Had an excellent tech, Cristian was very knowledgeable and even fixed some spots on the sides of my phone and put on my new screen protector (perfectly, might I add) without charging me extra for it. Prices are very good, and same goes for the quality and customer service. My IPhone is in great condition again, thanks for the help 😁.

I dropped my phone with the charger connected about a month ago and had been dealing with having to hold my phone in a certain direction to charge it. I stopped into this location looking to see how much it was to get fixed. The two guys there, Nolan and Christian took a look at it, and pulled a lot of debris out of the charger port and now it works good as new! Free of charge! I appreciate both of the guys there because my dead phone is not an issue!

I’ve been screwed over at most other phone companies where they just try to get your money by up charging. Ive had my battery replaced here, it was easy and fast. When I returned to get my charging port replaced as well (a $100 repair), I tried to clear the port myself and still had trouble getting my phone to connect, so I thought the port was damaged. The gentleman behind the counter took a look and pulled out impacted lint from the port. I will defiantly return here for any future repairs, I love their honesty and friendliness.

Absolutely the best customer service! I broke my phone screen and these guys were super friendly and understanding. Got it fixed fast and put a screen protector with warranty on. Well a week later the screen protector somehow started lifting (Im extremely hard on electronics). No questions asked they replaced it and I was on my way. These guys know how to keep people coming back. No one wants to be without their beloved phone or have to figure out how to navigate a new one. These guys make it simple and enjoyable. Thanks! By booking online I saved $10, which was a great deal compared to many other places charging a minimum of $80-$100 for the same repair. Eloy was professional and efficient. I had the screen repaired on my moto g stylus not even a week ago, I went to swipe up on my phone to answer a call and it cracked 😒. I also noticed a discoloration in my front facing camera after the screen repair. I went with this company because it was going to be the fastest and best priced in local proximity to my home but now Im out $107 and still have a messed up phone.

They got the screen repaired on our iPhone 7 quick and done right, and the prices are low. No hassle, had it done in under 30 minutes. Will take stuff back to them if I ever need to. Did I mention their prices are good? Ok cool, just making sure.

A local business with national skills and small town personable service. MobileComm has either always been able to fix my phone, quickly and affordably, or been the best place to get a new phone and service, affordably. I didnt even KNOW they sold new-in-the-box phones until I tried to buy a cheaper used phone, to save money, and they pulled out a sealed box with the untouched model still inside. The people are nice and fun to talk to, and refreshingly honest about the process.

Poor quality work, low quality parts. I spent $300 to replace my Galaxy Note 4 screen. MobileComm did such a lousy job that it broke again within a couple days just by being in my back pocket. I took it back and showed them that the glue job was so poorly done that I could easily lift the glass from the body of the phone with my fingernail and see the electronics inside my device. I expected them to stand by their $300 repair job. The best they would offer was to do the job again for $150. I had no choice, financially, but to take them up on it. Round two wasnt much better than their first repair. My replacement front-facing camera (part of my replacement screen) looked like I was in a steam-room and was unusable. They threw in a case and a screen protector. Fast-forward to a couple months later, I dropped my phone (in the case with the screen protector on) three feet onto my wood floors and the screen is now broken again. $450 in MobileComms pocket for cheap parts and teenage repair people.

Took in my Samsung Galaxy S5. Very knowledgeable techs who knew just about everything about my phone. They knew right away the cause of the microphone not working and were able to guess at other issues I was having. They told me the prices up front and how long it would take. Reasonable prices that you cant really disagree with. I felt no pressure to get it fixed right away but chose to leave it anyways. Phone was fixed within a couple hours and works excellent! Hopefully, I wont have to return with a broken phone again but I will be returning for any mobile needs in the future!

There is something suspicious here. Ive done research on on these review and all the five star reviews are either done employees of the stores or some how associated with the store. Which is against google policy. Im going to be trying some place else to fix my phone, but be wary of these reviews.
