I am blown away with the quality, professionalism, and the speed of the repair. We hit a deer and took the car in on Friday for repair. Since they are a Geico repair shop it was a easy one stop for estimate and repair for me. We had another trip planned the following Friday and ask if it would be done by then. Ryan our service advisor said they would do their best to have it done by then. Ryan kept me informed of the progress all week and by Thursday, 6 days later, he called me and said it was done and in the detail booth. We picked it up at 5pm Thursday and left town at 3am Friday. Thats less than 1 week! I could not believe how quickly they got the car back to us and it was detailed and carpet swept. I just want to send a huge Thanks to ALL the employees for completing the work quickly and expertly. Everyone at Collision works was very easy to work with and treated me like their only customer. I could go on and on but you cant go wrong with Collision Works. I will take all my future repairs to Collision Works. Thank you Collision Works Staff!!!
Sheesh🔥🤙🥳... Couldnt be more happy with their bodywork service and customer care they show. Mrs Taylor read delightful throughout the process. Keeping me updated with status of my car. Im very thankful for the body work team getting me back my vehicle inn a timely manner. Whole process was stress free and Im just delighted.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I got into a wreck on 9/30 and had wait a good week before I had to call myself to hear any updates from them (I had gotten with them through my insurance company for estimates). I was given an estimate when I called and was told they were waiting on insurance to decide if it was repairable or not. I was fine with that and decided to give it more time. Fast forward to this Tuesday and found out they hadn’t submitted the information to insurance correctly (or at all possibly) and was told they’d refile with insurance and I’d hear by today. Today I still haven’t heard anything. Contacted insurance and found out the shop still has not submitted the information and doesn’t know when they will. So now I have no way of getting a check for my now totaled car from insurance, meaning I cannot get a new car even though insurance will no longer cover my rental after Monday next week. Also called corporate to see if there was anything that could be done to speed this up or get the information to insurance ASAP but had to leave a message as apparently NO ONE was available. So now I get to see if I’ll have a car or not to even get to work every day, or if I’ll have to churn out a bunch of money I do not have right now to rent until I’m able to pay off my old loan and get a new car. I try not to leave negative reviews over most things ever but this is just disappointing.
Make sure to take pictures before you hand over the keys. Their favorite phrases are “that was already there” or “not our problem”. But at least they still got the insurance money!!Don’t be shy about getting an independent inspection after, if you do make the mistake of trusting them. You’ll likely be surprised at the results. I know we were.
I needed a new window for my car so they took a picture of my Vin number and got all my info. They told me they would call. Over a month later I still havent heard anything so I called them. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up to find out what was up. I called back later in the day and get no explanation of what happened but was referred elsewhere. I would give 0 stars if I could. Dont waste your time. Go elsewhere.
Went in to have a door panel replaced, and repainted. Took a week longer than expected, was told I could pick up on Wednesday, showed up and they said that no one had been working on my vehicle and that theyd call when it was finished. They never called me back I had to call them yet again I picked up my truck and the rear door sensor had been broken in the process and they told me to reschedule another appointment to fix. then that night both my turbos blew on me costing over 4 thousand dollars. my truck went in to them in great mechanical condition. needless to say I wouldnt trust them with another vehicle and customer service was non existent.
I’ve used this place before and they do a great job, if you have any issues they take care of it with no attitude and they do it right away. This is my favorite body shop and I will continue to use them as I haven’t had great customer service like this in years. Thanks you for taking care of my 2015 Camry XSE, I know it was only minor touch up work but it’s much appreciated. Thank you for taking care of my clear bra as well.
Collision works has had my wifes car for over a month now because of a whole slew of reasons. Car was originally supposed to be ready Sept 28th then collision works pushed it out to Oct. 5th because of the wrong part coming in. Oct 5th our car is still not ready and then they push it back until Oct 15th (no reason given as to why the delay). 15th came and went, no call or text saying they are ready for us to come pick it up. Called this morning after they opened straight to voicemail. most unprofessional business Ive had to work with and Ill be avoiding them as much as possible going forward.
I quoted this shop and they suggested replacing the bumper cover rather than repairing it, which was a great idea.However, I asked them to match the price of a competitor. They never called me back. I called them back once more as a courtesy but and again they did not reply.I would suggest All Angles just a few miles west on 21st street.
Witness some horrible customer service coming from the Store Leader, Luke. Approaches the customer huffing and puffing, slams the gentleman’s papers on the counter and even told the customer that he hopes that his motor falls out of his car, I couldn’t believe what I heard, so I just left. Definitely has a temper, not sure if the heat got to him but I wouldn’t trust him with my vehicle.
Need to work on transparency and letting customers know about the work being done and what and what is not being replaced
The manager luke is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. Avoid this location at all costs! Work they did to my car, he wished it would break on me and I have a family I that I get to and from with this so this was very disrespectful on many levels. I hope no other customers go through anything like this with Collision Works manager Luke Gensen.
The entire team was WONDERFUL to work with! They fixed my car up ahead of schedule and vacuumed out the interior. We will be using Collison Works for all of our repairs going forward!

UPDATE 10/26/2020- Ryan and Lucas are amazing. Once they were aware that I didn’t have a rental vehicle at all they set up a reservation and I don’t have to worry about a thing! Truly amazing!My car has been in the shop for almost three weeks now and I’ve been told over 6 times that my vehicle is repairable and then totaled. The lack of communication and punctuation is awful. They also don’t accommodate for a rental when they delay fixing your vehicle.

Collision Works was very effecient in dealing with me and my vehicle. I brought the damaged car in and they took care to inform me of what they were going to do and called the rental car company and made arrangements for me to get a rental car.

