Great place to shop. It has a mom and pop feel. I love the prices here. I would have given it 5 stars but they dont have as wide a variety of tools as you would expect from a hardware store. But what they do have is great.

The guys that I dealt with here were absolutely awesome and I will go out of my way to shop here in the future. I went in with a list based on what I believed I needed and by the time I had reached the shelves of the store I was already being assisted.Adam(?) walked me from item to item, discussed my options, and made recommendations even though hed admittedly never completed a project like mine. He let me know what was popular, pointed out sales, and talked through the differences in products so that I felt comfortable with my decisions.For the check out process I was handed over to Tyler (again Im not positive Im remembering their names correctly) who walked me through the whys of starting an account, what the warranty was good and unnecessary for, and was genuinely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Ill be suggesting this store to everyone.

I had to run by here to pick up a heat gun and I didnt wanna go somewhere on Friday evening that was crazy busy & frantic. So I ran by Harbor Freight Tools and the gurl at the checkout was really sweet and helpful. She pointed me in the right direction so I wasnt wondering around aimlessly. While I was there 2 other employees offered help/assistance if I needed any. Im very impressed with the customer service here, as well as they were genuine. Thanks 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I can usually find what I need here. My only complaint is at checkout. They do not like it when I dont give them my phone number or my name. But I refuse and the complete the transaction with a less than friendly attitude.There are too many places that sell your info to third parties which increases spam/scam calls.

Love this chain, cheap tools, not the best tools if you are going to be using them every day, but for the odd jobs you might need a tool for once in a while you really cant beat it.

They got what you need for tools at a good price usually. Here lately their prices have gone up. Check other stores to see if you can get better quality for the same price.

My husband and I really enjoy Harbor Freight. Its a great place to buy all the smaller working accessories for your workshop for a lot less than youd find it anywhere else. The stuff you buy is all great quality and lasts it just wont have the name brands the big box stores have. The store is clean, orderly and well laid out. Staff is always usually short though so you need to know what you want before you go in. But my husband prefers this.

I like harbor freight for the price on tools.vi normally just buy cutting disc, grinding disk, and welding electrodes. Cant say too impressed with customer service though. Especially if you dont look like you have a lot of money. You get followed around the store like your going to steal something and that can be a bad shopping experience

Great place to get really good quality merchandise. Needed quality ratchet straps, they had the straps and they cost less than the straps that did not work from another store. Employees were just wonderfull.

Understaffed, not helpful, confusing savings deals . I like most of the products. There is some real junk for sale in there but these days harbor freight stuff is as good or better than anywhere else you could the type of products sold here.

Absolutely love this place.. the people that work here bend over backwards to get you what you need. I wish at the register there was a recipet that printed out with a tip section. I would tip everytime

They are always busy. I purchased tools to separate and resale. Not the best quality but they will warranty them. You think a $800.00 sale would make them happy but they seem to care less. Every store is that way. I still come back, and sure lots of folks shop there, what does that tell you?

Beginning to get disappointed...... Texas GA 29 states that persons with medical conditions dont have to wear a mask. ADA says those should be able to shop unless reasonable access is provided elsewhere. IE curbside pickup.

Has everything you need but weird setup on the side of a building.. not exactly inviting outdoor view. Use to tent sales and items setup outside to make it more open and welcoming..

I must confess that Im incredibly happy with Harbor Freight Tools’ renovations to store sometime last year as the aisles were incredibly hard and all the tools were cramped everywhere. Now, I can easily find what Im looking for with ease. I keep coming to this place due to all the coupons Ive been getting in the mail with their loyalty program. The staff is always friendly and professional with speedy cashiers that never make a mistake and bag everything.

Good and cheap tools that last a decent amount of time. When they do finally go out harbor freight is ready to replace them for you at no charge if you have a receipt or your purchase is in the system under your membership. Ive always enjoyed going here and Ill continue going back.

Was here before and after the remodel . Staff is very helpful and the store is still very clean and organized. Bathrooms are very clean. The new automatic doors definitely come in handy for large purchases. Will definitely continue to shop here. Very good store overall. Lots of parking space.

Enjoy shopping in the newly remodeled store with their wider aisles. They always have a great selection of items at reasonable prices. The employees are helpful and pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. One of my favorite stores to shop. They have great coupons!

Always find what Im looking for

Clean store with great prices if you need mid-grade tools. They have large tool chests. Many tools. Home security systems. Mini safes. They have a good assortment of sand paper. Many items at very reasonable prices. Good shopping experience.

HF is a good place to shop for tools and misc items. You can find some good deals. Keep your eyes open and you can find items on sell but be careful it could be cheaper or more than before. Download there app and keep up whats on sell. They will send you there magazine each month, just apply for it online.

Our local Harbor Freight is a very nice store for tools or other Implement you might need for projects around your house. They have recently redone the front so its much easier and nicer to check out.

Some good merchandise. I buy tarps when on sale. Drills, bits, tape, etc. Nothing really big. Compressor for the air brush I use. Have had for many years, still works great. Buy the extended warranty, these days,most everything is Made in China, cheap. Not made in USA.

The store was clean, well stocked, and the items I looked at had good prices. The employees were helpful and friendly. Melinda was the cashier I checked out with and she was friendly and helpful as well.

I find it hard to resist the attraction of tools, and Harbor Freight (HF) is one good place to satisfy my desire affordably :) This particular store in Wichita Falls is clean and well organized. BTW, if you are new to shop in the store, please know that there are various HF coupons online and in many magazines. Also there is the free-item coupon that as long as you buy something (that something could be with or without using a coupon), you can get the free item.

Love the new layout. Its really updated, bright, lost that back shop warehouse feel. Always seem to find that weird tool I need.

I buy tools here all the time and am satisfied with them usually. BUT I just spent 40 minutes on the phone waiting for customer service to see if I could buy a part for a tool. Their recorded message says someone will be with you in a moment. I would prefer that it say, A customer service agent will be with you today, maybe. Theyve been in business for 40 years and still have this pitiful type of customer service. This is one reason I dont buy the inside track club. I just dont think they really care that much about their customers though they repeatedly stated for 40 minutes that their goal is never to disappoint you. And the department I called closes at 2:30pm (PT)? Customer service gets a one!

I want to be sure Bobby in WICHITA FALLS TEXAS gets my thank you. I called customer service after he went out of his way to help me with a nail gun and compressor. He even put the fittings on the hose and told me how to attach them. He gave superior assistance. However when I called customer service to let them know about this great employee they must have put it under Wichia Kansas because I got a voice mail from a manager there thanking me for the call. I called back to cust ser to be sure they got it right but didnt hear from Texas manager as Id requested to be sure Bobby got his credit.

I love this store. If I won the lottery you can bet Id be spending alot in this store. Something about green houses, power tools and solor panels in the same store that makes this place better than the others.

Pretty sure Harbor Freight is the reason for all the spam calls about your car warranty and winning a night at Hilton hotels. They are overly persistent about collecting your phone number.
