Theres a reason Ace has a reputation for being the helpful hardware folks and this store does not disappoint. We bought a table from a furniture store and had so many issues getting the hardware for it. After a week of waiting for it, they still only gave us half of the hardware. Went to Ace with the pictures and no clue what I would need. The gentleman that helped us was absolutely amazing. Super helpful finding what we needed. Even took a magnifying glass to the picture to make sure he had the right size bolts. He even told us that if they didnt work to bring them back so they could find something better. This is why I will always choose Ace over home depot or lowes. This guy needs a raise or some kind of recognition for his dedication to helping customers. J. Hicks, thank you so much for your help!!

Ace really is the place of friendly personal service. They are always happy to answer my questions and help me find what I am looking for. Great selection of merchandise. I always check Ace first to hopefully avoid a trip to the big box stores.

I took my ms251c stihl chainsaw in for repair, and the only fixed one of two issues I had with it. It is a bit irritating knowing I specifically pointed out the two issues I had with my saw, and only one was addressed! Smh. Now with that being said. They did replace a different part. But, the chain tensioner issue was not addressed at all. Looks I will have to fix it myself. Seeing how I can not rely on Ace Hardware to fix a simple issue. So much for a warranty.

Store was not open at 4;00 when their hours are open until 6:00 I was attempting to return rental equipment by was unable to do so the doors were locked and there was no one to answer the phone and did not have a answering machine complete waste of my time

I guess for a hardware store the products r pricy compared to the others in town. But the best part by far is this cat that lives in the store... This little guy not only followed me thru the whole store he also hunted me like predator. During the events he also decided to bite and scratch me feet and legs and he was not playing lol store is ok but the cat 10/10!!!

This is the BEST store for all my garden, pool, painting and hardware needs! Perfect size store! Great customer service! I wish location was better, as I forget its there sometimes! Awesome store!!!

Looking for replacement parts for a lawn mower that I purchased from Ace Hardware, come to find out I can not order the parts I need from this store and the person on the phone seem to be clueless as to how to help. I thought if I purchased the lawn mower there the service department would be able to help.

I have always loved Ace Hardware. It always reminds me of a real hardware store. Its not too huge and you can usually find anything you like. I was so happy that when opened up in Wichita Falls! And the people that work there great.

I love this store. They are the most customer friendly store around in my opinion. Their staff are wonderful, always helpful. The store itself is quiet and has a small-town feel to it that brings back memories of my childhood.

The employees were so cheerful, delightful, helpful, and polite. They offered to assist everyone who walked into the store. They greeted everyone. They knew where items where located. They were easy to talk to. They even offered freshly popped popcorn which was very tasty. The store was clean and the aisles were easy to walk in. The cashier was very friendly and professional. Very personable. An excellent employee. I definitely recommend this store.

Every time I go here theyve closed early, there is a maintenance emergency, theyve changed their hours . . . I generally like Ace hardwares but I havent actually got to go into this one yet even though I have tried three times now.

The store itself is quite a bit smaller than what the outside building alludes to however I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and the price was very reasonable. So I would definitely shop here again. I was purchasing garden supplies.

No one came out to help til I got to the back.of the store. They were nice but did not seem to know the lawn mowers information real well. They did find out, however. They also let me alone to look through the store as I wanted afterwards.

My husband loves this store because he said its more of a hardware store. It has happened twice already that he needed small tools and both Lowes and Home Depot did not have them. Ace Hardware did.

This place is amazing. Lots of items you cant find a big stores huge inventory and helpful staff. I highly recommend Ace Hardware.

This place has hands down the best customer service! They also have probably the best prices anywhere on pool filter sand as well ad most other products.

Thought I would spend some money at a small business instead of at a big box store, but found that employees do not wear masks during a pandemic. Off my list.

I figured I would beat the crowd at Lowes and Home Depot by going to Ace. I needed a few 2x4s and Ace doesnt carry any wood. I wish they wouldnt have Lumber written on there building.

Still selling 19.2 volt Sears portable tools. The problem is the employee said craftsman no longer makes batteries for them. If the battery goes out, like one of mine did, you will have to find an after market battery.

Could not find part I was looking for but 3 employees were very eager to check website & make other store recommendations.

New store but already a bit messy. Found what i needed but its wrong diameter so have to go back. Friendly staff. Wasnt ctowded on Saturday afternoon.
