I asked them to fix my phone But it mad it way Worse!! Yall need to get people in their that knows what they are doing!! We pay a lot for services!! !! I would not tell them Did A Great Job!!! I have had cricket for a long time and everything is great but this one young immature girl that is working there on this store, she does not know any manners and doesn’t know how to listen. Never hang up on a customer. Horrible customer service. This store must be desperate for employees.

The sales man was more worried about closing time and gave my wife the phone we just bought and said set it up at home its time to close my mom is here so thanks alot michael at the kemp st store in Wichita falls TX
