repair took a look at it and all that was needed was to clean the lint and dust from the charging port. In five minutes I was on my way with the phone working like brand new.

They’re fast and super friendly. I use them for all my phone repairs. And I have teenagers, so that’s more than I like to admit!!

I went to get my screen fixed and after like 3 days I could only make phone calls with my phone on speaker. I was out of town when the issue got really bad so when I got back in town took it to them and they checked it out and changed the screen again and said it’s usually $75 but we will just do it. 2nd new screen is on and my phone hasn’t been the same. For Apple products it’s just best to get them fixed by Apple! My phone now randomly changed my settings. It’s difficult to text. It glitches all the time.

Brought my iPad with a broken screen in. They replaced it and put in a nice screen protector but ever since the installation I have to bring it back every month or so because the home button will fall into the device or I get ghost touching. After replacing it for warranty 4-5 times I said forget it were going somewhere else. The other store told us they were going to need to keep it for a week because of the massive amounts of glue they needed to scrape off. They suggested we get our money back from CPR.

First experience with CPR Cell Phone Repair on West Kellogg. They understand the concept of underpromise and overdeliver, and they nailed it. Plus price they charged for part and repair was reasonable, and customer service was great. Highly recommend them.

The person that repaired my device was extremely knowledgeable and knew the issues with the Apple IPad mini.

My daughter recently smashed her iPhone screen..to the point she was locked out of everything in it. CPR did a fantastic job repairing her screen in 2 hours or less for under $200! She was satisfied, and so was I! Their location was easy enough to find, wed had the place recommended to us by my daughters best friend. So, they even came highly recommended to us lol! We will definitely come here in the future if need be. Of course, wed recommend it too for fast, fair and friendly service!

My husband went to CPR to get a battery replacement and was very impressed with the service. I also needed a new battery, so went to get mine there too. I was helped promptly and efficiently. They quoted me an hour to get it done but I returned before the hour was up and it was done and almost fully charged. They provided me with helpful tips to keep the battery efficient and got me on my way. They also told me about the warranty and made sure I understood I could bring it back and they would take care of it. Im very pleased with the service I received. I will definitely use CPR in the future.

My son and I took his iPhone in for service after a drop. It was no longer charging and the speakers didnt work. Within a couple of hours his phone was repaired and has worked great ever since. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. There was no attempt to upsell us on service or merchandise. It was a great experience.

My iPad screen was cracked really bad, and CPR repaired it for $25 less than UBreakIFix quoted, and within 3 HOURS of me dropping it off at noon, the SAME DAY!!! Not only are they Local (which I was so glad to find out), but the other company was going to take 2-3 weeks to get it done... CPR will be my go-to from now on. Highly recommended!!

Awesome experience! The ladies working knew what i needed. Had the pricing immediately, which gave me more confidence. I was contacted shortly after returning to work by one of the ladies. The part was going to be a different color than my phone, she wanted to confirm to proceed. They gave me an estimated time of and 1 1/2 hours. I came back about 3 hours later. They knew exactly who i was and let me know they would be right with me. I was checked out and on my way in no time. Some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. Superfast cell phone repair

Hi All, I had my IPhone broke when it fell and I had lost my phone display and screen cracked. I took it to CPR and they asked me to meet Chuck as it had required soldering etc and this guy was trained on this it seems. I met him and he inspected my phone and told me he will fix it and gave me a timeline which he adhered to and when I went to collect my phone, I was surprised to see my phone completely fixed and fully functional. He offered to copy data and he did help with this one too. I want to say A Big Thank you to chuck for his excellent service and the management and staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place without any hesitation for all types of cell phone repairs....

They gave me a quick quote on replacing glass and battery on my phone. Only had them replace battery. Made a small payment with the order, then they called me when battery came in. About 2 hour wait for the repair and they did a great job! Would recommend them for your cell phone repairs. I think they also repair tablets and small laptops too.

I got the estimate on the repair of my phone. When I took it in the next day, I was told that it would be about 2-3 hours before it would be ready. It was ready in about an hour. Which was great for me. The cost was right on the estimate too.Great Job

Fast and flexible service! I have an iPhone 6 and my battery was atrocious. I took my phone to another store (not CPR) who said that since I had gotten my screen fixed via a third party they would not be able to replace my battery unless I also got a new screen from THEM. So I took my phone here and it was absolutely no problem at all. Typical wait times for repairs are pretty quick but they were also able to work with my work schedule, so I was able to drop off my phone before work, swing by and pick it up after. All took less than 15 minutes of my day and everyone was way better than the other store I took my phone to first. Very pleased!