We went to Collision Works West Wichita to get my 2016 Land Rover fixed in April. It only took them 3 days to get my side passenger panel redone. My husband went to pick it up and once home I did a look over. I found a crack on the bumper close to where the panel was fix. I immediately called them and spoke to someone there and he said to stop by the next day for them to take a look. Went back the next day, they were confused as to how that could have happened but with the manager’s approval, they said that they will “take care of us” and go head and get it fixed. The only caveat was that they would not be able to get to it until 3 weeks later due to their technician being gone and would give us a call. 4 weeks passed without hearing back, so we ended up calling and they said to bring it by on Monday and they will get it done in 2-3 days. Again, we did the 2-hour drive to drop it off on Sunday night. We didn’t get an exact estimated time of completion thus we called Tuesday afternoon to ensure that it would be ready by Wednesday. After going back and forth on the phone trying to get ahold of someone, we get a call from Ryen stating, they had not fixed the car and that instead they found a technical bulletin on the model and provided the bulletin information. I called Land Rover and confirmed that while there is a bulletin it was not for the VIN of our vehicle and they would not do anything to fix it. We passed on the communication from Land Rover to Ryen which he then carried to his manager. We didn’t hear back Wednesday morning so decided to call in the afternoon. The manager essentially told us that Collision Works will not be fixing our car because of the technical bulletin even with the information from Land Rover stating that it did not apply to our car. He proceeded to commit to look further into the issue using his experience and that he would communicate any findings. At the time of this review it has been 2 months and still no response. In the end, it felt that we were strung along, and it ended up costing us 4 hours of travel and 3 days without our car that didn’t get worked on. The most frustrating thing in the end was their inability to give a call back when they committed to do so.

After a curb check bent the front compressor bracket and broke several clips holding the bumper on my 2014 Tesla model S I stopped by to ask if they would even consider taking a look. Not only did they look at it they took it right back and fixed it in 15 minutes! Would recommend any Tesla owner needing body work to check here first.
Did a wonderful job on repairing my truck. They kept me updated every step of the way. Double checked on anything else that would cost to do.
If you have got work done at their shop please get it double checked. I had 2 cars in their shop because they were the suggested shop by the insurance company and they have made the cars look ok from the outside but once you open them up to check their work they cut corners and then try to tell their customer if you don’t want to bring the car back to their shop they can’t do anything about it. I have given them 2 solid chances to work on my car and they failed both times. If you don’t believe me just get your work checked at another body shop. They won’t lose any business because they are keep big brother happy which is your insurance.
Great experience having my car repaired here! They made my car look brand new and finished the work faster than anticipated. They put me in a rental car while waiting for the work to be done. Everyone was friendly and professional and Todd kept me updated along the way. I will be back if I need their services in the future!
If you want to waste your time with this guys, go ahead, they dont test the cars when they deliver it, and if you find a problem with you car theyll make you take the car back, and if you dont call them to know the progress or options you have to get it fixed they wont call you, they dont care about costumers,Ill never go back to this place, think twice before you chose this place

These guys really understood that my car is valuable to me. They worked with me to my schedule and did a fantastic job on my car.
They put wrong color bumper on my vehicle and then argued with me when I pointed out their mistake. It took an additional 3 weeks to correct. If I would have left it up to them, I would still be driving a grey car with a silver bumper.
Tim went above and beyound! Kacy was also instrumental in creating a very positive experience! Having to get your car repaired can be very frustrating but his team did outstanding work and my car never looked better! My parents, Marlin and Nona, used them after they hit a deer back on November 16. It is now December 30 and Collision Works has dragged their feet getting back my parents Ford Fusion. They were supposed to have it ready today, early afternoon, around 1 pm. It’s 12:37 pm and they called to say they were “on their way to Mel Hamilton Ford to pick up some parts.” UNACCEPTABLE. I wouldn’t use them if they were the last shop in Wichita.

Well really disappointed. After having a good experience here getting my bumper fixed, dropped off my car to get the oil pressure light, since May Ive now had to drop my car off multiple times because the car is leaking oil or the light comes back on. Excuses I get bad oil pressure switch and you have an older car so you never know what else could be happening... BTW issue still is not fixed, car is leaking oil, and I was informed that I should go to another facility.

(Bit late on the review, and I apologize for that)Earlier this year I was involved in a car accident in my 2016 sedan. Collision works took my car and made it look fresh off the show room floor (literally, the detail was amazing) in less than a weeks time. They updated me via text messages every step of the way. When it was finished I was actually disabled at the time due to a nasty infection (thanks to the accident), and seeing as they are just up the road from where I lived, they delivered my car to me and picked up the rental. I was blown away by the service this company displayed and will be taking my business here In the future.10/10 You guys. Thank you all so much.
They had my car from May 28 thru July 5th when i was promised to pick up my car on the 3rd of July by their own Employees Ryan. I went to Check on the car on Tue the 2nd of July and was told it will take another week. We needed the car to be taken to Houston. The was picked up late so i couldn’t check the work completely. The next day my steering wheel was tilted to the right and manager Tim told me he test drove the car him self and couldn’t find anything wrong with it. They told me to take car to Walser Mercedes to get the alignment. I was told to walk around my car to make sure there are no damages at that time i noticed that my back bumper was not flush to the quarter panel bunch of dust and fish eyes in the paint job. After the alignment i took to another body shop to inspect their work and their work wasn’t even done according to Mercedes requirement they used sealant and glue to fill in the space between parts and there were more damages under the quarter panel that were not even addressed. They charged my insurance $9500. The work other body shop has to do to fix their mess will cost another $14000. The new body shop gave me pictures before, after and during the disassembly. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE. They are good friends with the insurance company they keep each other happy on the expense of the customer.
