If you’ve got a customer service question you’re far better asking their online assistant. I went in and asked to take an item off of a wedding registry that I had purchased elsewhere. The lady quite rudely told me that they can’t do that and you have to buy it from them. End of conversation, there wasn’t even a “can I help you with anything else?” That of course isn’t true at all and the online assistant helped me figure it out in about one minute. Waste of a trip. If you don’t know the answer to a question or don’t know how to do something that’s fine, just tell me, but please don’t lie to people.

We typically shop at Target for better prices. What we like about BB&B are the clearance prices on very high quality goods.

Didnt have to wait in line for someone to help me with my pick up, the associate was very nice, professional, accurate and fast about finding my order, over all very impressed with the quality of service. Definitely doing more business with them.

Shorted us $13 on return. After completing my return I found a great price on an item but it didnt ring up at the register correct. The manager lied to my face by saying the tag I was actively showing her on the shelf was for another item instead of just saying they priced an item wrong.2 of 2 silverware sets had incomplete finish on them. Some were nice, shiney, and finished while other in the set were dull and the finish came off on your hands.Wont go back again.

I ordered in advance for some things and decided to go into this store for the first time ever just to see what they offered,. I found a few interesting things. I went to check out with my purchases and to get my online order to be given a portion of what I had already paid for and when I made it clear that things were missing, it was like the twilight zone! I am not sure if the cashier thought I was not being truthful or if she just expected me to just take what was there and go. She did finally ask someone for assistance to get what was waiting for me all along. After someone else showed her my things were there, she was mad! My time wasted and not even an apology or a Have a good rest of your day! 3 stars because someone did a least ask if I was looking for something specific when I entered.

They dont clean the baskets or check out after every person. But the staff is good especially the sales person I think his name was Tyler or Dylan. A very nice young man.

Their displays are nice and looks like lots of inventory, but when you choose an item and start looking for it the shelves are empty.

Has a wide variety of merchandise. Everything but the kitchen sink. I usually spend an hour or so just looking around before I buy what I need. Clean store and efficient staff.

They have a beautiful collection of bedding and home decor. I love the UGG Avery bedding set we got. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Store is organized well, staff is friendly. Sure, the stuff is a little overpriced, but I had a coupon.They had a cool gift wrap station which I LOVED. So to me, the slight price hike certainly pays for the convenience of not having to hunt down the right box or buy a whole roll of gift wrap for one present.

It was okay we were expecting to see more Christmas things out but they werent maybe the brief something out next 3-4 weeks thank you

If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst customer service Ive ever encountered. The store manager Tony needs a serious attitude adjustment. If he hates his job that much he should quit. I went in to purchase a UGG blanket. When I found them there was a big sale sign saying the prices for each size. I choose king for 69.00. When I checked out I was charged over 100. I told the cashier about the sign. Then we had to walk back to the blankets. She then pointed out the fine print saying only 1 color was on sale. It was very deceptive. Tony didnt offer any apology just seemed annoyed that I was speaking with him about it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS STORE!!

Another favorite spot to shop. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen section. So many toys so little time! Great service for purchasing online and having it reserved in store for a quick pickup. Has saved me many times for weddings and showers!

They no longer carry cosmetics and I was hoping to get everything at one place for all the teens I had on my list, as well as myself. They were busy and had all the registers going with others in the isles to answer questions! Thank you!!

I love coming here. I can get me a cup of fresh brewed coffee while I shop. They carry so many different things that a person could shop here every day for a week & keep finding something new every day. The prices are decent and if the price is high then use a coupon. Especially now with the yearly membership the savings are incredible

This was a great shopping experience! I bought a wedding gift after getting a printed wedding registry list that the store furnished to me. I was checked on several times by various employees to assure I was finding what I was after. Then, at checkout I used a 20% off one item coupon which the system automatically credits against the highest priced item. And finally, on my way out of the doors I stopped at the gift wrapping station to wrap my gift with wrapping supplies provided free of charge to me by the store.

This is one of my favorite stores. They have free coffee, which is awesome especially when I’m shopping with a cranky teenager. There are lots of things to look at and fun gadgets to check out. It’s very clean and new and we really enjoy going here, hanging out, and spending money LOL

This is one of my favorite places to go and just walk around! Its so much to see inside and theyre always stocked to the max. The store is clean and easy to figure out the lay out. Most of the employees are extremely nice. They have been getting new employees and they should train them s little better so theyll know the store policy on coupons.

They had all the things we needed. We could not find a cart. We found them outside as we left.

Seems like I go to BB& B once every 10 yrs! Probably a good thing. The place is mesmerizing. EVERYTHING Imagineable. Unfortunately didnt find what I came for, however found plenty of other unique items.

I had the worst experience at this store. The customer service from the store manger, Richard and sales associate Hallie was terrible!I have always been able to return items without having my receipt an this time they wouldn’t do it. The worst was when they made snarky remarks and rude comments to me.I have worked in this industry before and I remember when the customer service expectations was that the customer was always right.I will NEVER shop at this store again or the company.Hopefully you won’t ever need customer service help from this store if you shop here.

Large chain retail store filled with numerous household goods. Save ALL of the 20% and $5 off coupons that get mailed out, as they NEVER expire! I save mine year round for holiday shopping. Easy to spot, easy to manuver parking lot.

This store is lot spacious and have more selections than the one before they move here. I usually check online before I go here.... nothing much to say..they have everything you want in stock and same great experience you expect from a BB&B

I was looking for ideas on kitchen organization and Ron really helped me out. He was knowledgeable about his products and even offered to search their online warehouse for more options. Got what I needed.

Any place that give you a free coffee bar with 50 choices is awsome. Only place I really enjoy taking my wife too. They dont all do it, but they do here. Drank two cups and only ended up costing me around 100.00 each! haha 🙃

Comfortable store with the typical Bed Bath & Beyond layout. They have a pretty large selection of unique wine and beverage serving items. The cashiers are friendly, but sometimes the wait in line can be a little long.

They didnt have a product in store, but they helped me order it for delivery in store and applied their characteristic discount. Im still uncertain about their prices, but I love their selection and service.

Having never visited the new store, Im not sure if the change is recent or not, but they now carry drug store items. Bandages, over the counter meds. They bath additives is a good mix of expensive and economical for both customers. Staff was nice, store was clean and organized. Couldnt find a bath robe for the wife, but was happy with my experience.

The few times I have visited I have always found the items Im checking out to be overpriced for what Id be getting. It seems the very same products can be found elsewhere for lower prices. It can be hit and miss when it comes to whether or not the advertised item is actually there too. Thats a little irritating when you drive a 30min just to get there...
