I’ve been here 3 times now for phone problems. Service and price is always exceptional. The first time they weren’t able to fix it and didn’t charge for the work they put in. I bought a refurbished phone here for a great prices for he put on a screen protector. Well, yesterday my toddler dropped a rock on the screen. I brought my phone back and only the protector was damaged. He replaced the screen protector for a very small cost. I trust this place.

The gentleman that helped me tested my battery, because it wasnt holding a charge. He told me that the new battery still drained quick in my phone. He said that he was unsure if it could be my motherboard. I went ahead & purchased a new one. After a couple of days the battery still wasnt holding a charge. Well, the employee was correct, and I had to get a new phone from my cell phone company insurance. The great thing is that Cellular Center East will give me a credit for the battery I bought. Now I will use it to get an accessory for my new phone that I was upgraded to. I will come back!

I was looking for a new iPhone 8+ (upgrading from the 6s) and wasn’t sure whether I would really like the bulkiness of the 8+. After calling several places, I called Cellular Center and spoke with a woman named “O” who was helpful enough over the phone to get me to drive across town to check out their store. Upon arriving I met three people who were the polar opposite of what you normally get from a cellphone store. They were helpful, friendly (in a normal, non-overt, acceptable way-not just because I might be buying something), they let me look at and handle the product before buying, and most importantly, never once did they try to “hard close” me. They worked with me a little on price, and in the end I got a phone that I was extremely happy with. He then proceeded to put tempered glass (that I purchased there) on it at no charge while simultaneously transferring all of my contacts, pictures, etc. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I was so happy I went. And they do EVERYTHING at this place. From repairs to sales to answering general (and specific) questions. Found my new cellphone store. =)
