I was helped by a woman named Sarah L, and another man, I didnt catch his name though. I came looking for a bed frame and I had little idea of what I WANTED but I knew exactly what I didnt. She wasnt upset by it at all, and was very understanding and kind. I roamed to the clearance area of the store because, why not? It never hurts to check if you find something amazing. I found 2 partial couch pieces, like the ones apart of a full set, but only the last puzzle part. They both were similar and sooo comfortable. The second chair/couch thing didnt have legs and they went out of their way to find a set of legs for it. They were both kind the entire time, and Sarah was very personable and friendly. She knew what she was talking about with frames and others and was extremely helpful. I will DEFINITELY be going back to this location for other furniture purchases. If you ever have a chance, highkey recommend 👌.

We went to 5 different furniture stores looking for a sectional or sleeper sofa. We finally settled on at Slumberland at a much cheaper price that any of the other stores could have offered. The staff was very knowledgeable and wasnt pushy with selling tactics; the answered the questions we had and gave us information on the piece then let my wife and I discuss it. Overall I would highly recommend Slumberland and will shop there again when we need more furniture.

So disappointed. I went into this store, walked around the whole store and even stopped to look at several items. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help once. I actually found two items I was ready to purchase. Walked by the desk and the only individual there was busy. I glanced around and noticed a few associates chatting amongst themselves. I walked by these individuals earlier and no word (no worries at first because I like to look by myself). Yet, not even a hello. Was passed by another associate and I actually stopped to take another look at an item I was still thinking about purchasing. At this moment a couple walked in and the associate, who passed by me 30 seconds ago without a second glance, came scurrying from her location to happily assist this couple. NOPE! They will NOT be getting my business. HORRIBLE!

Sarah is our sales lady at the west store. She has helped us going on for a year and a half. It started with a purchase of a kids mattress. We have now purchased, sofa, two lounge chairs, end tables, and now a new master bed. She has never been pushy and has knowledge of her products she is selling. I trust her completely. We will always deal with Sarah as long as she stays at our favorite place to shop. Thank you Sarah for making our purchases a whole lot easier.

It was great but as always, I went in because of a sale ad I saw a sectional I liked but they didnt have it in the store. They had a regular couch of it so I could at least sit and see it was comfy. To get the sectional though it would not be available until June. So come into the store, we wont have whats in the ad available until June but we have a bunch of other things here you can buy (for more). But I am going to look through the ad again and try something else that is on sale. Wish me luck!

We have bought two recliners from Slumberland this year and have been pleased with both quality and price. The selection there is excellent.

We actually didnt end up buying anything not because of any problems necessarily but just because they didnt have something we ended up deciding was the one. The prices looked ok for the selection and the people were pleasant without being pushy or overbearing.

I am writing this on behalf of my daughter. Her and her boyfriend ordered a couch 3 months ago. She had called several times to get updates, and could never get one. Finally this week she got notified that it would be delivered on Saturday (yesterday). No time slot was given. Well... it arrived, and it was what they ordered. However, the couch was delivered onto their driveway. No phone call. No knock on the door. Nothing. And if they would have had it delivered into their home, it would have been an extra $60.

Loved this place! Sarah was very helpful. Im a picky person and my husband and I have opposite styles, but Sarah completely understood how to help us find something that makes us both happy. We are custom ordering a sofa and enjoyed flipping through all the fabrics to find exactly what we wanted. And even with our customization we were able to stay right on budget!

