Excellent service.. We decided on our carpet on Saturday and it was measured and fully installed by the following Friday. Randy, our salesman, gave us excellent service and even came to our house during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly.. Totally happy with the quality of carpet and especially the service - thanks so much!

Bought a 25 year carpet with per warranty. The carpet started to fall apart after one year. A representative came out to check the carpet and never contacted us after. I would not recommend them ever.

Nice floors, but that is all I can say! We had to call the owner to come out to see the damage that was done to our baseboards, including a hole in a wall and a chunck out of door frame as well as all the chipped tile the workers laid. They finally replaced the chipped tiles, leaving us none for future needs... After repeated attempts to get the damage repaired and a lot of empty promises, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; Waggoners didnt even respond to them... I will never, ever recommend them!

Staff seemed friendly, but they came out to measure for an estimate and never called us back. Even after calling and checking up on the estimate, I could never get them to call me back.
