Locked my phone, they fixed it with no problem

Both store representatives Tylan and Caitlin where very very helpful with getting my other iPhone unlocked with another. I was so happy on how great their customer service was. They both had nice positive tones whenever they were explaining the issue. I enjoyed their humor so I will recommend both reps to any future customers!!!!

The lady at boost on Kemp street was very rude she actually hung up after I informed her I did not have to deal with her attitude.

The first time I went in I was happy the second time I went in they sent me to Best Buy to see the Samsung lady because they couldnt fix the phone. The third time I went in to the other store on Kemp Boulevard the same thing. See the Samsung lady at Best Buy. I should have just bought my phone at Best Buy. As far as Boost Mobile as a service I highly recommend them. But the stores Im going to stay out of.

Bought a refurbished iphone 8+ 2 days ago from this location for almost $800 the lady working set it up. Today after restarting it it asked for the PUK code. Currently at the store and the current employee has barely spoken because shes busy facebooking and text messaging on her personal phone. Terrible customer service!
