Get place to check out the sleep number beds. Nice sales folk. No high pressure. Pretty neat stuff to show pain points when sleeping.

Our Sleep Number sales person, Michael, was terrific. I was skeptical but my husband wanted to try a Sleep Number bed so I agreed to listen. Well, after Michael thoroughly explained the beds to me and I tried multiple mattresses i was Sold! So happy with the results

The salesmen will reassure you over and over that you can return within the first 100 days for a full refund. When you call customer service, youll find pushy salespeople who try to talk you out of it. Then when you insist that you want to return it, they tell you that the bas isnt refundable and youre out over $3,000 if you want to return it because the base is a final purchase. Horrible experience.

Have had a sleep jumper bed since 1998, just purchased our third one. Always very well treated, excellent customer service if any issues. Quality products.

Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were treated as though we were his only customers even though there was another person being treated the same way. I would make sure he is happy. He would be management material.

We scheduled several weeks out to have service call made on our 3 sleep number king mattresses with flex frames. We requested the earliest available appointment because we knew we had guests arriving. In stead on the day of the appt. we were told the service call would be between 5-8 pm! we then received a call letting us know they had cancellations & could arrive around 3. then received another call saying around 5 pm. Its 6:45 pm on a Friday night & they have still not showed up!!! We will NEVER BUY ANOTHER SLEEP NUMBER BED AGAIN. I would highly recommend checking out US Mattress. They provide amazing customer service @ incredible prices & unless you happen to have one of their showrooms in your area you pay ZERO sales tax!!!!!! SLEEP NUMBER NO MORE!!!!!!

We were in search of a new bed. We felt frustrated from poor customer service from other stores and about to give up amd just purchase online. THEN we went to sleep number. Carlos was so helpful and very knowledgeable. We are going with the P5 and we reccomend to anyone!
