Well their inventory should be better now on at least ome item. Since i did not have my receipt on this unopened item and it has been over 30 days they would not refund a purchased item that only they sell in Wichita Falls. This is why i will be taking my business to someone else.

Lots to choose from, not usually very busy. Similar to Lowes and Home Depo, but more iome town feel.

The garden plant section outside was the best stocked and organized area. The isles inside werent very kept up, missing prices on several lumber products, 1 cashier who appeared to be having trouble, parking lot, carts were overflowing in the parking lot. Employee loading loose dirt into a customers truck blocking the exit.

Lots of friendly folks willing to help you find what you need. Pretty good selection and prices considering the availability of goods from overseas.Seemed a little short staffed, as the store was a bit messy.

Renovating the house. We decided to check out Sutherlands. There is a extremely noticeable difference in price of household items. Compared to the other big bucket stores in town, Sutherlands prices appeared lower. See for yourself!!!

Its changed a lot sence I have been on there and thats about a year I looked for what I went in after couldnt find it had to go ask if I could get some help and it took 20 min for a employee to show up and they were not that busy

I got great help finding what I was looking for, but was disappointed to wait in line for such a long time to check out. There was only one register open and at least one customer left because the wait was so long.

Store is ok, they have a lot of nice items but kind of difficult to find items now. I believe they are still in the middle of their remodel. It should get better once that is complete.

They sell all kinds of bulk dirts & rocks a bulldozer will dump into a truck bed or trailer. Cheapest price for large sacks of potting soil and other bagged garden & yard necessities. Join the greenhouse text club and get texts for flash sales. I just bought a great variety of beautiful, healthy herb plants in 3.5 starter pots, 5 for $5! Lots of supplies but few staff to assist. The staff that is there do their best but electric for example had to call for help and that person was tied up.Found a lamp I loved but $181.00 too steep for me.

Great alternative to the Big Box stores, a little more local hometown lumberyard feel to it. Lately they have been doing a lot of updates as well. They have a great selection for the farm and ranch person vs. the other home improvement superstores as well. Plus coffee pot when you walk in. Thats a plus!

Preferred Sutherland to any of the other building lumber yards in town. Tons of selection. Damn reasonable prices across all categories. Needed a replacement venta hood lamp fixture. On line ebay n amazon $15. Identical fixture at Sutherland $4.99. Worth the walk.

Service is always good. Selection isnt always great, but they have sections mine off the other lumber yards do. So take a minute and stop in. They might have just what you are looking for!

Can pretty much find any thing you are looking for. If you cant find it at Home Depot or Lowes, youll probably find it here. They carry the harder to find stuff.

Will not be back. Would like to give minus stars. Rude manager, no customer service, produce marked wrong, got item rang up wrong at register by manager then they tried to load us up with even another wrong item took another trip back to still get the same thing done again! On top of that they all could have cared less!