We ordered a coffee table on December 4th. Online, it showed 12-13 weeks for availability so we prepared ourselves for that. My wife called a few weeks after the order just to be sure that we were still on the same timeline. We were pleasantly surprised to be told that it would actually be available at the end of January. January passes and we had no communication from Slumberland. My wife called again and was told due to covid and warehouses shutting down and staffing shortages that it would be the end of February. We completely understood and still kept the 12-13 week time frame in mind. February rolls around, nothing. We call again and are now told it will be mid-April. This time passes, nothing. We call again and are now being told May, again due to covid shut downs. My wife called again yesterday and we are now being told Mid-June for a single coffee table. We are now nearly 19 weeks in to our original 12-13 week availability and with the latest date given, we will be at 23+ weeks. We paid for the table back in December. They have had our money for nearly 7 months and have only proactively reached out to us 1 time at the end of March via text to inform us of another delay. Yet we were offered the option to cancel the order multiple times when we called to check. We have been completely understanding about the situations with covid but 7 months for 1 coffee table and nearly no proactive communication is ridiculous and pretty much ensures that we will not be returning to Slumberland after we have purchased several pieces over the last 8 years. More proactive communication would have made such a difference to at least let us know that Slumberland is on top of their customer’s orders. We are trying to decide at this point if we want to go ahead and wait until June since we have waited this long, or cut our losses and cancel the order. This has been extremely disappointing.

My sister and I went in, saw a lot of good couches within price range. We went to the clearance section and found a great couch that was in almost perfect condition, aside from a minor flaw you couldn’t even see, below our budget! The salesman was very nice. Helpful but not overbearing like some can be. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend others find their furniture there.

I used to love Slumberland! 80% of the furniture in my house is from there. This purchase will be the last thing I buy from them. Bought a bedroom set & sectional at the beginning of September. Just received my sectional yesterday (several weeks after I was promised & I had to continue to call to see when it was expected to arrive). When we got the sectional inside to assemble it, we noticed there were no predrilled holes for the feet of the sectional. I called and spoke with the manager and he was absolutely no help. He sent me a picture of a completely different couch with the feet already attached (not sure how that was supposed to be helpful).. I told him about my horrible experience and never heard back from him.. Definitely will not be adding anymore Slumberland furniture to my house.

All of the staff was courteous and helped me very quickly get what I needed and on my way. I left very happy--getting a new bed at a decent price here.

I would give a higher rating if I hadn’t walked around the store for 45 minutes without being welcomed or checked on. I waited at the sales counter for 10 minutes before somebody finally asked if they could help. Ultimately my salesman hooked me up and I was happy with my purchase. Quality furniture, fair prices, but customer service could be better.

Day before Labor Day they hands down had the best deals. The store felt nicer than other stores in layout and decoration. Wade helped us check out the second time we came back that day after looking everywhere and he was very personable and knowledgeable on everything, happy with my sofa purchase. Can’t wait for it to come in a couple months. Give this place a look!

Update 01/27/2021: I called them again today, and expectedly they postponed the delivery until late February. They keep telling the same excuse about COVID-19 delays.I ordered and paid for a sofa last October and have not received it yet. When I placed the order, I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to get the sofa delivered to my home. Its over 12 weeks now and still I have not received the furniture. There has been absolutely no follow up from this store about the delays; I have been calling them every 2-3 weeks and and they keep changing the expected delivery date by a few weeks. When I called them back in December, the representative said that the sofa has arrived in the warehouse and should be delivered in 2 weeks (max). Today I called them again, and someone else picked up the phone and said that the sofa has not yet arrived the warehouse and he postponed the delivery to the end of January. He offered to cancel my order to which I objected since I have already wasted 3 months waiting for this furniture. I am extremely disappointed with such unprofessional conduct from this store and would like to warn potential buyers about this store.

I ordered 2 living room chairs online, took over 3 months to get due to covid. Picked up items in Wichita. When I got home, I noticed the chairs were made in China. If I would have known. they were made in China I wouldn’t had ordered them. Would be appreciated if they post where their items are made at, so customers don’t support the Chinese Communist government.

Ordered a couch near Black Friday 2020, was told it was a guaranteed pick up date before Christmas 2020. Get called before Christmas saying it would be second week of January. Called yesterday to find out a date next week to pick up the couches and we were told it would be February. I feel like I will never get my couches. I was guaranteed and promised, I asked 3 times, to make sure I would have my couch and loveseat by Christmas, and the salesperson, Gunner, said yes... No one is getting back to me by email or phone about an exact date I will receive my couches my. Slumberland should not be guaranteeing customers and then not fulfilling. There’s a huge difference between 3-4 weeks and 3 months.

He was so helpful and extremely nice. Not pushy at all. He is great at his job. If you are looking for great quality furniture go no further than Slumberland.
